Il materasso e i cuscini K erano molto comodi. La camera era molto spaziosa e silenziosa. Cynthia della reception è stata molto accomodante per la mia richiesta ed è stato un soggiorno fantastico. Il personale è cordiale, cortese ed efficiente. Il parcheggio coperto con cancello è stato utile durante la tempesta e apprezzo che abbiano 3 carrelli per bagagli ben funzionanti a disposizione degli ospiti. Il Gateway Towne Center è raggiungibile a piedi, a 1 isolato da Best Buy, Marshalls, ecc.

Ho soggiornato al Four Points by Sheraton mentre visitavo Los Angeles. L'hotel era carino e il personale molto cordiale e disponibile. L'hotel si trova proprio accanto all'aeroporto LAX. Il deposito era di 350 $ e secondo me devi pagare 50 $ per il parcheggio notturno, è scandaloso. Alla fine ho recuperato il mio deposito abbastanza velocemente. Ho scelto questo hotel perché era un prezzo decente, ma dover pagare 50 $ extra per il parcheggio lo rendeva piuttosto costoso e mi ha fatto pensare che avrei potuto alloggiare in un hotel migliore per il prezzo che ho pagato in totale.

Spa essere pochi giorni a Los Angeles dopo aver viaggiato per qualche settimana e lasciato LAX. È un hotel molto bello per i nostri scopi.Scegli perché abbiamo avuto un volo precoce e era vicino al ritorno della macchina affittato. Il costo affidabile era probabilmente perché il parcheggio era $75 al giorno con la possibilità di venire e andare come lei desidera o parcheggiare in un garage per $25 ogni volta che uscite. La prima notte il nostro ac non lavorava, ma eravamo troppo stanchi per affrontarlo fino a mattina. Poiché ci fermavamo un'altra notte, ci diede un valet gratuito per il giorno (usavamo l'opzione di autopark e già usava una carta di credito così non voleva chiedere) e colazione gratuita e accesso alla sala con bevande e snack 24 ore. Le camere erano pulite, i letti erano comodi, io rimarrei li'.

First of all, when we booked the hotel, neither Trip.com nor The Aster, Los Angeles, mentioned anything about the rooftop being closed on the dates we booked. On May 13 and May 14, we stayed in room 3 0 6. The hotel pictures showed and bragged about having a rooftop and plenty of pics of people there, and nowhere was revealed anywhere on their website or Trip.com that would not be available on those dates. When we reached out to Trip.com, they pretty much said that the rooftop amenities weren't listed as part of our package. Really Trip.com? You have to list the rooftop as the amenity... Got it. That was so lame a response. Everyone knows people book due to the pictures, and this was a seriously lame response from the Trip.com customer support personnel. We decided to save our opinion for this review.
The Aster had nice people, but it's hard to believe the availability missing on their website is a detail they would miss. Their hotel has impeccable detail and design. One can only surmise they conveniently left out the information because people would obviously not book there and go somewhere else. I told the front receptionist this as we were checking in. She mentioned, well, it said it on *******. But we didn't book through *******, we booked through Trip.com. And those specific details were not evident. After July 1st the Government is getting stricter on transparency with hotels having to mention things so we missed this window, but we're happy to hold hotels like The Aster accountable:-)
Also, on Wednesday, we checked out, and they had a fire alarm drill test that lasted about 10 minutes. They forgot to mention another minor ”inconvenience” when we booked on their website. It was at 10 am. It wasn't so bad, but to state the obvious, they left out the ability for customers to decide by not making that information transparent during the booking process. It's not like the fire department or tech people didn't schedule that in advance.
1. If you book through Trip.com, please make sure you specify, call their customer support, and get it in writing. The clickbait and pictures seem shady and sketchy and reflect a lack of credibility in the process.
2. Trip.com asked which room we wanted to be in. When we picked the room, we picked the city-view balcony. But we got put in the poolside view instead. It wasn't bad, but that was missing in the booking details that Trip.com sent to The Aster. My fiance ended up being okay with the poolside view, but it should have been in the booking details via Trip.com. So please, please make sure you watch this if you book through them and call the hotel in advance.
Lastly, the decor, valet, and, in general, the service people were very nice and thoughtful. We would give them 5 stars.

TTemuujinI recently had the opportunity to stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Los Angeles LAX/Hawthorne for a business trip, and I must say, it was a rather pleasant experience overall.
First and foremost, the hotel's proximity to Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is a major advantage. It's a mere 10-minute drive away, which made it incredibly convenient for someone like me who had to catch an early morning flight. The hotel also provides a free shuttle service to and from the airport, which was a nice touch.
The check-in process was efficient, and the staff at the front desk were courteous and welcoming. The lobby area is clean, modern, and well-designed, creating a favorable first impression.
I stayed in a standard room, and it was clean and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the extra pillows provided. The room had a decent view and was adequately spacious for a solo traveler. The bathroom was also clean and stocked with the necessary amenities.
One of the highlights of my stay was the on-site restaurant, The Bistro. The food was surprisingly good, and they offered a variety of options for breakfast and dinner. The staff at the restaurant were attentive and provided excellent service. However, I found the prices a bit on the higher side.
The fitness center was well-equipped, and I was able to maintain my workout routine during my stay. The hotel also has a small outdoor pool, although I didn't have the chance to use it during my stay.
The only downside to my experience was the noise level in the hallways and adjacent rooms. Thin walls seemed to allow sound to carry, which made it a bit difficult to sleep when there were noisy neighbors. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was a bit slow at times, which could be frustrating if you're trying to get work done.
Overall, the Courtyard by Marriott Los Angeles LAX/Hawthorne is a solid choice for travelers looking for convenience near the airport. The friendly staff, clean rooms, and excellent dining options make it a comfortable place to stay. However, improvements in soundproofing and Wi-Fi speed would enhance the overall experience.

HHannJust needed to stay one night to catch a flight the next morning. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was a bit cramped but was overall fine. Breakfast was nothing fancy but was also fine. More options than I thought there would be. The traffic was a bit alarming in the morning getting to the airport. Would recommend leaving early to allow for time.

UUtente ospiteIl personale era molto amichevole e accogliente, ci permetteva di controllare un po' prima di quanto fosse normale, che era grande, perché abbiamo appena finito un volo di 14 ore e molto gettato/cantato. Le camere sono state recentemente ristrutturate, molto pulite e pulite.
In generale non molto da lamentarsi. C'era un odore (pulizia/parfum/fiori?) che è menzionato in altre recensioni, tuttavia non abbiamo trovato questo disturbo in generale e ci siamo abituati. Avendo l'aria condizionata sembrava ridurre l'intensità.
Solo il punto di svantaggio è che è un po' lontano dalle aree turistiche (15-20mins da Uber) quindi se non ti importa, questo è un posto fantastico per stare.

Volevo un hotel che fosse decente e in una buona posizione senza il costo pazzesco associato a LA. Non voglio solitamente gettare una tonnellata di soldi in un hotel, perché lo usamo come un posto per dormire e doccia. Per questo motivo, Wilshire Crest ha adattato la fattura a una T. Big room, bel bagno recentemente rinnovato con buon Wi-Fi. Sembra un complesso di appartamento rinnovato. Non c'è una vista reale della città, la nostra stanza ha guardato il giardino. Molto luce. Una singola AC e mini frigo nella stanza. Non c'era una tonnellata di accessori da trovare, pensando allo studio appartamento. Non c'è USB che ho visto. È un edificio di 2 storie senza ascensore, quindi se è un problema, per favore fatelo sapere. Il tessuto potrebbe essere un po' datato, ma ho trovato che era pulito un mantenuto bene. Non abbiamo avuto problemi di check-in. Il parcheggio stradale è incluso, e siamo riusciti a trovare un posto molto vicino ogni volta che usciamo. La valigia è stata lasciata dalla porta dopo le 7:00. Un tipo di desayuno continentale con alcuni yogurt e banane aggiuntive. Il desk era sempre stato occupato, e la porta era chiusa a notte, ma il personale era molto piacevole e risponde a tutto quello che avevamo bisogno. Quando sono arrivato da AUS al 8.30, la mia batteria telefonica era piatta e la mia carta di viaggio Mastercard non funzionava, quindi non sono riuscito a pagare il tassista. Io andai solo e non dormivo in 36 ore, quindi sono stato stressato e quasi chiaro quando sono andato all'hotel. Lucia al di fuori del dipartimento mi ha curato delle cose. Abbiamo lavorato il mio telefono, abbiamo pagato il conducente della cabina, poi ha chiamato la custodia e ha organizzato una stanza per la pulizia ASAP, così potevo controllare in anticipo.
Dopo una bella serata, e circa, la mattina dopo mi sono svegliato vomitare e ho avuto una febbre. Non hanno servizio in camera, quindi il personale del front desk ha portato farmaci antinausea e acqua nella mia stanza entro 3 minuti dalla mia chiamata. Mi hanno offerto di telefonare e di controllarmi tutto il giorno, sapendo che sto viaggiando da solo. La mattina seguente, quando ho controllato al 5.30am per arrivare a LAX ho trovato in Uber e come era in avventura di lasciare la donna sul desk front è uscito, ci ha fermati a lasciare e mi ha detto: “Hai detto che Uber’ a Nissan, Non è un Nissan, dovresti uscire dalla macchina”. È stato scoperto che un ospite precedente aveva preso la mia Uber. Una volta che ne abbiamo reso conto, il conducente della Uber che ero in non mi avrebbe preso, mi ha detto di lasciare il suo veicolo e di portare i miei sacchetti fuori dalla sua macchina. Quando avevo un aereo da catturare e mi preoccupavo di mancare, la stessa signora del desk front me l'ha ordinato un camion che è arrivato in pochi minuti. Se siete un viaggiatore soli STAY A QUESTO HOTEL!! Le camere sono bellissime, spaziose e pulite. Per toccare tutto questo, Lucia non mi ha chiesto di entrare presto;

UUtente ospiteLa camera da letto è pulita e confortevole in tutto Quando sono entrato, non ho potuto ottenere una guida all'orario di partenza della porta principale, quindi ho avuto un bel po'di tempo, ma il capo apparve e mi ha aiutato immediatamente.
Mi sorprende che il colazione sia stato ben preparato, e si può mangiare colazione e prepararla secondo il vostro gusto, non solo pasta, ma anche avena, waffle e riso. Ci sono bagni, bagni e lavanderia in ogni angolo, quindi li ho usati senza alcuna inconvenienza. Posso vedere il personale lavorare duro. Se non hai un rifiuto di dormire, è un posto molto buono per stare.

Semplice check-in. Camera semplice con WiFi gratuita. L'unico lato inferiore è i vicini intorno all'hotel sono SUPER alto.
In generale, sarei felice di rimanere di nuovo qui.

UUtente ospiteNonostante offrire colazione gratuita, non inizia fino a 7-00am, poi finirà a 9-00. Molti cibi poi gettati fuori, era come uova in pacchetti, piccola mini salsa supercottata, e patate fritte disegnate. Molti ospiti d'oltremare hanno mangiato dopo 9-00am nessun cibo? Anche le persone che lasciavano prima 7-00am sono mancate! La stanza era buona e il bagno era molto pulito!

UUtente ospiteMost important: we got an excellent nights sleep. Second floor in the back of the hotel (rm 222). It was quiet and we found the bed excellent. Service was helpful, polite. And the Wifi worked reasonably well - no problems with that.
Also important is we booked the room for $84 (total) and in LA/Manhattan Beach area that is cheap. Walk in price was $109+tax. So all my suggestions are just ”future ideas” and I have no grounds to complain about anything since we slept really well there. And yes, we will be back again no future trips.
Things that could be better:
o ice maker ”out of service” - they had one unit and it was connected, would make whirring noise when pushing in the dispenser, but no ice. We used the in-room 'fridge to freeze some water bottles to keep our picnic things cool the next day.
o inner courtyard looks like a small prison yard: the former pool and hottub are covered with what looks like roofing material and the fence around the pool area is locked off. No plants is the main problem. This could be a gem of a garden. My advice is to visit estate sales and garage sales to buy all the *large* potted plants they can find cheap (or free).
o renovate the rooms a bit: e.g. rip out the old carpets and put in any (yes, even linoleum) floor that can be mopped - much cleaner, no place for fleas, bedbugs, or dust mites to live in. Wash the walls and paint where repairs have been made - simple things can make the room much more pleasant to be in.
o put a window screen on the back window - which essentially faces a wall. But it was good (quiet) ventilation since it wasn't facing the street.
o small grey mark on the pillow case and a stray hair on the bed - harmless stuff to us but other people might find more objectiionable. And some stains in the carpet that probably will never come out. Not a big deal.
