We are happy to open our doors after long 3-4 years of construction adding rooms and leavings space, remodeling, etc. Our place is located in safe middle/ upper middle class neighborhood of Encino Park. It is 4 bedroom 3 baths entire house plus 2 bedroom / 2 baths newly added bedrooms on 2nd floor with their own private entrance, own bathrooms and roof top patio. Plenty of room for privacy, gathering indoor and outdoor. Centrally located in the heart of the San Fernando Valley with easy access to freeways 101 & 405 and tourist attractions. Come and enjoy being in the busy city yet surrounded oasis of greenery: fruit trees, seasonal flowers, listen chirping birds commingled with city noise. Mom and I are living in the premises with no shared leaving space with guests. If you like to socialize, we enjoy interaction with guests and sharing stories. There are two main entrances for the building from opposite sides: guest will use entrance from the street and hosts from the alley. Common areas are garden, garden walking paths, outdoor sitting areas. House is on the busy street close to highways, you will hear some of traffic from property sometimes mixed with bird or cricket songs. The front yard garden lowers noise, some of newer built rooms are much quieter than others: master bedroom and 2 bedrooms on the backyard, on the 2nd floor. Free street parking, no permit needed.
