After presenting the associate at the desk with my confirmation number, I was informed that there were no rooms available. I attempted to show her the number, she told me that she believed me but she did not want to see the number… LONG STORY SHORT. I was charged 179.00 and listed in the system as a no show. After being told two days in a row that “the general manager” would be calling me to fix the problem, I found out the he was not informed that I called.. This started 07/15 it’s now 07/21, the issue is still unresolved. They stole my money then lied to me about helping get it back.

We purposely booked this hotel because they offered a "large" room for 2 adults and 4 children. The room we were given was indeed large, but had 2 queen beds and a twin pull-out sofa. There was plenty of room for a cot, so we went to the lobby to request one for our 6th family member, but were told they don't provide cots. When I asked how they charge for a room for 6 people when they can't accommodate 6 guests in a room, they had no answer. I was told the room can only fit 5 guests even though I had my reservation confirmation for 6 guests. When I asked how they were going to help solve the problem, their only suggestion was that I purchase an additional room. Terrible. They wouldn't even refund our money so we could go to a different hotel. Corporate was no help. My son slept on the floor. Will NEVER stay at another Marriott again.

This hotel is near a mall that has closed - so it is in a quiet deserted location. Everything looked clean except for a small bit of mold in the shower. Staff was friendly. The bed was ok - but with a strange mirror on the nightstand pointing toward the bed.

Great place! Spacious lovely room, absolutely clean and quiet (on side away from turnpike). Staff friendly and helpful. Next to closed mall, but it and entire area clean and well maintained. Will certainly stay here again next time coming this way.

Room was large and clean; Bathroom was clean. bed was comfortable. Interesting design for storage of refrigerator. A common complaint I have of Courtyard Hotels is that the bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel that are mounted on the wall have horrible graphics. It is impossible to see what the contents are. We have to get our glasses and read the labels in very strong light. In this hotel, one bottle had come off the wall and had not been reattached. Also, this hotel had plastic cups and glasses. At least the hangers were ordinary ones, without the weird posts that have to fit into an attachment.

While this hotel is standard Courtyard fare, there are a couple of significant issues. The location is downright scary. I WOULD NOT HAVE STAYED HERE BY MYSELF. It is in an abandoned shopping mall at the end of a dead end road. Also the “all day dining” is all day except 9:30 am until dinner. Cannot imagine why Marriott invested in this location.
