1) Servizio di bagaglio: abbiamo guidato alla porta, la sicurezza è lì, non siamo venuti a guidare la porta, non abbiamo trascinato il bagaglio.Poi abbiamo aperto la valigia, abbiamo trascinato il bagaglio nel salone da soli, abbiamo guardato il viaggio di sicurezza, e non è possibile immaginare che sia un hotel a cinque stelle. 2) Reception: non abbiamo iniziato a chiederci se guidavamo e ci avevano detto delle spese di parcheggio durante il soggiorno; inoltre, non abbiamo nemmeno detto queste cose fondamentali sul luogo del colazione. 3) Infrastrutture e servizi: non c'è aria condizionata. Ho visto che in un libro qualcuno ha riflesso il problema dell'aria condizionata in marzo, e ora è quasi maggio che non è ancora risolto. Non ci ha detto che c'erano problemi con l'aria condizionata. Da sopra il pannello di condizionamento è il raffreddamento, ma abbiamo colpito, la temperatura interna è passata da 23° a 26° I servizi si raccomandano la responsabilità e la difesa reciproca. Noi suggeriamo che non hanno informato i danni al aria condizionata. Lo considerano a destra e a destra, non abbiamo nemmeno aspettato una parola (scusate) o (scusate)!!!
