Welcome to Tulip House, your cozy retreat for all of your Colorado adventures! Located in Northern Longmont a mile from the stunning McIntosh Lake, this one-bedroom guest suite has a private entrance through the garage with a designated garage parking spot, a spacious living area with a kitchenette (including a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and kettle), modern bathroom with a rain shower, a comfy queen bed and, a 1-2 person sleeper sofa, and a queen air mattress. The house is a bilevel separated by a locked door, and you'll have access to the downstairs and outside. The expansive backyard includes a patio, hammock, and a climbing/bouldering shed. The property is centrally located with easy access to downtown Longmont, Rocky Mountain National Park, and Boulder. It's approximately a 45 minute drive to downtown Denver as well as Fort Collins.
