CHEERMAY HOTELS (Héyuán Lóngchuān diàn)
"Optimal Chaoman, excellent company! This is my second stay here. When I first booked, I messaged the front desk beforehand to see if I could get a free room upgrade again, just to avoid any hassle once I arrived. To my surprise, the staff readily agreed, so I went ahead and placed the order. Upon arrival, two lovely ladies greeted me warmly, and check-in was very smooth. After checking in, I was about to ask for a key card for electricity, but they seemed to read my mind and proactively offered one. Little details like that get an extra 10 points! They arranged a room for me with an even better view than my first stay, on a higher floor, exactly as requested in my booking. Excellent! On the second day, there was a minor hiccup: when I asked housekeeping to clean the room and made some specific requests, I returned to find the key card had been removed and the requested green tea was replaced with red tea. I was a little annoyed at the time, but not angry. I went down to the front desk myself to report it, and they promptly apologized and offered comfort and feedback. Another 10 points for their attention to detail! Every time I left and returned, they would greet me, though one tall, thin lady on the morning shift had a greeting style that was a bit... not so gentle. I hope she can speak a little more gently and with a smile next time. When I returned on the second night, a young man on the night shift greeted me. My throat was sore, so I just nodded back (not sure if he saw it, haha, but it doesn't matter). Overall, my satisfaction is beyond what any good words in the dictionary can describe. Thank you again; this stay was very comfortable and pleasant. Here are a few suggestions: 1. The front desk is the face of the hotel; I hope to see more smiles. 2. Housekeeping is all about details; I hope the aunties will no longer remove the key card and put items in the wrong place. Some guests might be dissatisfied because of these small details. 3. A soft cushion on the headboard would be even better. Finally, a blessing: Rivers of Chaoman flow towards the rising sun, Reflecting the dawn and dusk in glorious light. Full of anticipation, I shall arrive soon, Like guests returning home to Jinjiang Inn."
Walton Hotel (Longchuan Railway Station Branch)
"I was extremely satisfied with my stay! The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were complete, the service was warm and attentive, and there were many convenient places to eat nearby, plus free parking! It was definitely great value for money! I highly recommend it to anyone traveling for business or leisure!"
Huoxianfeng Grand Hotel
"Viaggiare a Hoshan è davvero conveniente.
Yunduo Hotel
"I didn't expect a township to have such a high-quality hotel. It was a surprise. According to the front desk lady, the boss is Shenzhen. No wonder the design facilities are so advanced. I have high requirements for the sleeping environment. This hotel perfectly meets the needs. The mattress is moderately hard and soft, the pillow is equipped with two options, the bedding is clean and soft, the blackout curtains are thick and opaque, and I sleep until dawn. It’s okay to live here for people who are afraid of noisy and light sleep."
Xin Kong Hotel
City Comfort Inn (Heyuan Longchuan Bus Station)
