Just across the road from The Long Jetty Lake House, is the Long Jetty Foreshore on Tuggerah Lake, you can walk from long jetty to The Entrance on the lake to coastal walk. The street consists of home owners, therefore the street is safe and quite. You will find a few exceptionally long jetties, attractive vintage secondhand stores and lots of trendy cafes. One of the most popular attractions is the family friendly cycle track along Tuggerah Lake, which is flat it's about 12 kilometres between The Entrance and Chittaway Bay. If you don’t have a bike you can hire bicycles at e-bike-rus corner Tuggerah Pde and Central Coast Hwy or at boomerang bike hire autostations at The Entrance. Along the foreshore you will find toilet blocks, several playgrounds for the kids and covered picnic tables, electric BBQS and many picnic areas to relax and enjoy by the tranquil lakeside or take a leisurely morning or afternoon walk, the sunset of an afternoon is magical as its away from the main road. The house offers 3 bedrooms with ducted air conditioning providing cooling or heating whichever is required for each room of the house. The front deck of the house offers a place to sit undercover in either the morning or afternoon sun to relax and enjoy the views of Tuggerah Lake while taking in a glorious afternoon with a cool refreshment or a morning cuppa.. The Long Jetty Lake House has two living areas which is great if you are looking for space. Both with wall mounted smart tvs, the front living area has a large 3-seater chaise and ottoman and a ceiling fan, a desk/ study area. The second living area has a wall mounted smart TV, a large 3-seater sofa bed and a recliner chair. You will and some great reading books in the bookcase, a ceiling fan and coffee side tables. Adjoining the 2nd living area is the kitchen and dining area which leads out to the private undercover porch and back yard, which has an outdoor setting table and chairs, and an outdoor bathroom that consists of a shower, toilet and vanity is a great place to wash o4 the sand from the day at the beach. The Kitchen offers a breakfast bar and has all the latest Smeg appliances, 900 gas hob stove, electric oven, Smeg dishwasher, and the latest Samsung family hub double door fridge. The Inside bathroom has a shower and separate bath. There is a separate toilet and separate laundry with a washing machine, laundry tub and built in storage cupboard and bench space. The master bedroom is king bedroom sized room with his / her built in wardrobe with roller shutters on the outside of the external windows, 2nd bedroom is a queen size bedroom and the 3rd bedroom is a double bed size. All rooms have ceiling fans and the house has zoned ducted / air-conditioning.
