L'hotel è piccolo ma ha un vento molto caldo e ci sono molti posti intorno a mangiare. La partenza della ferrovia leggera è anche molto vicina. Il viaggio al terminale di crociera è solo dieci minuti. Nel complesso, mi sento bene!

In the 2 nights we stayed here, we had 2 separate encounters with major housekeeping fails. The first encounter was discovered after we had already slept in the beds. There was what appeared to be blood stains on already deteriorating bedding. A brown marking on the duvet covers. The manager of housekeeping offered to switch room, but a different room still has the same housekeeping. That night my husband discovers our ”fresh” towels are stained with a brown substance. We were fed up by this point. Upon checking out, I spoke with Daniel, front desk manager. Who was clear on his stance our experience wasn't enough to justify to his boss a one night refund. Stating ”if it were bed bugs, sure. Dirty sheets and a dirty towel, I can't justify that refund”. He was dismissive and condescending. In short, Double Tree's standards for cleanliness only go as high as making sure they don't have bed bugs. Daniel also said he would process a partial refund, he has yet to follow through.

It is with pleasure that I highly recommend this hotel. Having extended stays in over 30 different hotels over the past 2 years, bar none, this property is the best I’ve encountered, and all due to the diligence and care of William, the G.M. The property inside and out is beautifully maintained with the cleanest bathrooms I’ve yet to find, also the most comfortable mattresses I’ve found to date, big-screen TV with abundant channels to choose from, and I could go on and on. But my reporting would not be complete without the mention of a well-trained staff who are all extremely accommodating and friendly, from housekeeping to the front desk. I would name all those at the front desk who are kind and perform very quick check-in’s, but at the minimum must mention Lisbeth, who is not only very sweet, but possesses high proficiency at reconciling any task or request to the benefit of the guest. So, even in his excellent choices of personnel, all of the above is due to the GM, William, who goes above and beyond to accommodate the needs and wants of his guests. I’ve never seen a more dedicated GM in this industry who puts in so many hours. Bottom line: Not only is this hotel a very good value for your dollar, but I say, “Bravissimo”, to the staff and for the cleanliness and comfort of this property on the whole.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that truly dazzled me with its stunning aesthetics at the lobby and incredible amenities. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the hotel’s beautiful entrance and lobby and meticulously clean environment. It’s clear that a lot of thought and care has gone into maintaining this lobby. One of the standout features of this hotel is their family-friendly policy of ”kids eat free.” This not only adds great value for families traveling with children but also makes dining more enjoyable without the added stress of budgeting for meals. It was delightful to see kids savoring their meals with smiles and laughter filling the dining area—a testament to the welcoming atmosphere the hotel fosters. The pool area is nothing short of breathtaking. The stunning design incorporates lush landscaping, providing a serene oasis for relaxation. Even more impressive is the cleanliness and upkeep of the pool. It sparkles in the sunlight, inviting guests to take a refreshing dip or lounge poolside with a drink in hand. This meticulous attention to detail elevates the overall experience and sets a positive tone for the entire stay. However, I must mention that while the hotel’s public areas and amenities are fantastic, the rooms themselves are somewhat outdated. Although they provide the necessities and comfort for a good night's sleep, the decor and furnishings could use an upgrade to match the hotel’s otherwise stunning aesthetic. Nevertheless, this did not significantly detract from my overall experience. After all, when you're surrounded by such beauty and comfort in other areas, it’s easy to overlook the room's shortcomings. In conclusion, this hotel is a gorgeous retreat that excels in providing top-notch amenities, such as kid-friendly dining options and a beautiful pool area. While there’s room for improvement in room decor, the overall experience remains delightful and fulfilling. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families and vacationers looking for a blend of relaxation and fun! Lastly, parking and shuttle to theme parks were complimentary! It’s a 4 stars for me!
