Love it.During registration, we are welcome with delicious cookies. The staffs is so helpful and kind. The breakfast is perfect. The location may quite far from train station but its still good as its not innfront of hectic main road.

Fantastic place to stay if looking for budget option solo or as a couple in London. Very comfortable, modern, clean rooms. Very good WiFi, excellent staff (Vineet and Deep extremely helpful lovely and accommodating). Rooms are obviously small as this is a capsule hotel but really great experience if you’re looking for somewhere to lay your head when in London.

L'hotel è obsoleto di cui eravamo a conoscenza e non ci sono problemi, ma se stai cercando qualcosa di moderno non è il posto che fa per te. Le porte dell'ascensore erano molto appiccicose e non sembravano aprirsi correttamente e avevano un cattivo odore.
Check-in ok, siamo andati nella nostra camera che aveva il riscaldamento al massimo e la temperatura era di 39 °C. Abbiamo provato ad aprire la finestra ma era tenuta chiusa solo da una vite.
Il letto era molto comodo per dormire, ma siamo rimasti solo una notte, quindi non era poi così male.
La mattina dopo siamo stati disturbati dalle pulizie che entravano nella nostra stanza alle 8 del mattino salutando, poi uscendo rapidamente e poi passando l'aspirapolvere nei corridoi sbattendo i muri e la nostra porta. Ne abbiamo parlato alla reception, ma siamo stati accolti da un membro del personale scortese che ha indicato un'altra signora e poi se ne è andato. La signora dietro la scrivania ha detto che parlerà di nuovo con le pulizie, quindi sembra che questo accada spesso.
Abbiamo quindi deciso di andare a fare colazione e ci è stato detto che costavano 15 a testa! Apparentemente al momento del check-in è possibile acquistare la colazione a una tariffa scontata di £ 12,50 ma nessuno ce l'ha detto o offerto al momento del check-in. Abbiamo deciso di andare altrove a fare colazione.
Nel complesso abbiamo trascorso un buon viaggio a Londra ma non consiglieremo questo hotel né ritorneremo mai più. Vorrei aver speso un po' di più e andare in un hotel migliore.

Questo è stato annunciato come l'unico hotel 5-star a Canary Wharf. La posizione tra tutti gli hotel è la migliore. L'hotel stesso è 4-star al meglio secondo le norme di New York, e 3-star secondo le norme di Hong Kong, Tokyo e Singapore. Non molto attenzione ai dettagli, ma uno potrebbe lasciarli andare. Manipolare le aspettative e tutto sarà bene. Se uno è un viaggiatore discreto che ha bisogno di un vero 4 a 5-star hotel per rimanere a, questo non è il luogo da essere. Altrimenti è funzionale.

Poichè prima di questo soggiorno sono stata in un altro ostello, ho fatto un confronto e questo posto potrebbe migliorare notevolmente. Sono stata nel periodo dei funerali di HRM quindi ho pagato un posto in ostello ben 50 euro per una camera condivisa con 9 letti, femminile. Letti comodi, armadietti dove si vede dentro. La pulizia è la nota dolente. In camera insomma, potrebbe andare bene, ma quello che ho trovato veramente sporco e orrendo sono stati i bagni in comune. I cestini per le due notti che sono stata lí erano pieni, la gente ha buttato le carte e altro in terra. Se vedi che una pulizia al giorno pr i bagni non basta, ne vanno fatte due o tre ma non lasciare cosí. Capeli in giro, lavandini sporchi. Veramente ho trovato difficoltà a stare lí. Personale gentile e disponibile, anche se avevo due prenotazioni separate per le due notti e mi hanno fatto fare check out e di nuovo check in anche se dormivo nella solita stanza e avrei potuto lasciare le mie cose in stanza anzichè rimuoverle e rimetterle nel solito armadietto. Ho mangiato al pub e si mangia bene, con sconto per chi soggiorna all’hotel. Basterebbe un po’ di pulizia in piú specie nei bagni per essere un buon punto, ma purtroppo mi sono trovata male per questo lato. Posizione a 10 min a piedi da Victoria station. Ottimo. Peccato!

Assolutamente rompere i hamburger, deve provare se visitare. Opzioni vegan e una selezione di chip in stile putina caricati. Atmosfera rilassata molto spazio per lavorare mentre pranzo anche. Sicuramente tornerà presto, il personale carino fa la differenza. Grazie mille!

I didn’t have that high of expectations when I booked this hotel it was a good rate for Central London and I knew the room would be quite small, but I was really delighted when I walked in. There was a really big reception area and a really nice bar. I was met by extremely friendly reception staff. The front of house staff couldn’t do enough to make sure I felt welcome. Felipe in particular went above and beyond. Because I booked directly with the hotel I was offered complementary wine and cheese in the evening before we headed out. This was not just your bog standard complementary wine and cheese. It was a full on spread and very very nice wine indeed! Big thank you to the staff and thanks for surpassing my expectations!

Buona posizione in città.
È facile arrivare da Heathrow poiché la linea Elizabeth ferma proprio a Tottenham Court Road. È anche facile andare a Gatwick: puoi andare a Victoria o Farringdon con la metropolitana e passare ai binari.

Y'all, we will return again and again. We just discovered this rather modest and plain building ten months ago. I kid, of course, about the building. It's incredible. Jaw dropping. And, surprisingly, full of natural light. We came back to London just to stay here. Checked out last Sunday. We had a large, quiet suite. We planned for a five night stay, but the French train strike kept us in London, and our suite was available, so we stayed eight nights. A big shout-out to Irene at the front desk who gave us the warmest welcome and took good care of us. Excellent staff all around. Another shout-out to Emmanuel in the Chambers Club, too. This neighborhood rocks, btw. You've got everything here, plus Cornish pasties and Harry Potter at Kings Cross, Google HQs and the restaurants that surround that, and the super cool Coal Drops Yard beyond that. We did a load of laundry across from Mary Shelley's place two blocks away. I ❤️ London. Any issues were minor and this place gets plenty of grace. The shower is piping hot, but the tub, which might sit next to original windows, could not get hot. The jacuzzi in the spa was cold our entire stay. In the Chambers Club, hot food struggled to stay hot. But, y'all, we were in a massive winter storm, and, again, this place gets grace. Oh, and no merch for sale. I would have bought those hand painted cups in our room. And you cannot help but bust into ”Wannabe” on the grand staircase. Enjoy ☮️

UUtente ospiteBe careful of being unknowingly charged with a ‘discussionary charge of tips’ (supposed to be A Conpulsory charge of tips, don’t be fool by the name, it is non-discussionary) AFTER CHECKING OUT of the hotel. I was being charged with a discussionary charge of the tips on the credit card automatically without being informed upfront after I checked out and left the hotel.
When I checked out, i was informed at the counter that they were closing their account for previous day and they would help me check out my room and email me the invoice of my stay after they finished closing account. As a result, I innocently left the hotel since I thought a 5-star hotel would not have anything gone wrong. However, I was totally wrong until I saw extra charges on my credit card while not receiving any so called invoice from the hotel at all. I then reached out to Trip.com to request for the invoice that they have promised to send to me and it was then I was informed that the extra charges were from a discussionary charge of tips. I wasn’t happy about the way this was done hence I requested for a refund for this since it clearly stated this is a DISCUSSIONARY fee, not a compulsory fee. However, I was informed that this is a Non-refundable fee and my request was denied.
Out of so many hotels I have stayed, it is unbelievable that in a 5-Star hotel, I was forced to pay something that wasn’t even being informed upfront. In addition, with the fee name suggested, it is a discussionary charge of tips NOT a compulsory charge of tips, the hotel has forced the customers to pay it as COMPULSORY CHARGE OF TIPS.
In addition, the hotel services were very inefficient and lot of rooms for improve. We ordered for an in-room meal and we were told that it would take about half an hour to deliver. Hence we waited, and until an hour later, there was no update on our meal and we had to make a call again to check for the progress of our meal. It was then we knew there was a delay in the meal. By the time we done with our meal, we made the call again to request for someone to collect the plates, we literally waited for more than an hour and had to call twice before someone came to pick up the plates.
This shouldn’t have been the service received in a 5-star hotel and the worst of all, the hotel should have more transparency in their charges and should have informed the customers on the charges upfront before the actual charging. When we signed for the amount paid for the meal, there were no statement on the discussionary charge of tips at all, and we didn’t expect there would be as we were not even informed.
It is not that we are unwilling to give the tips and we did give the tips during the stay. However, it made us very uncomfortable that we weren’t informed anything upfront and it was charged to my credit card AFTER we CHECKED OUT of THE HOTEL. It made us feeling very unsafe to provide the credit card to the hotel as they can charge whatever charges they want after checking out the hotel. In addition, it is a discussionary charge, isn’t it should be discussed before I was being charged? If not it should be called a a compulsory charge of tips.

HHelenI was lucky enough to be able to check in early at midday and make extra use of the spa facilities, which was great. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was extremely clean. Breakfast was fantastic - one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had. Great location for attending events at the O2, especially with the covered walk way to the arena, direct from the hotel. The pool area of the spa is nice but looking slightly tired in places (one of the sets of steps into the pool was broken) and my room was well equipped (with an amazing river view from the 14th floor) but a little characterless. But over all it was very good. I'd stay again!

2. Il bagno è molto pulito e c'è un portasciugamani riscaldato a disposizione. Ma gli articoli da toeletta forniti non sono buoni e i miei capelli sembrano astringenti dopo il lavaggio.
3. C'è un addetto alla reception nella hall che parla cinese.
4. L'hotel è in un'ottima posizione, a mezz'ora dall'aeroporto di Heathrow. C'è una fermata dell'autobus proprio di fronte all'hotel, che porta direttamente a Buckingham Palace. Dall'hotel è possibile raggiungere anche la stazione della metropolitana con una breve passeggiata.
5. Accanto c'è un centro commerciale molto grande.
6. Il servizio in camera è molto lento e di solito richiede assistenza. È davvero un vecchio hotel.

IIanIl nostro normale hotel IHG è stato quasi interamente prenotato, quindi il prezzo è stato proibitivo, quindi abbiamo avuto l'opportunità di provare per la prima volta l'Hotel Sutton.
L'hotel dispone di tutte le strutture, compresa la piscina, e anche se non abbiamo usato nessuna, eccetto il ristorante, tutto sembrava eccellente. La stanza standard della regina era ok, ma ci sono stati alcuni marchi e tinture sul tappeto, tazze di plastica nel bagno, nessuna scatola di tessuti e poche socche da inserire. È vero, tuttavia, che questo hotel ha un ristorante molto buono in vista che Epsom non fa, quindi non c'è dubbio che rimarremo qui in futuro.

DdanieledigHo soggiornato in questo hotel in occasione del 25 Aprile per 2 notti ma sono state sufficienti per apprezzare la bellezza e l'efficienza della struttura. Hotel molto bello e pulito. tutti gentili ed ospitali.Buona la colazione con un discreto assortimento tra dolce e salato. Stanze pulite ,letti comodi e personale disponibile e pronto ad intervenire all'istante anche quanto ce' stato un piccolo inconveniente ma subito risolto. Posizione hotel ottimale. Vicinissimo alla metro, a pochi passi da un market che risulta molto comodo e vicinissimo ad un exchange per prelevare sterline. Dotato di Spa e palestra che abbiamo usato molto volentieri. Complimenti a tutto lo staff ed un plauso particolare a Sara che ci ha dispensato tantissimi consigli risultati molto utili . Consigliatissimo

Molto buono
Siamo stati in questo magnifico hotel con mia moglie e il mio bimbo. Ubicazione perfetta, zona tranquilla e ben collegata, struttura molto curata e raffinata. Eccellente il cibo e il servizio davvero impeccabile. Questo ha permesso un soggiorno piacevole e sereno. Ci torneremo se dovessimo ritornare a Londra!

Tuttavia, quando si va lì, è scomodo spostarsi dalla metropolitana all'autobus n. 81, poiché la distanza è lunga. Questo è un enorme inconveniente. Aspettare l'autobus di notte è un po' spaventoso. Le camere sono nella media e le strutture sono obsolete. Tuttavia, se desideri semplicemente imbarcarti sul volo e pernottare, non è un’opzione. L'ambiente della colazione è buono e puoi guardare gli aerei che atterrano fuori dalla finestra. Nient'altro.

CC AngLa posizione è buona, molto vicina alla metropolitana di Russell Square che può collegarti a molti luoghi! A pochi passi dal British Museum! Anche gli autobus sono facilmente accessibili. Molti bar nelle vicinanze.
L'unico lato negativo è che i servizi sono limitati. Semplice lavaggio e shampoo forniti! Devi portare il tuo balsamo e i tuoi fazzoletti!

WWinHtike1984Il peggior tipo di hotel in cui siamo mai stati. Nessun personale amichevole né servizio. Hanno addebitato il costo dei bagagli per la custodia prima del check-in e dopo il check-out e non si sono nemmeno preoccupati di trasportare i bagagli che avevano addebitato per essere tenuti nel magazzino. La camera d'albergo è troppo piccola e i nostri due bagagli non possono entrare correttamente. La doccia è troppo piccola perché un adulto di 150 libbre possa godersi la doccia. Questo hotel è logoro con personale non felice. I letti dell'hotel cigolano e l'unica cosa positiva di questo hotel è la posizione vicino alla stazione di Paddington. Si prega di trovare un altro hotel altrove.

Pros:
- Polite and happy to help staff
- Right in the middle of Hammersmith, 5 minute walk from the station or the high street with shopping malls and a variety of shops
- Nice, gated rock table garden with ashtrays out the front
- Executive studio had a nice large modern room, bathroom, kitchen with flat screen and private veranda with table and ashtray
- Left to your own devices to self cater which I enjoyed, housekeeping still asked to clean the room during my stay which is nice
- Cooker/microwave, separate microwave, kettle, hidden mid sized fridge, fan, good heating, nice artwork,
- Very comfy pillows and duvet, plenty of clean towels
- Great mattresses for a perfect sleep
- Large mirror and full sized desk in the room
- Nice lighting and very atmospheric
- Separate entrance to main hotel
- Pots, frying pan, cutlery, wine glasses and mug was provided which was convenient
- Managed to cook multiple elements of a dish with no smoke alarm triggers or problems
- French doors onto the private dug out veranda was a very nice feature
- It's only £10 per hour to extend check-out which I added an extra hour on so I have more time to leave with no complaints from the manager
- Cost was very reasonable for the holiday season, made a great short 3 day stay very easy to book short notice
Cons:
- Not much to the hotel, 5 metre wide reception area by front door which is awkward
- My suite was located downstairs, where there were also other guest rooms however the hallway looked like the cleaners storeroom and unkept.
- Noise from hallway, slamming doors by other guests or housekeepers can be heard which would shake the TV
- 5hr wait for a remote control for the TV
- No toilet roll
- Advertised a king sized bed, but it was two singles locked together
- Other guests window located on large veranda, which didn't have cover from the rain. If the guests next door open the curtains you see the entire room vice versa which was the case
- TV is on the wall with a extendable clamp, but it was unsturdy and unlevel. If you tried to balance it screws fell out of the clamp with plaster dust which I had to screw back in after trying to turn the screen on.
I really enjoyed my stay with the hotel; which turned out to be more of a self catering, collection of mini apartments which suited me well. It was lovely to not have to leave the hotel for fresh air and to have to private outside area to the suite was a great touch for central London. Odd bits and bobs that could be fixed or more well presented, but that didn't bother my stay. I would 100% recommended the hotel and would stay again. Just be aware of the noise from the hallways entering the room, it's wasn't excessive but definitely noticeable.
