My wife and I spent a 3-night stay. After a long train trip from Highland to London, we are so happy to meet Mariko there. She greeted us with a warm and welcoming smile when we arrived hotel early in the morning. And she tried her best to make our stay just feel like home. As being an Asian myself, it would be great if we can have some Asian food during the trip. We tried the dinner in hotel because Mariko recommended it . And the dinner was excellent indeed. Thanks Mariko and other friendly staff members who took care of us during our stay.

Location was excellent, walking distance to Baker St Station, Marylebone high street, Regent Park, lots of food choices, etc. The apartment we stayed in was on the 4th floor, relatively quite, but it's winter, so windows mostly closed. The stairs to the apartment was squishy (with the carpeting) and uneven, so be careful if you have seniors travelling with you. The apartment is quite new and very clean. The shower door needs some fixing. Kitchen had everything we needed, including microwave, oven, utensils, fridge and washer/dryer . The only complain I have is that the manual provided for the apartment is for some other apartment. Most of the instructions for appliances etc are for other makes/models, so you'll have to figure things out yourself.

Devo ammettere che non ero sicuro di rimanere qui dopo aver letto alcune cattive recensioni di questo hotel, ma ho dovuto rimanere vicino a Baker St per vari motivi e stavo cercando un hotel con buoni collegamenti di trasporto all'aeroporto di Stansted e WiFi gratuita. L'hotel è stato il più economico della zona e l'autobus per Stansted Airport era proprio davanti all'hotel, quindi dopo aver cercato molti hotel, ho deciso di rimanere qui. Non c'è ascensore e l'edificio è vecchio. Tuttavia, se si può pensare che sia un posto per fare una doccia e dormire, è tutto bene. Prima di tutto, la posizione è eccellente. Ho sentito che le camere erano grandi per una centrale Londra. Il bagno non era pulito, ma ho pensato che aveva soddisfatto il mio minimo. Se stai cercando lusso, questo hotel non è per te. E 'perfetto come base per dormire solo. Per questa posizione e prezzo, lo userei per il mio prossimo viaggio a Londra.

Disappointed with our stay here, which was supposed to be a Valentine’s getaway. We were given a room in another building over the road in a basement. It was very dark and dingy with no view and a constant generator noise. We were told there were no other rooms available. It was also very cold in the basement and we called reception who came over and told us to give it time to heat up. After about an hour it was still cold so they gave us a fan heater. I think it’s reasonable to expect them to heat up the room prior to guests arriving if they know it’s colder in the basement. I’d just come out of hospital the day before and this was supposed to be a treat. The room was tiny too and the TV is situated on a wall where it can only be seen on one side of the bed. The building is nice to look at and the bathroom was a decent size but overall disappointed.
