Di recente ho soggiornato al Claremont Hotel a Victoria, Londra, ed è stata un'esperienza assolutamente deliziosa. Dal momento in cui ho messo piede nell'elegante hall, sono rimasto colpito dal perfetto connubio tra fascino tradizionale e comfort moderni. Il personale era incredibilmente attento, facendomi sentire accolto e ben curato durante il mio soggiorno. La mia camera era un'oasi di comfort, garantendo una notte di sonno riposante. La posizione del Claremont Hotel è ideale per esplorare Londra, essendo così vicino alla stazione Victoria e a molte delle principali attrazioni. Questo hotel non è solo un luogo in cui soggiornare ma un'esperienza completa, che incarna il fascino e la raffinatezza di Londra. È senza dubbio la mia prima scelta per un soggiorno lussuoso e indimenticabile nel cuore di questa vibrante città.

Ciò che delude leggermente questo hotel è l'atteggiamento del personale della reception. Il resto del personale è sempre molto bravo, ma il personale della reception sembra piuttosto inospitale e piuttosto infelice. Quando abbiamo effettuato il check-in con i voucher prepagati, il personale della reception era scortese e confuso. Il check-in è durato almeno 15 minuti. Al momento del check-out il loro atteggiamento è distaccato e ostile. Nel complesso il nostro soggiorno è stato piacevole e molto comodo per raggiungere la stazione Victoria. Ci torneremmo volentieri.

Fab hotel and staff. Room very clean. Bed comfy. Breakfast was amazing !

Beautiful hotel right above Victoria Station. Complimentary mini bar replenished daily. Service staff were all very helpful and friendly though housekeeping needs some improvement. We had returned to the room to find the hot water bottle I had used the night before, in exactly the same place i had left it when i left the room that morning, meaning the bedspread was just pulled over and smoothed out and the mini bar was not replenished that day so we had to call it in and wait almost an hour for them to come before we could get some rest for the afternoon.

The hotel location is good but very very poor service, lazy staff, we are having 5 luggages n no body help us to bring inside the hotel for check in, the staff Karen is somehow very poor service, we were told to wait for email once the room is ready but nobody contacted us

10 persons employed in lobby to look at you and create problem instead helping you

The room of which my family members and I lived is nice and the place is convenient to go anywhere, and there also have supermarkets just nearby. The staff is nice and friendly. And my kids have had a deep impression with the breakfast. Thanks for the best !

The location is very convenient, staff is friendly, there are free mini bar in room. Room is a bit small though.

Excellent hotel, guest for many years and never fails to please!

The Clermont London is conveniently located in Victoria Railway Station. We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights. The twin room was quite spacious and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended for travelers staying in London.
