Park Avenue Hotel

Just finished a lovely stay here, a special shoutout to Marli the housekeeper who was amazing! She really couldn’t do enough for us, the room was spotless, drinks added to the fridge everyday and Marli was just overall so lovely! We will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone looking for a lovely stay! Thanks so much again Marli!

Great hotel.we have just returned from a weekend in tottenham to see pink.on arrival no hassle booking in.straight up to room.rooms comfy and in good order.i do not know why people have given bad reviews.excellent location for all public transport and only 20 min walk to the tube at seven sisters.if I were to stay in the area again I would stay there again.👍👍👍

This hotel is a fraud, broken tiles in foyer, stairs are dangerous, construction materials just left in foyer and the bathrooms, are not clean with soap scum etc in the shower, Very run down building with a few cosmetic cover up for photos, And the location feels very unsafe and intimidating , I requested a refund with in 15 min of being there and they refused and told me to go back to the booking agency

Highly overrated Hotel. Teeribel experience. Small room, no fan just the AC , the bed is unconfortable, hardly any space in the room for 2 people. Very rude person at reception, who spoke Hindi and very poor English. Room service bad. Had to ring up in the morning for sachets of coffee powder, and inflexible staff . Avoid at all costs unless you have no other option. Dont get fooled by the ratings . Obviously manipulated ratings/ For just few hundred rupees more much better Hotels available. Had no option since that was a Muhurth day

The reception staff/cleaner is lovely - very friendly and welcoming. The neighbourhood is safe and convenient They have obviously spent a great deal of money on refurbishments, but they missed the mark! For example, a beautiful, lighted and heated mirror in the bathroom is hung so high I cannot see below my upper lip - When I mentioned this, I was told to stand on my toes! I am a business traveller in a single room. Having looked at the website, I was looking forward to my stay. What I found was a room so small it does not meet the requirements for a prison cell. It does not have a bin and I was tols that there is no room for one! The complimentary bar people refer to in their reviews held 3 cans of fizzy and 3 bottles of water and has not been restocked once in my 10 day stay!!! Avoid the single room at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
