Anche tutto ciò che riguarda la camera era perfetto, la mia unica discrezione era che mi presentassi anche alla proprietà e c'era bisogno di un codice per entrare, non mi era stato detto in precedenza e non mi era stato detto anche cosa dovevo fare, per fortuna c'era ' t una coppia che stava entrando mi ha detto di cosa avevo bisogno anch'io e ho avuto accesso anche alla mia stanza. Quindi nel complesso buono, ma avrebbero dovuto ricevere queste informazioni prima.

Check in的地方在109號，是一個別墅區,擁有很多棟。周邊的環境不錯，寧靜。吃飯的，超市都有。 房間很大，適合一家人來。自己做飯，洗衣服。鍋碗瓢盆，洗衣機都有非常便捷 最重要的是入住的服務生的非常的好人。行李很重都幫我提行李 周邊是倫敦西區 也算是比較有錢人住的 非常安全 房間裏面的東西有些舊了 但不影響。還算乾淨 自帶洗漱用品最好

The room was very clean environment but the customer services were bad. We booked from 24 to 30 Dec 23. Can you imagine being locked out of your unit after the first day stay in a freezing cold winter . Fortunately l was able to get desk help in afternoon but the last night day was dramatic. Second twice lock out of unit . Went to the reception closed. Called many times to the emergency numbers but no reply . The people tried calling still no reply. What is the point of having the emergency numbers???? No he provided. Totally disappointed and stressful experience. Will no recommend my friends to stay

I have been here before so was aware that it is easy to pick up the codes to the rooms by going to the reception just a few steps up the road. Had a different room which was just as good, clean, comfortable and with everything I need. Love the area and only about 5-8 minutes from Hammersmith tube station. Great place!

Very close to amenities. A 5 minute walk to Hammersmith tube station. Clean and well equipped. Easy to find and simple check in procedure. Coded door locks - so no keys to lose ! Bed arrangement was Ok - but didn't really suit someone with mobility issues - as it was against the wall - so had to climb in - not easy with a Knee replacement. Missed having a comfortable chair - but overall very good. Very clean !

This accommodation was simply amazing - and I had the lovely surprise of being allocated the annexe, which felt so private and cosy! I especially adored the Velux windows and the king-size bed. I would definitely return!

We took a short weekend break to London and needed a base that was central to the events we had planned over the course of a Saturday and Sunday. We found 'room2Hammersmith' and it was spot on. Communication from start to finish was great. Text, WhatsApp and emails all sent giving me all the detail I needed. The reception guy was polite, helpful and when we arrived at our room it was spot on for us. Clean, tidy, comfortable. The bathroom was ideal and the kitchenette area always a welcome extra. The bed was comfy and it was really quiet (excluding noisy neighbours returning!). All in all we have no complaints and I would recommend 'room2' for sure. We will be back as its a regular trip into London for us. What is also useful is the free on street parking around the area if you are travelling by car at a weekend

Our first time in Hammersmith - we loved Room2! Exceptional location - two ticks from the underground, shops and several fantastic eateries. (The Brackenbury Wine Rooms and it's associated coffee shop are too die for! The truffle pasta was fabulous and we returned to the coffee shop three times!) The Room2 room is thoughtfully designed with a lovely little enclosed patio, enough space inside for breakfast, and two researchers to work at night. Good quality mattress. We will most certainly be back!

We enjoyed our stay at Room2 Hammersmith. The regular rooms are a good size. Very friendly staff, easy check in, comfortable bed, all the bits & pieces we needed, a common laundry & a nice garden out the back. Great neighbourhood only 6 min walk to the tube station. Thanks!

Staff is located offsite but they were at least nice. The room was half the size as shown in the picture and so tiny we could not open our suit case. This place has very serous issues. They *never* cleaned the toilet during our entire stay and there was no brush or I would have. The floor was never swept, the carpet in the hallway was never vacuumed, no tissues, dishes were dirty when we arrived. Not worth the price, stay somewhere nicer.

Great place for a long stay in London, good location for local experience also its minutes away from the underground station, the room had everything you will need with great wifi and heating system and the the staff were very friendly and helpful! Will definitely choose Room2 for my next trip to London!

Took a two night trip to London for an event at Hammersmith Apollo and the location was just perfect for me. Friendly and detailed information in advance, easy to find, easy to access my room. Great room (studio, #15), nice bathroom, nice kitchenette (which I didn't use but it gave me the impression I'm actually living here as a local), nice view into the backyard (next time I'd try a room to the other side). Everything very clean, very neat.

Decent room and easy check-in, but the late check-in advertised and mentioned multiple times in emails before my stay was false - the '2pm - 2pm' is really 2pm - 11am. Also, work being carried out on the stairs meant disruptive noise and blocked entrances/exits from early morning onwards for the entirety of my Tues-Fri trip.
