Abbiamo dovuto effettuare il check-in posticipato quando siamo arrivati alle 18:15 e non c'è reception dalle 18:00 alle 10:00. Era molto semplice, ma era sconcertante che fossimo al 4 ° piano e non potessimo vedere una scala antincendio. Abbiamo avuto un sacco di colpi dalla stanza sopra di noi e musica ad alto volume dalla stanza accanto. Senza portiere di notte era abbastanza spaventoso essere a Londra senza assistenza se qualcosa dovesse andare storto. La stanza era molto molto semplice. Più come un ostello. Non vorrei rimanere qui di nuovo, in particolare con un bambino.

L'accordo è vergognoso, stiamo cercando di affrontare una soluzione a causa di un problema di Covid 19 che siamo stati in contatto con una persona e per telefono praticamente ci dicono che non è un problema suo o che possiamo andare (anche se noi mettere le persone in serio pericolo) quel tipo di personale deve dire questo e correre un serio rischio. Non rispondono più alla chat né a noi né alla piattaforma con cui abbiamo stipulato un contratto per trovare una soluzione adeguata per entrambe le parti. solo imbarazzante

Lovely tidy rooms in a great location. Stayed a few nights as I was running London marathon this year. Great central location. Price not bad at all for London. The rooms are small but spotless and have everything you need, they have made excellent use of the small space available, the plugs underneath the kitchen units were a bit annoying as the leads to kettle and toaster were not long enough to reach properly, a potential hazard if your not very careful. The only thing I had staying in one of the downstairs rooms you could hear the underground rushing along below you, not too loud but definitely aware of it. I would have been happier with a window or door that opened to let some air in with it being such a small space, these were all sealed all the way round.

I had a reservation at this hotel, but due to an issue with my son, we couldn't stay there. Despite having a non-refundable reservation, I explained the situation to them and they refunded all of our money, even though the cancellation policy that we agreed to when making the reservation included a cancellation fee. This is a clean hotel with all the facilities, situated in a very beautiful area of London, near Hyde Park, with very friendly and helpful staff. Everything looks exactly like in the presentation pictures. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

Amazing location. 3 minute walk from tube station and about 10mins in a taxi into central London. Area felt very safe with lots of shops nearby. There on a hen do and it worked so well for us. The only negative is that the beds aren’t the comfiest so if you’re going to be in the room a lot then maybe look elsewhere but they were okay for how much we used them.

Stayed in December 2022 for Winter wonderland and the location is perfect for this! About a 10/15 minute walk and your there! Close to tube stations to get around London which was ideal. Rooms are quite small for two people but we made it work. However they are very clean and refreshed everyday! Staff were all friendly and very helpful in letting us stow are bags as we arrived early in the morning on the day of arrival while we explored London. Would defiantly recommend this hotel for location and convenience!

Stayed here overnight for BST Summertime, was absolutely perfect for our needs. The location was spot on, right off the Bayswater road opposite Kensington Gardens. The room was small and fairy basic, but the bed was comfy, there were clean towels and plenty of hot water. The gentleman on reception was polite and friendly and overall we are very happy with our stay. We will definitely use again to avoid the mad rush back to the station after a gig.

What a great location! Close to Hyde Park, with two Tube stations nearby and a prominent bus route as well. Great restaurants and cafes close by. The room itself was comfortable - a little small, but this is London. Shower and toilet facilities were very good, and it was wonderful having a kitchen facilities. Bed was a little uncomfortable, but that could just be that I prefer a less firm one. Was on ground floor, so not much of a view.
