Durante la mia prima notte a Londra, ho avuto la fortuna di soggiornare in questo hotel perché sono arrivato molto tardi alle 11. Il servizio alla reception è stato molto buono e ci hanno prenotato una buona camera. Dopo il check-in, ho scoperto che tutto era oltre le aspettative. Era pulito, silenzioso e spazioso. È abbastanza, soprattutto quando sono uscito a fare una passeggiata il giorno dopo, ho capito che la posizione è fantastica ed è comoda per andare ovunque qualche giorno se possibile! Il servizio di deposito bagagli durante il check-out è stato molto premuroso e un'ottima esperienza Altamente raccomandato!

La vecchia posizione è molto buona, vicino a Chinatown, ecc., e il trasporto è molto conveniente per mangiare, fare shopping e spostarsi. C'era qualcosa che non andava nel personale di servizio responsabile del deposito dei nostri bagagli. Ci è stata data prima la nostra carta bagagli e il taxi era già arrivato e stava aspettando. Tuttavia, ha continuato ad aiutare altri britannici che sono arrivati ​​più tardi a prendere i nostri bagagli e finalmente ce lo ha dato. Il suo atteggiamento non era buono.

The hotel is in a perfect location for visiting the west end. We were able to check in early which was nice of the hotel. Modern hotel.

Really helpful staff for the luggage , very polite and helpful. The room come up smaller than expected. Maybe because of the late check in. Day time front desk service is so much better

Saint Martins lane was one of the best decisions I made in London! The people were amazing- friendly, service oriented and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again!

Hotel location is good and is walking distance to major tourist attractions. The room is considered spacious in the Area and room was clean. Also, the staffs are helpful
