Location of the hotel was superb - very close to Paddington station via the Elizabeth line from Heathrow. Manageable with the luggage as it’s mainly flat roads. Just about 7 mins walk which was great! Lift provided for the rooms and the lobby was beautiful. However room is kinda dark, may not be comfortable for some. Staff were awesome - super friendly and efficient. Mohit was an examplary staff who helped us out quite a fair bit! No daily cleaning unless you stay for more than 7 days - they clean every 7 days. Washing machine is provided which was a plus point! WhatsApp number was provided for easy communication. Check in only starts 3pm onwards and early check in is usually unlikely. Baggage storage is available! Would recommend Native Hyde Park to friends and family visiting London!

Excellent stay! Very convenient location 5 mins walk from Paddington station, great welcome on arrival, super one bed premium apartment with large comfy bed, super large lounge/kitchen/diner (especially for London), practical bathroom with loads of hot water. Kitchen well stocked for preparing own food and well priced breakfast provisions available for purchase. A great base in London which we will recommend to others and will happily return to ourselves.

Very nice stay, will go again when get the chance. Was nice a place.

衞生：入住時房間衞生情況較好，但住的三天都沒有人打掃，收拾房間扔垃圾啥的，還是有點奇怪。 服務：前台工作人員很友善，熱心，也幫忙叫了計程車。 環境：附近交通是十分便利，離地鐵站，海德公園很近 設施：房間地面不平整，站上去有暈眩感。衞生間的花灑不能移動，挺不方便，但房間光線好，窗外是大樹，風景不錯。

説是公寓式酒店，其實和民宿也沒有什麼區別，入住五天沒有人來打掃衞生或者倒垃圾，衹是比民宿多了一個前台而已。17平米的房間在倫敦來説大小還算可以，但開放式廚房沒有安裝抽油煙機，並且電磁爐的功率非常小，煮個麪半天水都燒不開，能把人急死。廚房有刀具，卻沒有切菜板。感覺廚房就是一個擺設，酒店壓根也沒希望客人在這裏做飯。另外，浴室的花灑是固定在天花板的，不能移動，並且水流非常小，長頭髮的人洗頭非常不方便。最不滿意的是酒店安全問題，一天晚上回來後，發現門把手被擰斷了，導致我們雖然有房卡，但是無法進入房間，感覺像是有人想強行闖入，但是沒有成功。酒店沒有專門的維修人員，衹有兩個前台值班人員，折騰半天也沒有修好，説維修人員要到第二天上午才能來。後來還是在我老公的指點下，才對付着把門給弄開了。總之，入住體驗與1700多元一晚的房價不匹配。唯一好處就是離海德公園Lancaster門步行5分鐘左右，逛公園比較方便，離地鐵帕丁頓站也是七八分鐘的路程。

很適合家庭旅遊，房間舒適，位置極佳，設施齊全，非常滿意

除了位置好，沒有別的優點了。每晚1700多的價格給了一個LG地下室的房間，收的是酒店的價格，給的是民宿的服務。連續住四晚都沒有房屋清潔服務，問前台説衹有住8個晚上才有一次清潔，這是住英國那麼多家酒店第一次遇上這樣的所謂酒店，還不包早餐，毛巾紙巾用完了要自己去前台討要，房間的垃圾要自己丟出去，沒有微波爐衹有一個不怎麼好用的烤爐，超級差評，非常不值得這個價格，一兩千一晚上的酒店周圍很多選擇，根本沒必要住在這個破地下室裏，實在是感覺太差勁了！終身不會再定這家！強烈建議朋友們不要選這個！

地理位置優越 離海德公園5分鐘的路程 離最繁忙的交通5分鐘的路程 鬧中取靜。還有兩個大超市也衹有5分鐘的路程 非常方便。浴室的花灑固定在中間 不是很習慣。

近海德公園，門口停不了車，要早上10:00退房，有點早，但其他都可以的

酒店地理位置不錯，一室一廳，空間比較寬敞有廚房可以做飯。
