È stata un'esperienza davvero senza parole. Non c'era testo o immagine sulla pagina del mio ordine che indicasse che avevo prenotato una camera nel seminterrato. Costava 2700 RMB a notte. Senza alcuna richiesta sulla pagina di prenotazione, l'hotel mi ha prenotato una stanza nel seminterrato . Non ho mai provato la sensazione di vivere nella tana di un topo. In che modo Ctrip affronta questo comportamento che inganna i consumatori? Prima mi hanno chiamato e mi hanno offerto un buono in contanti di 300 yuan, e dopo che ho rifiutato, mi hanno detto uno sconto del 50% sul mio soggiorno in hotel. Devo ancora pagare per restare nella tana del topo? Si prega di comprendere innanzitutto la legge sulla protezione dei diritti dei consumatori! Successivamente si potrebbe pensare di passare attraverso l'Associazione dei Consumatori o tramite procedimenti giudiziari.

Ho soggiornato qui una volta a Natale. Questa volta il campo estivo di mia figlia era a Londra e ho soggiornato nuovamente in questo hotel. Prendi la Queen's Line dall'aeroporto di Heathrow alla stazione di Tottenham Court Road e scegli l'uscita Dean Street. Gira a destra e cammina per circa 40 metri all'hotel. Oxford Street è sul lato sinistro dell'hotel. C'è Chinatown e molti ristoranti e pub per cenare. È molto comodo. C'è un piccolo supermercato davanti alla porta per risparmiare denaro e comprare cibo da riscaldare in camera Hotel, insomma, vale la pena consigliarlo!

일단 소호지역에 위치하여 런던 관광지 다니기에 매우 편리함 지하철역도 도보3분, 테스코 2분, 차이나타운 7분 등 주변 다양한 음식점이 많아 편리함. 식당이 없어 불편할 줄 알았으나 주변에 식사할 곳이 많아 오히려 레스토랑 없는게 좋다는 느낌 받았음. 침실도 좁지 않고 적당히 공간이 있었으며 간단한 음식은 전자렌지를 이용해 먹을 수 있었음 온수도 매우 잘 나옴 체크인시 직원도 너무 친절했고 일요일 지하철 첫차시각 등 콘시어지도 매우 친절했음 다시 런던가게 되는 경우 반드시 재방문할 생각임

酒店位置很市中心，出行方便，店員很熱情。吃東西很方便，性價比高。衞生也挺好的，下次去倫敦還會選擇這家酒店

前台的人真的很好因為有點事要延時退房免費給我們延了，房間裏面也很乾凈隔音也很好。離中國城也很近，整體非常不錯。

設施非常好 服務也很棒 隔音很好 就是房間有點小

Good hotel with perfect location in Soho. Nice staff and clean rooms. Also: a nice touch when they offer a glass of vine on the house with the other guests at the evenings.

Very comfortable compact but not claustrophobic room, with very comfortable bed. Great amenities. Really central Soho and super attentive staff.

The location is great and service is good. However, I booked a room with two beds and ended up staying in a section of the hotel that felt almost like an extension of the hotel. Walked long hallways through 3 doors that needed the key, elevator, another door with a key etc. And the room was pretty small for 2 people,

Very efficient and friendly check-in. Clean and quiet room, although we only had the small double room it was perfectly adaquate for a short stay. We particularly liked the convenience of the little kitchenette with microwave which is very handy for quick snacks. The only things that could be improved is the window didn't open and the window blind was quite difficult to operate with numerous strings. Will definitely return if in the area again.

I loved my time at the Resident. From the moment I was checked in by the incredibly hospitable Jose, a welcoming tone was set. I was in a "small" room which was perfect for a short stay. The Hotel is located in Soho with all that neighborhood has to offer and blocks away from a Tube station. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The receptionists were great The candies they offered were great :) The neighborhood was the best
