durante il check-in mi è stato comunicato che la mia prenotazione era in overbooking. Sono stato portato in un altro hotel lì vicino. ma la mia stanza non era ancora pronta. Sarà pronta alle 21:00!!!!! Sono così deluso!! Dopo lunghe ore di volo ho bisogno di una doccia e di riposare

Perfect for a short trip to London. Good customer service, friendly, comfy bed (my boyfriend looked at the pillow brand to buy his own 😂), and excellent location!

Good, sure will come back once visit London again. Convenient.

The location is good but the room is not spacious. when comparing to hotels nearby , I feel a bit of regret to stay for seven days. Suggest sole traveller but not family to stay.

They offered to transfer us to the nearby Mercure Hyde Park which we agreed to and I highly recommend to accept such a transfer of they make the same offer to you. The Mercure Hyde Park looks newer and more modern, although the room size appears to be equally small (which is to be expected anyway). Location wise, Mercure Hyde Park is close to Paddington station, and there is a linked path with the IHG Hotel Indigo so you can use their main entrance to access Mercure Hyde Park.

Location is good only if you need to take the train at Paddington station eg to Heathrow. But there’s a construction working on just right next to the hotel and the pedestrian head to the hotel was block which makes it really complicated (and noisy). I booked 2 standard double room on Trip.com. But the rooms we got are really small, it looked exactly like the small double room and one of the rooms doesn’t even have fridge and wardrobe, and the safe deposit box is placed on the floor Checked with trip.com to confirm the room type that I booked and was assigned but was told that the room I got is “double room” so they wouldn’t do anything (but there’re two type of double room - standard double and small double room), anyway standard double was what I paid for, the photo of the room and the photo from hotel website here for all of you to comment whether it’s a small double or standard double. Despite the room access cards disable for at least 5 times during my 3 days stay, the front desk staff are friendly, especially Nari, she’s a star and very helpful and nice! However I wouldn’t rate this as a 4 star hotel…

Hotel upgrade ให้จาก Mecure Paddington เป็น Mecure Hype Park แทนเนื่องจากห้องเต็ม ดีเลยค่ะ ไม่ห่างจากที่เดิมมาก ห้องใหม่เพิ่ง renovate เสียแต่แอร์ที่ห้องเสีย ช่างมาซ่อมใช้เวลา 2-3 ชม ก็ซ่อมไม่ได้ ทางรร.ให้พัดลมตัวเล็กๆมา 1 ตัว ดีที่พักแค่คืนเดียว breakfast ดีกว่าที่ Paddington สามารถเลือกอาหารได้ด้วย ถ้าแอร์ไม่เสียแนะนำที่นี่เลยค่ะ

從沒給攜程上的產品如此低的評價，攜程應該把這家酒店剔除出供應商名單，除非酒店在產品介紹中寫明房間很小很破，地下就是地鐵線，非常之吵，每二三分鐘就會有地鐵穿過，房間佈局超級差，雖説我訂的是行政房，但是根本就沒有26平米，因為一進門有個寬不到一米的細長過道，稍微胖點的一個人都要側身才能通過，地毯破舊，衞生間更是小，衞生間的門都不能90度打開，衹能45度角打開。除非你就圖他離帕丁頓火車站近，否則一無是處，酒店大堂小的可憐，也就8/9平米。真的心塞，我還訂了六晚，英國旅行中最不愉快的地方，攜程雖然已經盡力補償，但是每天住進去真是不愉快。

部屋の窓からパディントン駅が見えるホテルです。低層階だったため窓のカーテンを開けることは難しい感じでした。ホテルの近くには、イギリスの伝統的な朝食を食べられるお店やお洒落なパン屋さんがあり、大満足の滞在でした。
