Excellent location, welcoming staff, and clean room. Breakfast was very good and would stay back again.

The location is really not too bad. I do like that the food around the places are good, just downstairs is the hop on/hop off bus stop. The staff - leslie is really helpful. She helped us with our requests and that’s the great gesture.

My first trip to London. Hotel Paddington will be my first choice when I return. The bed was so soft and comfortable. Pillows a little mushy but ok. Every employee there was so nice and helpful. Lots of stores and restaurants near by. There is a fridge in the room, nice cold a.c ! Bathroom was spotless. Every request was immediately attended to. No microwave, there is an iron and safe. Nice thick white robes wirh slippers. Towels were soft fluffy and huge. No washcloths but hand towels. The Nespresso with complimentary biscuits were delicious. Complimentary water for tea kettle or to drink with complimentary o.j. sodas.I would give them 5 stars with no hesitation. I travel for work in the states and stay at a lot of hotels. There was no "ick or eww" when I entered the room. Cleanliness was obvious. If there is a problem they will fix bit right away. Free breakfast vouchers for the restaurant in the hotel were definitely worth the breakfast.

I stayed with my wife for 1 night at Hotel Indigo London Hyde Park Paddington. We bought their room package with breakfast and dinner for 2 to celebrate our wedding anniversary. After checking in the hotel room, it was far smaller than expected, just 5 steps from bed to bathroom. Also, the tape in the shower cabinet was out of order, which is hard to turn. This case was reported to the Hotel Manager. Hopefully it will be fixed.

地理位置優越，帕丁頓出站5分鐘步行即到步行可達海德公園。樓下有便利店和其他餐廳。 房間面積非常小，打開箱子後寸步難行。 早餐在樓下餐廳，含套餐及自助，份量非常足，可一餐當兩餐。

雖然酒店開在路邊，但是晚上並沒有噪音。離帕丁頓車站很近，出酒店就能看到帕丁頓車站。房間對於兩個人兩個箱子來説有點小，房間內的沙發很沒必要，佔據了太多空間。 衞生：入住第一天發現熱毛巾架上還有灰塵。

房間實在太小了，26寸箱子放不下。只能跨著走。但酒店服務還是一如其他Indigo酒店，很友好和熱情。地理位置很好，走路到帕丁頓車站和海德公園都很近。

很差的入住體驗 預訂了兩天，第一天晚上8點多到的時候説沒有房間了要安排去隔壁的mercure住一晚 第二天再換回indigo 為此補償了一張早餐券 第二天早上出門的時候 兩邊酒店相互推脱處理行李 因為新房間沒有打掃好 等下午回酒店時 換了前台工作人員 不清楚情況 找不到行李 花了很久才處理好 也沒有任何抱歉的態度 到新房間以後衞生很糟糕 開放式櫥櫃裏有一衹大蟲子 找了housekeeping來處理 員工很沒經驗的樣子 拿塑料袋打蟲子 然後蟲子到處飛… 最後協商換房 換到了五樓 結果是地下室 （當初特地訂了樓上的房間） 整體體驗非常差

隔音很差，夜裡其他房間聲音非常響，床很小，空間侷促。房間安排在了頂樓，夜裡下雨打在外面的平台上面非常的吵，睡眠不好的被吵醒很多次。

地點方便！剛開始給我們分配了地下室的房間，我們不滿意，後來換了樓上的就好多了，但是換之前還跟我們反覆確認是不是沒有碰過房間裏的東西，拜託…我就進去了十秒鐘…而且裏面還有工作人員
