The Staff was so sweet and friendly, she knew it was my birthday she wrote me a birthday card and offered some drinks, the location is fantastic right in front the London eye.

Lovely lovely lovely! Great location, great view. The London eye is just outside the window. The services is great and friendly. Bergit is very friendly. Will come back again.

to sum up my review: I did expect more of a category 8 Marriott hotel.... pros: staff is very friendly location (not in the heart of things but easy access by public transportation) very spacious rooms amenities (including robes, coffee machine and more) view from room indoor pool cons: long walk to the room (long hallways, require quite some walking) breakfast is a-la-cart which limits your choice and variety curtains do not provide real black-out towels of medium quality

這個酒店除了地理位置其他沒有任何優點，而且在裝修味道很大！白天也有裝修人員進進出出，地面鋪薄膜，很臟！我們第三晚在check in的時候付費升級了景觀套房，前台check了半小時很肯定的告訴我們有兩間可以給我們，預訂金都付了，要不是因為第一晚給的房間空調壞的去前台想換個房間，才被告知第三晚的房間也沒法給我們，這種事竟然是被動知道的，沒人主動電話我們協商。這竟然是萬豪的服務。驚呆！倫敦的第一晚就碰到糟心的事各種吵架協商到半夜。真的失望

酒店環境好，房間算寬敞了，乾淨衞生，住的比較舒服的。窗景還行吧，和攜程上看到的照片一樣。服務態度還是很好的，沒有遇到不滿意的地方。 酒店的地理位置非常優越，出門就是遊客拍照的打卡點，還可以坐倫敦眼。酒店附近有一家中餐，價格很良心，出品好。總體來説，就是很便利，推薦。

酒店位置很好，房間在我要求退款的情況之下，才給我安排了一個滿意的房間，躺在床上就可以看到摩天輪🎡離電梯太遠，要走很多步，才能到房間，以後不會住這個酒店啦！

勝在了位置，地鐵站在附近，倫敦眼，威斯敏斯特教堂就在眼前。City walk選擇住這裏確實很方便。最後一天早餐還遇到了TVB郭可盈夫婦

今次倫敦之行入住選擇入住倫敦市政廳萬豪酒店是沒有錯。房間很有設計感，窗外就是倫敦眼和泰晤士河。出門遊玩也非常方便，步行可到大本鐘、威斯敏斯特教堂、倫敦眼、泰晤士河遊船。值得推薦的酒店，以後來倫敦的首選！
