Lovely apartment, really clean. Close to tube and buses. Would stay again. If you are someone who struggles with city noise use earplugs.

When we arrived the housekeeping trolley filled the hallway along with a vacuum cleaner. We asked if the room was ready and they said it was and came and removed the goods. We then found cleaning clothes in the bathroom. The next day we asked for our room to be cleaned later, not at 9am. Housekeeping raised their eyes to us and nodded back and forth meaning not sure and this is a hassle. If housekeeping don’t support guests I can only assume they are not supported by management.

Very spacious well equipped and modern room . Close to two metro stations . Walking distance from London bridge . We like the stay very much

Everything was almost perfect - only issue was the train noises especially in the morning; but I will surely recommend.

Location is okay (in zone 1 and closed to Tower bridge) but still 8 mins walk from Underground The sink and shower area were stuck.

Great place, generous room and amenities & comfortable bed. Clean room and loads of shampoo/body wash etc. Lobby toilets are maybe the cleanest toilets on earth
