La camera era bella e pulita. Un sacco di spazi per riporre le tue cose. Il personale era davvero gentile e umile. E la posizione era davvero comoda e molto vicina alla stazione di Paddington.
Gli unici aspetti negativi erano il servizio in camera e la colazione. Siamo stati lì per 3 notti e non hanno nemmeno pulito la camera una volta, anche dopo averlo richiesto. Invece ci hanno dato un sacchetto della spazzatura per svuotare il nostro bidone della spazzatura, il che sembrava davvero strano.
La colazione era tremendamente pessima. Per lo più abbiamo fatto colazione all'aperto anche se abbiamo pagato la colazione (inclusa nella prenotazione della camera). Ho sentito che possono migliorare la colazione per il prezzo che stiamo pagando. Anche gli hotel più economici offrono una vera colazione inglese.

Le camere sono piccole, ma perfettamente pulite. Il personale della reception è stato utile. La posizione è eccezionale. In alcune stanze si sentono i treni della metropolitana, ma alla fine questo non mi ha disturbato molto. Nel complesso è un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.

La colazione era piuttosto sontuosa e abbiamo portato con noi un bambino di 4 anni, quindi ha mangiato gratuitamente. Ci hanno anche dato diverse bevande e giocattoli da disegno.
Sono tutti così gentili
Siamo andati a Edimburgo nel mezzo e c'era un servizio di deposito bagagli.
Tutto sommato, se venissi di nuovo a Londra, soggiornerò sicuramente qui.

La camera era semplice ma adeguata. Non credo che ci siano lavori di ristrutturazione in questo momento (giugno 2024) ma eravamo all'ultimo piano e in una stanza vecchio stile. In generale ero pulito ma avevo segni sporchi sui cuscini. Il bagno, tuttavia, era davvero puzzolente e non piacevole da usare. Ultimo piano non per chi ha le vertigini!!
Detto questo, la posizione è fantastica e il personale era adorabile. Mi aspetto che le camere rinnovate siano adorabili (e più costose). Il rapporto qualità prezzo nella nostra camera era buono.

Camera pulitissima, dotata di tutto quello che serve per una permanenza breve (sarebbe complicato farci stare un palio di valigie molto grandi), con due finestre e tende oscuranti chiudibili elettricamente, perfettamente insonorizzata. È vero che la camera è piccola, ma l'ho trovata sufficientemente accogliente per due persone. Dispone di due prese USB per ricaricare i cellulari, l'occorrente per il tè e un litro di acqua potabile al giorno. Il bagno è funzionale e la doccia fantastica, con ottimi i prodotti di cortesia. Colazione a buffet disponibile a un prezzo conveniente di cui, però, non abbiamo fruito perché abbiamo provato alcuni dei diversi locali nelle vicinanze. Infatti, negli immediati dintorni non ci sono solo alcune delle principali attrazioni turistiche (National Gallery; Trafalgar Square; Soho, per dirne alcuni), ma un brulicare di locali di ogni tipo (ristoranti per ogni esigenza, teatri, caffetterie...); fermata della metro e di numerosi bus. Annotato per il prossimo viaggio a Londra.

Hotel incantevole in cui soggiornare, ci tornerei volentieri.
Quando siamo arrivati, il personale alla reception è stato disponibile e ci ha dato tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno.
Quando siamo arrivati in camera sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso (dopo aver letto altre recensioni), la camera era ben presentata ed era chiaro che era stata ristrutturata, l'unica cosa che direi è che sembra che manchino gli ultimi ritocchi. C'era l'aria condizionata, era rumorosa ma non è stato un problema per me e mia figlia.
La camera che avevamo era piccola ma funzionale per ciò di cui avevamo bisogno.
Il bagno è stato il nostro unico piccolo problema, quando sono entrato in bagno al nostro arrivo era come una sauna, i rubinetti della vasca scorrevano costantemente (questo è un problema di vecchia data perché ci sono segni) e chiunque fosse stato nella stanza per ultimo stava facendo scorrere l'acqua calda, quindi il bagno era molto caldo, l'ha cambiata in fredda e il problema si è risolto.
Strada tranquilla e incantevole in cui soggiornare, rumore minimo dalla strada.
La colazione è stata strana per noi.
Quando siamo arrivati a colazione c'erano toast, cereali, yogurt e pasticcini che avevano visto giorni migliori. L'offerta più gettonata era composta da noodles, mini salsicce di pollo e fagioli... A dire il vero, i noodles erano deliziosi, ma non era quello che ci aspettavamo per la colazione.

Così felice quando siamo arrivati. Tutto era pulito e silenzioso. Il personale è adorabile e si è assicurato che sapessimo tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno di sapere. Le strutture termali sono fantastiche. Puoi utilizzare il bagno turco, la sauna, la piscina e la vasca idromassaggio che mi è piaciuto così tanto, utilizzare anche la palestra e pagare i trattamenti termali a prezzi ragionevoli. La doccia in camera wow era adorabile e calda e potente. Ho passato così tanto tempo lì dentro che non volevo uscire lol. Questo è stato un momento meritato per entrambi. Ritorneremo sicuramente in futuro.
Facile da trovare. C'è anche un parcheggio dietro l'angolo che non era affatto lontano (1 minuto a piedi per tornare all'hotel). Anche Weatherspoons era della porta accanto.

Ci sono volute quasi due ore per sdoganare il T3 di Londra e tutti hanno dovuto fare molte domande. Dopo aver lasciato la dogana, cerca la stazione della metropolitana e segui le indicazioni. Vai alla T 4 e prendi l'ascensore fino all'ultimo piano. Sul lato destro dell'ascensore c'è l'ingresso del corridoio dell'hotel. anche accanto ai pulsanti dell'ascensore). Seguitela a pochi minuti. La colazione inizia alle cinque, con la frutta, il che non è male.
Puoi strisciare direttamente le carte di credito in valuta estera con chip sugli autobus e sulla metropolitana. Se non ti senti sicuro il primo giorno, dovresti prima acquistare un biglietto. Il giorno dopo ho strisciato la carta e mi è costata 4,75 sterline in totale dalla stazione di Padin alla Brunel University, due fermate di metro più un viaggio in autobus.

UUtente ospiteBe careful of being unknowingly charged with a ‘discussionary charge of tips’ (supposed to be A Conpulsory charge of tips, don’t be fool by the name, it is non-discussionary) AFTER CHECKING OUT of the hotel. I was being charged with a discussionary charge of the tips on the credit card automatically without being informed upfront after I checked out and left the hotel.
When I checked out, i was informed at the counter that they were closing their account for previous day and they would help me check out my room and email me the invoice of my stay after they finished closing account. As a result, I innocently left the hotel since I thought a 5-star hotel would not have anything gone wrong. However, I was totally wrong until I saw extra charges on my credit card while not receiving any so called invoice from the hotel at all. I then reached out to Trip.com to request for the invoice that they have promised to send to me and it was then I was informed that the extra charges were from a discussionary charge of tips. I wasn’t happy about the way this was done hence I requested for a refund for this since it clearly stated this is a DISCUSSIONARY fee, not a compulsory fee. However, I was informed that this is a Non-refundable fee and my request was denied.
Out of so many hotels I have stayed, it is unbelievable that in a 5-Star hotel, I was forced to pay something that wasn’t even being informed upfront. In addition, with the fee name suggested, it is a discussionary charge of tips NOT a compulsory charge of tips, the hotel has forced the customers to pay it as COMPULSORY CHARGE OF TIPS.
In addition, the hotel services were very inefficient and lot of rooms for improve. We ordered for an in-room meal and we were told that it would take about half an hour to deliver. Hence we waited, and until an hour later, there was no update on our meal and we had to make a call again to check for the progress of our meal. It was then we knew there was a delay in the meal. By the time we done with our meal, we made the call again to request for someone to collect the plates, we literally waited for more than an hour and had to call twice before someone came to pick up the plates.
This shouldn’t have been the service received in a 5-star hotel and the worst of all, the hotel should have more transparency in their charges and should have informed the customers on the charges upfront before the actual charging. When we signed for the amount paid for the meal, there were no statement on the discussionary charge of tips at all, and we didn’t expect there would be as we were not even informed.
It is not that we are unwilling to give the tips and we did give the tips during the stay. However, it made us very uncomfortable that we weren’t informed anything upfront and it was charged to my credit card AFTER we CHECKED OUT of THE HOTEL. It made us feeling very unsafe to provide the credit card to the hotel as they can charge whatever charges they want after checking out the hotel. In addition, it is a discussionary charge, isn’t it should be discussed before I was being charged? If not it should be called a a compulsory charge of tips.

HHelenI was lucky enough to be able to check in early at midday and make extra use of the spa facilities, which was great. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was extremely clean. Breakfast was fantastic - one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had. Great location for attending events at the O2, especially with the covered walk way to the arena, direct from the hotel. The pool area of the spa is nice but looking slightly tired in places (one of the sets of steps into the pool was broken) and my room was well equipped (with an amazing river view from the 14th floor) but a little characterless. But over all it was very good. I'd stay again!

3. C'è un addetto alla reception nella hall che parla cinese.
4. L'hotel è in un'ottima posizione, a mezz'ora dall'aeroporto di Heathrow. C'è una fermata dell'autobus proprio di fronte all'hotel, che porta direttamente a Buckingham Palace. Dall'hotel è possibile raggiungere anche la stazione della metropolitana con una breve passeggiata.
5. Accanto c'è un centro commerciale molto grande.
6. Il servizio in camera è molto lento e di solito richiede assistenza. È davvero un vecchio hotel.

IIanIl nostro normale hotel IHG è stato quasi interamente prenotato, quindi il prezzo è stato proibitivo, quindi abbiamo avuto l'opportunità di provare per la prima volta l'Hotel Sutton.
L'hotel dispone di tutte le strutture, compresa la piscina, e anche se non abbiamo usato nessuna, eccetto il ristorante, tutto sembrava eccellente. La stanza standard della regina era ok, ma ci sono stati alcuni marchi e tinture sul tappeto, tazze di plastica nel bagno, nessuna scatola di tessuti e poche socche da inserire. È vero, tuttavia, che questo hotel ha un ristorante molto buono in vista che Epsom non fa, quindi non c'è dubbio che rimarremo qui in futuro.

Molto vicino al British Museum, a 30 minuti a piedi dalla National Gallery, dal Big Ben e dall'Abbazia di Westminster.
È bello viaggiare.

WWinHtike1984Il peggior tipo di hotel in cui siamo mai stati. Nessun personale amichevole né servizio. Hanno addebitato il costo dei bagagli per la custodia prima del check-in e dopo il check-out e non si sono nemmeno preoccupati di trasportare i bagagli che avevano addebitato per essere tenuti nel magazzino. La camera d'albergo è troppo piccola e i nostri due bagagli non possono entrare correttamente. La doccia è troppo piccola perché un adulto di 150 libbre possa godersi la doccia. Questo hotel è logoro con personale non felice. I letti dell'hotel cigolano e l'unica cosa positiva di questo hotel è la posizione vicino alla stazione di Paddington. Si prega di trovare un altro hotel altrove.

JJames BladesGreat stay, during the Christmas period. Short term booking notice was very convenient for me, easy check in and very comfortable suite. Felt like a home away from him.
Pros:
- Polite and happy to help staff
- Right in the middle of Hammersmith, 5 minute walk from the station or the high street with shopping malls and a variety of shops
- Nice, gated rock table garden with ashtrays out the front
- Executive studio had a nice large modern room, bathroom, kitchen with flat screen and private veranda with table and ashtray
- Left to your own devices to self cater which I enjoyed, housekeeping still asked to clean the room during my stay which is nice
- Cooker/microwave, separate microwave, kettle, hidden mid sized fridge, fan, good heating, nice artwork,
- Very comfy pillows and duvet, plenty of clean towels
- Great mattresses for a perfect sleep
- Large mirror and full sized desk in the room
- Nice lighting and very atmospheric
- Separate entrance to main hotel
- Pots, frying pan, cutlery, wine glasses and mug was provided which was convenient
- Managed to cook multiple elements of a dish with no smoke alarm triggers or problems
- French doors onto the private dug out veranda was a very nice feature
- It's only £10 per hour to extend check-out which I added an extra hour on so I have more time to leave with no complaints from the manager
- Cost was very reasonable for the holiday season, made a great short 3 day stay very easy to book short notice
Cons:
- Not much to the hotel, 5 metre wide reception area by front door which is awkward
- My suite was located downstairs, where there were also other guest rooms however the hallway looked like the cleaners storeroom and unkept.
- Noise from hallway, slamming doors by other guests or housekeepers can be heard which would shake the TV
- 5hr wait for a remote control for the TV
- No toilet roll
- Advertised a king sized bed, but it was two singles locked together
- Other guests window located on large veranda, which didn't have cover from the rain. If the guests next door open the curtains you see the entire room vice versa which was the case
- TV is on the wall with a extendable clamp, but it was unsturdy and unlevel. If you tried to balance it screws fell out of the clamp with plaster dust which I had to screw back in after trying to turn the screen on.
I really enjoyed my stay with the hotel; which turned out to be more of a self catering, collection of mini apartments which suited me well. It was lovely to not have to leave the hotel for fresh air and to have to private outside area to the suite was a great touch for central London. Odd bits and bobs that could be fixed or more well presented, but that didn't bother my stay. I would 100% recommended the hotel and would stay again. Just be aware of the noise from the hallways entering the room, it's wasn't excessive but definitely noticeable.
