Hotel in zona Cafe Rouge, Merton

Sarah Dacey 1/5 a week ago on Google This place should be shut down. Upon your arrival you are instantly locked out as this is not a manned place. I can’t even call it a Hotel. You literally have to wait for somebody to let you in, Within an hour if you’re lucky. The room!!! My god. I’ve had better camping trips. On opening the room door (after a 50 minute wait outside and a 5 hour drive ) we were met with a dirty quilt left rolled up on a disgustingly dirty bed ( hair and filth all over it ). There were wet used towels and dirty bedding left on the side table. No one was available to do anything about it. They do not cook breakfast ( not that I would eat there ) so that’s a complete lie and you’re paying for it. The blinds on the windows have been fitted by Stevie Wonder and don’t open or close. The place is run down and generally filthy. The water is constantly freezing cold and your unable to shower. Even the electric was off. So at times we had cold water with no electricity. The owner is the most disgusting and rude person I’ve ever met and will not converse or do anything about your situation. PLEASE DON’T BOOK HERE. You’d be better off sleeping in your car. !!! It’s vile and unsafe. I paid £800 for an executive room for 7 days to be close to my partner who had an operation in a local hospital. NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN. You will be ignored by anyone that occasionally works there. A DISGRACEFUL EXPERIENCE!!! The 1 stars I have given it are actually minus 10 and more. 1 star is way too good for the place. BE WARNED !!! Or get vaccinated before you dare go. Sarah - Wrexham.

One problem I have with them is till now they haven’t refund my 100 pounds deposit that I made on arrival . Trip.com please see into this

Vedi cosa lo vendeva qui, a parte quello per un hotel 5star è più come un 3star spingere su un 4 stelle l' intero interno / ricezione & halls ha davvero bisogno di rinnovare hanno fori nei mattoni e alcuni graffiti sulle pareti , la stanza che ho prenotato (Sala deluxe del primo ministro di Tham) aveva una vista sorprendente che è quello che ha fatto la stanza vale la pena, ma l'interno era obsoleti anche ci erano solo buchi nel tetto / muri e il lavoro di legno doveva essere sostituito anche aveva un buco bruciato nella mattress questo 5star L'hotel dovrebbe essere un 4star al massimo non sarà visitato di nuovo finché non sarà stato ristrutturato

L'hotel è stato scelto durante la mia visita a Londra e si trova molto vicino alla stazione Raynes Park.Le sue strutture sono grandi, il letto è morbido, il personale è molto accogliente e il colazione che serve è bellissimo. L'unico difetto è che non fornisce riscaldamento per 24 ore, quindi si raffredda un po'di notte.

Chi vuole conoscere il lato più tranquillo di Londra al di fuori del centro, si sentirà a suo agio in questo affascinante hotel del XIX secolo, nel quartiere sud-ovest di Wimbledon. Certo, è un hotel per i viaggiatori privati, ma chi conosce molte catene di hotel come viaggiatori di affari non si accorgerà di più di queste differenze e forse potrebbe avere un'altra esperienza. Personalmente mi piace il stile tradizionale inglese di arredamento delle camere. In bagno, apparecchi moderni si collegano armoniosamente con elementi storici di piastrelle e piastrelle. Ho ordinato cibo nella stanza, che era molto buono. Mi è piaciuto anche il colazione. Il personale era molto amichevole e competente in tutti i settori. La receptionista (credo Angela?) mi ha sorpreso con un aggiornamento in una suite junior con vista sul parco. Credo che non sia meglio. Grazie ancora.

Ho soggiornato in questo ostello diverse volte per diverse ragioni: è vicino alla stazione Earls Court con facile accesso a Heathrow e Victoria I giovani staff sono sempre piacevole e utile e stanno sempre cercando di accogliere le mie richieste. bastanza eccellente ogni mattina e la capacità di avere un tè o caffè in qualsiasi momento durante il giorno Il semplice pasto serale incluso nell'alloggio è molto apprezzato quando i prezzi sono così elevati a Londra è vicino a Sainsbury's / Co-Op e uno ha L'accesso alla cucina durante il giorno La corte è un bene. Gli unici negativi sono che molti degli impianti hanno bisogno di un aggiornamento e le docce sono molto ridotti. La sala di soggiorno comune è dominata dalla TV a schermo grande e è difficile trovare un posto tranquillo per lavorare su un computer.

L'ambiente dell'hotel è buono e la maggior parte del personale è molto bello.Esci e rilassi e giocare.E'normalmente un po' freddo e chiaro, nessuno.

Questo ostello è molto comodo a dire il vero, perché è vicino al centro della città e anche l'ambiente è molto buono. Ho incontrato il mio ragazzo qui, il che è fantastico.

The staff was very nice and the whole place was full of young people. It definitely is a youth hostel and the place isn’t as big as other ones so it’s not super loud. Although the stairs are a little loud so that might wake you up. We stayed in a private room with bunk beds and they gave you towels and the shower was pretty good. The room was small as to be expected but it definitely wasn’t worth $180 a night when you could just pay for a bigger hotel room. The location was nice right by Hyde park and some free museums.

Stayed here with family while visiting Chessington theme park. The hotel is located in nice quite part with beautiful views. The staff were brilliant and very helpful. Staff recognised my membership status and explained all benefits. The room had few stains but overall was comfortable. Note the place has no restaurant or anything at walking distance but few local places offer delivery. Breakfast was unfortunately a bit letdown for us 2 days in a row as the hash browns were cold and croissants not warm! Being vegetarian that were the options I went for as didn’t have much choice. Thankfully good coffee machine so had lovely cappuccino. I will however stay again more for the great staff and the location of the hotel.
