Travelodge London Park Royal Hotel

La prima notte, quando ho controllato la stanza, ho visto un enorme ragno morto sul muro. È stato ucciso ma non è stato pulito. Ho detto all'addetto alla reception che mi aveva detto di pulirlo da solo. Dopo 10 la sera, il cameriere ha detto che non c'era acqua calda in tutto l'hotel e ha detto che sarebbe stata disponibile tra circa 20-30 minuti, dopo le 12 di sera non c'era acqua calda, e tutta la famiglia non poteva fare la doccia😡Il problema più grande è che l'hotel si fa avanti ogni notte Qualcuno ha suonato musica ad alto volume fino alle 3:00 nel cuore della notte Ogni notte senza allenamento, mi faceva venire il mal di testa 😡😡😡 Inoltre, l'hotel non dispone di aria condizionata e ha un ventilatore, che è caldo e cotto.Apri la finestra ma molti insetti volano dentro

This is a great choice for a hotel close to Park Royal station - only a 10 minute walk. The free car parking was also much appreciated! There is definitely noise coming through from the train lines, so I’d recommend packing earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. We had an accesible room - and though thought has clearly gone into most aspects of this, I would recommend the management use a different bath mat as the one in there was quite slippy and didn’t help me feel stable. I would also recommend better cleaning of some of the extra duvets. A special shout out goes to the staff here - Tota was a great help when we were first getting our room and getting to grip with the zip lock beds - she couldn’t do enough for us! Other staff members told us about taxis and directions to tube stations - again helping us greatly. It’s definitely a place I’d consider again if I was in the area.

Stayed at Travelodge Park Royal and had a great experience! It’s a small hotel, but the service was excellent. Everything we needed was nearby, making it a convenient choice for our stay. A special shoutout to receptionist Anandhu, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. He made our check-in process smooth and ensured we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this place for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

Friendly staff at reception on arrival. Walk to the nearest tube station is about 15 minutes. The hotel is located right on a busy main A road and a train line and there is a lot of outside noise. For this reason you couldn’t open windows for very long. Equally the rooms are not well sound proofed and you could hear every step from the room above. Request a top floor room if you can! Parking was £22 for 3 days. M&S is right next door in the petrol station, there are no eating facilities or lounges in the lobby at this hotel. Probably wouldn’t stay again because of the noise issues.
