這個酒店隔音不好，整個晚上都有在放音樂 大聲講話…一分鐘都沒有睡着的一次住店…地上有沙一樣的 不太衞生…洗漱盆堵了 水要十分鐘才能排斥

Convenient location very close to Brent Cross West station. There are actively renovating units, so if you come during the day (8am-4pm) you will hear the odd construction sounds. The units are freshly done, so it was a very comfortable stay. Everything you needed from stove, microwave, kettle, hairdryer, TV, etc. The bathroom was lovely with a large shower. My only concern however, is that it is behind a gas station and when we arrived (around 8pm) there was some unsavoury people loitering around. Overall, good stay for now!

Bad wifi, dirty, no soundproofing. Serious renovations they did not tell us about and really loud construction noises as a result at random times in the night. The elevator was not functional. The room itself was okay when we cleaned up the dirt and stray hairs, but I would not recommend it. Just pay more to stay in a place that won’t lie to you.

L'hôtel est situé près de la gare, d'un arrêt de bus et d'un supermarché. la chambre est confortable mais très sale. le sol n'avait pas été nettoyé (amas de cheveux, tâches...) et la poubelle contenait un préservatif usagé et une culotte. Il nous a fallu demander plusieurs fois le nettoyage du sol. de plus, l'hôtel n'a répondu à aucun de mes messages faisant part de mon mécontentement. je ne le recommande vraiment pas si vous cherchez un endroit propre.
