We spent three nights in this guesthouse and had a great time. The a**osphere in the pub below is typically English and every evening there were events full of people and music. A few tips for the rooms. We would have liked to have had a mirror inside the bedroom, and an electric socket for the hairdryer in the bathroom too. Maybe even a couple of bathrobes would have come in handy. Otherwise everything was great. The room clean and warm and the breakfast plentiful. Unfortunately the weather was not kind to us on this 3-day holiday. Recommended.

My first visit here was to see one of my favorite bands, Salamander, play there on a Saturday night and it was a great night. The a**osphere was very friendly and the staff and "music crew" very welcoming. Apparently the Open Mic nights are great to so I'll aim to catch some of those plus a few more Saturday night gigs in 2024 - especially if Salamander are on the bill!

Lovely pub and hotel. Didn't drink or eat in the pub but it did look very nice. Our room was lovely with a double and single. The beds were super comfortable and the room was very clean and so was the stairs and corridors. The woman behind the bar was welcoming. Would definitely stay again and would recommend. Even had a fridge which for me is always good to have.

Not the best. Veg on roast dinners rock hard. Food came out at all different times. Fish chips good. Prawn starter awful. Not very friendly. Won’t be back and would definitely not recommend for a roast anyway

Stayed this weekend. Although there was a problem with our rooms the staff sorted this very quickly. Rooms where beautifully layed out we stayed in the quadruple room. Beds very comfy. Soft drinks in the mini fridge, tea and coffee making facilities. However the only mirror in the whole room was in the bathroom. We ate in the pub and the food was lovely. We had several things from the bar snack list which fed 4 of us in total. Considering the accommodation is above a pub we heard no noise from the pub itself after midnight. Lovely friendly staff would highly recommend.

Used the Kilburn Arms just for one night during our family’s trip to London as its only about 12 minute walk from a Jubilee tube line.
Nice and friendly staff, who showed us to our room. We had a family room (quadruple) which was great for us. King size bed and 2 single beds. All very comfy.
Parking was for free just on the side street,but that’s because we visited this over weekend. So we left the car there after we checked out and returned to it just as we were travelling back home.
Not sure how this would work out during the week. It’s a short walk to the Kilburn Underground Station (0.6 miles) for the Jubilee line so nice connection to Wes**inster.

Got there and was told my room was not available they had my number on booking request and didnt bother to ring just said nothing they can do about it no onsite parking as advertised just out side on road
