Hotel in zona Bingfield Park, Londra

adoriamo stare qui... avevamo una nuova camera, personale favoloso, servizi fantastici... nessuna colpa dell'hotel ma era così rumoroso tutta la notte... anche 8 piani più in alto... macchine che andavano su di giri... gente che urlava fuori... ci ha portato ad un sonno insonne notte... ma ehi, una di quelle cose... ho pagato la colazione perché non l'avevo prenotata.. scelta favolosa e potevi mangiare quanto volevi.. nessuna lamentela… inconveniente... gli asciugamani erano molto piccoli... e il sedile del water era rotto... ma niente di grave e non ci siamo preoccupati di lamentarci...

La camera è piccola ma confortevole. Tutti gli spazi sono stati studiati per essere i più funzionali possibili. La pulizia è ineccepibile, e abbiamo apprezzato molto lo spazio comune con la possibilità di avere un caffè o in te comodamente seduti all’inizio o alla fine di una giornata intensa. Il personale gentilissimo dalla reception al personale per le pulizie. Ci ritorneremo.

I find spa days odd if this is normal. Maybe this is a me thing. £70 to sip camomile tea in a not very warm room with the lights down (I could have murdered a coffee but they didn’t “do” coffee in the spa. Coming from a luxury hospitality background and it being a high-end hotel, I would have thought someone might have offered me one); the jacuzzi again was not all warm and nice so my muscles still wouldn’t relax and then there is a steam room with eucalyptus. The sauna is separated m/f so i didn’t bother because I went with a male friend and the point was to chat… we ended up having more tea. There is no swimming pool but there is a gym. Fair enough if you want that. My starters had no flavour at all. The main was nice and right for the moment and my Irish coffee was delicious. The building wowed me and everything is in very good condition. Staff are down to earth, smart and friendly. The set menu was worth doing. I don’t know how this competes with other hotels but had the spa been warmer I would certainly have been happier. I feel £70 for that part of the day is money for old rope. When I think about it we spent about £20 an hour to be in a nice building and have a £30 two course meal. I think that’s quite a lot. The spa could do with some personality, warmth, music… having tables cleared more often (it wasn’t busy)… something other than going room to room in a towling robe.

A me piaceva davvero il soggiorno qui. Semplice, classica, hotel hub. Amazing central London location. Passi lontani dalla stazione di tubo, abbiamo visitato siti turistici nella zona. Grande per la nostra vacanza di fine settimana della città. I letti sono superbly comodi. Io viaggiavo solo ALOT per lavoro, quindi so cosa mi piace o no delle camere alberghiere. In questa occasione, viaggiavo con i miei tre bambini, e la mancanza di TV significava che non dormivano distratti. La mancanza di pavimenti in tappeti, di piastrelle decorative e di lettieri (che sospettavo raramente siano lavati in altri hotel) era perfetta, perché significava che non dovevo assicurarmi che i miei figli non toccavano alcuna tessuto impuro. Siamo stati fuori per la maggior parte del nostro soggiorno. Quindi la mancanza di vista/ finestre, non era preoccupante. Nessuna opzione per colazione, ma abbiamo preso frutta per colazione da Tesco Express vicino. C'è un caffè e bar 24 ore vicino alla porta, anche questa è una buona opzione. Se sai cosa stai prenotando e cosa aspettarti, non sarai claustrofobica, invece sarai piacevolmente sorpresa. Se vieni in taxi, il nome di questo hotel è zedwell. Assomiglia un po' alla facciata di una sala karaoke sul lato della strada, quindi non è troppo difficile da trovare. Piccadilly Circus è una piccola piazza vicino all'hotel, molto famosa a Londra ed è un luogo di incontro per i giovani. Queste due informazioni devono essere chiarite. Il vantaggio dell'hotel è che è molto vicino alla National Gallery e Trafalgar Square. L'hotel è un po' come un ostello della gioventù più avanzato: dopo la prenotazione, puoi effettuare il check-in da solo e la macchina ti aiuterà a generare una chiave magnetica della camera. Ma se il tuo inglese non è molto buono, puoi anche chiedere aiuto allo staff accanto a te. La hall dell'hotel è piuttosto grande, ma poiché l'area self-service è grande, la reception non è grande. Poiché siamo arrivati ​​a Londra in anticipo, siamo rimasti per una notte e abbiamo lasciato i bagagli in hotel la mattina dopo, pagando un supplemento per il deposito. La stanza non meritava niente ma era pulita. Abbiamo prenotato una camera doppia, ma ci è stata assegnata una camera per sei persone.Siamo rimasti scioccati.Il servizio di Ctrip è stato molto buono.Abbiamo trovato il servizio clienti e il servizio clienti ha chiesto rapidamente all'agente dell'hotel di informarsi. Abbiamo chiesto se volevamo tornare a una camera doppia. C'è un bancomat self-service al piano di sotto dove è possibile acquistare acqua e snack. Va notato che non c'è molto personale dell'hotel e devi trovare qualcuno per accedere ai tuoi bagagli, ma sono molto entusiasti. Gli hotel britannici effettuano il check-out molto presto, quindi fai attenzione.

Il posto è molto economico per Londra, quindi è solo quello che mi serve. Non ci sono frittelle extra e non sembra particolarmente bello. La posizione è proprio vicino alla stazione che è conveniente. Tuttavia, le uscite sono difficili da raggiungere e le camere sono piuttosto sp****.

Molto ben situato offrendo servizi impeccabili. La stanza con terrazza è davvero fantastica. Buon colazione e bar.

We stayed here for one night on Tuesday 20th Feb in rooms 302 & 306. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from Old Street station - you turn right just passed the Sainsburys local shop and it is just around the corner. We checked in around 4pm - the 2 members of staff who checked us in were very polite, friendly and helpful. The rooms were a very good size with a huge TV opposite the bed and a seating area with fridge and 2 bottles of complimentary water in the room. The shower room was a good size and the shower was a double unit so plenty of room to move with a rain shower and a hand held attachment which could be taken off the wall. There is good quality shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in the shower and handwash and body wash by the sink. There is a hairdryer and iron/ironing board in the room. Tea & coffee is also provided. The double bed was very comfortable with high quality bed linen Breakfast was included - there was plenty of choice. Cereals, fresh fruit, yogurt, muffins, croissants, bread, jams, marmalade, orange or apple juice, selection of teas and coffee. The hot selection included bacon. beans, eggs, sausage, mushrooms and tomato and was all very tasty. Cannot fault the service at this hotel and it is all spotless. Check in was very efficient. The room card is required to use the lift from the ground floor - this did seem to be a bit hit and miss and sometimes we had to scan it 4 or 5 times before it worked.
