Sono tornato dopo aver passato una notte qui e che soggiorno perfetto era anche. Abbiamo soggiornato in Attiq 1 ed era una camera molto pulita e fresca con una bella suite. Il letto era grande e confortevole con una bella linda fresca. Torniamo dopo mezzanotte e anche se il pub era chiuso non avevamo ancora alcun problema di arrivare in camera nostra. La macchina era parcheggiata sul corridoio senza alcun problema. Io ti consiglio questo posto e cercherò sempre di prenotare qui in futuro. Perché pagare i prezzi dell'hotel estorsione quando ci sono pietre da trovare. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

La stanza era pulita, con una vista molto bella sul terreno e sul fiume Tamigi.
Il club di salute era occupato ma bello, ci piaceva la piscina, la sauna e la stanza a vapore.

La camera è completa, camminando circa 200 metri dalla stazione della metropolitana di Heathrow, e pulita.La stanza non è grande.Un piccolo letto, un paio di letti umani, adatto per il soggiorno familiare, il personale di servizio è anche molto entusiasta, cioè non può connettersi con WiFi, ma è un cambio di alloggio all'aeroporto, non importa! Il panorama intorno all'hotel è molto buono. Anche un piccolo supermercato vicino alla stazione della metropolitana può essere acquistato!Il prezzo è anche più vicino alla gente, vale la pena raccomandare!

Abbiamo prenotato questo Holiday Inn per un evento sportivo vicino. Recentemente abbiamo soggiornato in un altro Holiday Inn che era eccellente, quindi sperava che sarebbe la stessa. Il parcheggio in loco era anche molto importante. All'arrivo alle 3:30 dopo aver pagato per il parcheggio ci è stato detto al check che il parcheggio non era garantito agli ospiti dell'hotel. L'hotel ha funzionalità per poter essere pieno di sera, ma non preoccuparti c'è un parcheggio multi storie a dieci minuti a piedi!! Abbiamo andato al rugby evento senza sapere se potremmo parcheggiare all'hotel al nostro ritorno. La nostra camera esecutiva era una delusione. La cassaforte non funzionava, il wifi lento e incoerente, la base di letto era rotta e la camera era generalmente necessaria per rinfrescare. Sembrava pulita. La stanza non era tranquilla. La stanza aveva una macchina da caffè e una caldaia, ecc. per il tè, ma non ci sono tazze di tè, solo un bagno, ecc. Basi semplici che non erano giuste, che erano deludenti. Il personale di ricezione era simpatico, molto utile e potevamo sentire la loro frustrazione per il fatto che queste cose semplici non erano giuste.

In generale, l'hotel è un luogo molto confortevole. Il personale è così bello e molto utile. Il ristorante per il colazione è anche molto buono. E si trova in una posizione molto conveniente, si può facilmente prendere l'autobus a Richmond o ealing board per andare a centro di Londra o aeroporto.
Mia madre mi ha visitato a Londra. Ho prenotato una camera da letto, ma la stanza è per lei solo di rimanere.
Viveva lì per 10 notti, e l'hotel ha garantito che si terranno a casa ogni 7 giorni.

UUtente ospiteBe careful of being unknowingly charged with a ‘discussionary charge of tips’ (supposed to be A Conpulsory charge of tips, don’t be fool by the name, it is non-discussionary) AFTER CHECKING OUT of the hotel. I was being charged with a discussionary charge of the tips on the credit card automatically without being informed upfront after I checked out and left the hotel.
When I checked out, i was informed at the counter that they were closing their account for previous day and they would help me check out my room and email me the invoice of my stay after they finished closing account. As a result, I innocently left the hotel since I thought a 5-star hotel would not have anything gone wrong. However, I was totally wrong until I saw extra charges on my credit card while not receiving any so called invoice from the hotel at all. I then reached out to Trip.com to request for the invoice that they have promised to send to me and it was then I was informed that the extra charges were from a discussionary charge of tips. I wasn’t happy about the way this was done hence I requested for a refund for this since it clearly stated this is a DISCUSSIONARY fee, not a compulsory fee. However, I was informed that this is a Non-refundable fee and my request was denied.
Out of so many hotels I have stayed, it is unbelievable that in a 5-Star hotel, I was forced to pay something that wasn’t even being informed upfront. In addition, with the fee name suggested, it is a discussionary charge of tips NOT a compulsory charge of tips, the hotel has forced the customers to pay it as COMPULSORY CHARGE OF TIPS.
In addition, the hotel services were very inefficient and lot of rooms for improve. We ordered for an in-room meal and we were told that it would take about half an hour to deliver. Hence we waited, and until an hour later, there was no update on our meal and we had to make a call again to check for the progress of our meal. It was then we knew there was a delay in the meal. By the time we done with our meal, we made the call again to request for someone to collect the plates, we literally waited for more than an hour and had to call twice before someone came to pick up the plates.
This shouldn’t have been the service received in a 5-star hotel and the worst of all, the hotel should have more transparency in their charges and should have informed the customers on the charges upfront before the actual charging. When we signed for the amount paid for the meal, there were no statement on the discussionary charge of tips at all, and we didn’t expect there would be as we were not even informed.
It is not that we are unwilling to give the tips and we did give the tips during the stay. However, it made us very uncomfortable that we weren’t informed anything upfront and it was charged to my credit card AFTER we CHECKED OUT of THE HOTEL. It made us feeling very unsafe to provide the credit card to the hotel as they can charge whatever charges they want after checking out the hotel. In addition, it is a discussionary charge, isn’t it should be discussed before I was being charged? If not it should be called a a compulsory charge of tips.

UUtente ospiteA very nice hotel in prime position for the O2. The room was lovely with some nice touches such as independently controlled speaker in the bathroom so you could stream music via TV. One observation would be the mini bar… ludicrously expensive and sensor controlled! £4 for a Kit Kat, and from memory over £6 for a snack pot of Pringles, I totally get the “convenience“ but this in my mind let the stay down a bit. Do not remove anything from it even to look as you will be charged

IIanIl nostro normale hotel IHG è stato quasi interamente prenotato, quindi il prezzo è stato proibitivo, quindi abbiamo avuto l'opportunità di provare per la prima volta l'Hotel Sutton.
L'hotel dispone di tutte le strutture, compresa la piscina, e anche se non abbiamo usato nessuna, eccetto il ristorante, tutto sembrava eccellente. La stanza standard della regina era ok, ma ci sono stati alcuni marchi e tinture sul tappeto, tazze di plastica nel bagno, nessuna scatola di tessuti e poche socche da inserire. È vero, tuttavia, che questo hotel ha un ristorante molto buono in vista che Epsom non fa, quindi non c'è dubbio che rimarremo qui in futuro.

UUtente ospite1. La tipologia di camera nel Dorset è buona, il letto è comodo e la stanza è più grande del previsto.
2. Il bagno è molto pulito e c'è un portasciugamani riscaldato a disposizione. Ma gli articoli da toeletta forniti non sono buoni e i miei capelli sembrano astringenti dopo il lavaggio.
3. C'è un addetto alla reception nella hall che parla cinese.
4. L'hotel è in un'ottima posizione, a mezz'ora dall'aeroporto di Heathrow. C'è una fermata dell'autobus proprio di fronte all'hotel, che porta direttamente a Buckingham Palace. Dall'hotel è possibile raggiungere anche la stazione della metropolitana con una breve passeggiata.
5. Accanto c'è un centro commerciale molto grande.
6. Il servizio in camera è molto lento e di solito richiede assistenza. È davvero un vecchio hotel.

Tuttavia, quando si va lì, è scomodo spostarsi dalla metropolitana all'autobus n. 81, poiché la distanza è lunga. Questo è un enorme inconveniente. Aspettare l'autobus di notte è un po' spaventoso. Le camere sono nella media e le strutture sono obsolete. Tuttavia, se desideri semplicemente imbarcarti sul volo e pernottare, non è un’opzione. UUtente ospiteUtilizziamo la Royal National ogni volta che visitiamo Londra, il che può accadere alcune volte all'anno, all'inizio per la posizione (è a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana di Russell Square, a 10 minuti dal British Museum e a 15 minuti da Oxford Street), ma ora per la pulizia e la cordialità del personale, questa volta abbiamo ricevuto un upgrade gratuito in una camera nuova e rinnovata, i letti sono sempre comodi e la camera è sempre estremamente pulita, niente è un problema per il personale delle pulizie e gli extra come il tè e il latte ecc. viene sempre fornito non appena richiesto. Anche il pub in loco è un vantaggio che offre pasti e un'area salotto all'aperto con tv a grande schermo che questa volta mostrava le partite dell'euro, non era rumoroso o turbolento ed essendo sul retro dell'hotel non abbiamo sentito nulla. Continueremo a utilizzare l'hotel per ogni visita che faremo a Londra.

- Nice, gated rock table garden with ashtrays out the front
- Executive studio had a nice large modern room, bathroom, kitchen with flat screen and private veranda with table and ashtray
- Left to your own devices to self cater which I enjoyed, housekeeping still asked to clean the room during my stay which is nice
- Cooker/microwave, separate microwave, kettle, hidden mid sized fridge, fan, good heating, nice artwork,
- Very comfy pillows and duvet, plenty of clean towels
- Great mattresses for a perfect sleep
- Large mirror and full sized desk in the room
- Nice lighting and very atmospheric
- Separate entrance to main hotel
- Pots, frying pan, cutlery, wine glasses and mug was provided which was convenient
- Managed to cook multiple elements of a dish with no smoke alarm triggers or problems
- French doors onto the private dug out veranda was a very nice feature
- It's only £10 per hour to extend check-out which I added an extra hour on so I have more time to leave with no complaints from the manager
- Cost was very reasonable for the holiday season, made a great short 3 day stay very easy to book short notice
Cons:
- Not much to the hotel, 5 metre wide reception area by front door which is awkward
- My suite was located downstairs, where there were also other guest rooms however the hallway looked like the cleaners storeroom and unkept.
- Noise from hallway, slamming doors by other guests or housekeepers can be heard which would shake the TV
- 5hr wait for a remote control for the TV
- No toilet roll
- Advertised a king sized bed, but it was two singles locked together
- Other guests window located on large veranda, which didn't have cover from the rain. If the guests next door open the curtains you see the entire room vice versa which was the case
- TV is on the wall with a extendable clamp, but it was unsturdy and unlevel. If you tried to balance it screws fell out of the clamp with plaster dust which I had to screw back in after trying to turn the screen on.
I really enjoyed my stay with the hotel; which turned out to be more of a self catering, collection of mini apartments which suited me well. It was lovely to not have to leave the hotel for fresh air and to have to private outside area to the suite was a great touch for central London. Odd bits and bobs that could be fixed or more well presented, but that didn't bother my stay. I would 100% recommended the hotel and would stay again. Just be aware of the noise from the hallways entering the room, it's wasn't excessive but definitely noticeable.

Grande per la nostra vacanza di fine settimana della città. I letti sono superbly comodi. Io viaggiavo solo ALOT per lavoro, quindi so cosa mi piace o no delle camere alberghiere. In questa occasione, viaggiavo con i miei tre bambini, e la mancanza di TV significava che non dormivano distratti. La mancanza di pavimenti in tappeti, di piastrelle decorative e di lettieri (che sospettavo raramente siano lavati in altri hotel) era perfetta, perché significava che non dovevo assicurarmi che i miei figli non toccavano alcuna tessuto impuro. Siamo stati fuori per la maggior parte del nostro soggiorno. Quindi la mancanza di vista/ finestre, non era preoccupante. Nessuna opzione per colazione, ma abbiamo preso frutta per colazione da Tesco Express vicino. C'è un caffè e bar 24 ore vicino alla porta, anche questa è una buona opzione. Se sai cosa stai prenotando e cosa aspettarti, non sarai claustrofobica, invece sarai piacevolmente sorpresa.
