When we arrived I'm not sure they read how many people - I had to ask for more wrist bands. We called and asked for more pillows for our room considering we had 4 people at 9 - 930 we called and asked how long they'd be and if I could go pick them up so the kids would go to bed... they said no I couldn't and that she'd ask them again. No pillows arrived. Breakfast we went to the restaurant. Waited in line, were told we had to wait till they cleared tables as a few were just finishing up. As we waited we read the menus so we'd be ready. Another table the same size came after, they sat them first. I had to ask again to be seated. We had to continue to wait.

Nice indoor pool, very clean.

We booked the hotel for a winter getaway due to the pool area. We had a room with a walk out to the pool deck which was great. Hotel looked expertly run and staff was excellent. Will definitely be back

I was very disappointed about the facilities and that we chose to pay for a room overlooking the pool. Our room overlooked a slide that was not running. Apparently the water slide only runs Friday, Saturday, Sunday. We specifically chose this location as a celebration for my 21 year old son and myself to use the water slide, hot tub and swim. When we arrived we learned That not only was the slide not functioning, but neither was the hot tub. A room overlooking a non functioning slide was a let down. The hotels nonchalant approach and shifting the blame to us using ******* was off putting. The tv in the room was not functioning well, a long delay when trying to change channels. Lastly, we are used to having the option to having a coffee fresh with cream in the lobby not being available was another let down. This felt out of alignment with the Best Western way. The price did not equate to the experience is my take away.

We had a great stay! We wished the waterslide was open on Thursday evening. I also would love to see a coffee station in the lobby.

A tropical oasis right in Southern Ontario. Amazing!!! Loved every minute of our stay & we will definitely be booking again soon.

Went with friends who checked in at 1:30. We were promised to be beside them. The room beside them was cleaned at 1:30 and when we arrive at 3:35 we were told our room was not ready. They were going to give us a room father away… when finally inquiring they agreed the room beside was ready hours before and let us check in 10 mins early. They did give us pool passes early so that was nice.

The pool looked nice for kids. The bed sheets were dirty and smelled. Evident they were not changed between guests.

The bathtub wouldn’t drain properly. Through out the night there were kids running and screaming in the hallway. The hot tub was constantly over capacity with children. When I initially booked the hotel I was told there would be a continental breakfast provided at no charge. I then confirmed this with the concierge and when I went for breakfast I was only then informed that it was a ready-to-serve breakfast that you had to pay for. Very disappointing stay.

I love the rooms, I got the room with the walk out patio and it fit us 3 comfortably. the rooms were very clean, well set up, and had everything we needed in them. We all loved the pool and the slide especially. We ate at the restaurant and the food prices were good, as well as the food itself. Definitely a 5 star hotel for us.
