I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unsatisfactory conditions of my room during my recent stay at your hotel from 16/06/2024 to 17/06/2024, Room NO.204. Upon checking into my room, I was extremely disappointed to find the following issues: 1. The room was not clean, which was evident from the moment I entered. 2. The towel provided was torn, which is unacceptable for any hotel standard. 3. There were stains on the bed sheets, which raises serious concerns about hygiene and cleanliness. 4. The geyser in the bathroom was not working, making it impossible to have a warm shower. 5.There is a foul smell in the room and in the bathroom My children went swimming in the morning, They were very cold then we came to the room but there was no hot water facility in the place, These issues significantly affected the quality of my stay and did not meet the standards I expected from your hotel. I trust you understand the importance of maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and functionality in your hotel rooms. I request an immediate resolution to these issues. Additionally, I believe a partial or full refund of my booking amount would be appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused.
