Overall the experience was amazing, amenities and food bith were excellent. Staff serbuce and behaviour was top notch especially Mr. Amit tripathi greeted us really well and helped us in exploring the property. Thanks for being an wonderful host Meritas Aura.

Stay was pleasant with good and supportive staffs. Food was also good and hygienic. Rooms were clean and overall service was good. Plunge pool room was a unique experience. Location was also near to many sight seeing points so commute was also easy within lonavala

The stay at meritas aura was awesome. The food, ambience was very good. The staff especially amit tripathi was very polite. The room service was better. The cleanliness of pool was better. It is very good stay if you are staying with your family.

Good location and excellent stay , rooms was neat and clean, staff was very co operative and friendly, specially thanks to Mr Salman , you suggested us very delicious food and I would like to come again , thankyou all , and specially mr. Salman ( keep it up)

Clean resort, nice food, cooperative staff,lovely garden where we sat and played games, they gave complimentary high tea with yummy samosas. The plunge pool was lot of fun where we can have our own privacy, we danced and sang away.keep it up

Great experience. The property is very family friendly, rooms are clean. The staff are the best. No matter what the request , the staff attended to it promptly. They have a nice setup for kids including a trampoline, slides and swings. We opted to extend our stay by a day and Mr Naresh the Front office manager obliged and even gave us a good deal and was professional and courteous. The breakfast was good, the live counter had made to order dosas and eggs. The food is tasty from the restaurant, but a tad bit pricy for the quantity which serves 2. Overall a very nice visit and will definately visit and recommend to family and friends.

It was a pleasant stay at Meritas Aura. The location is calm & serene , surrounded by mountains. Staffs were friendly & polite & The manager Mr. Naresh was quite supportive & helpful. Food is good. The rooms were quite unique with extra bed on the loft, so ideal for family of 2+1 or 2+2. Overall it was a relaxing experience with my family at this property My best wishes to the team.
