La struttura è sicuramente molto bella . La stanza era molto carina e pulita. Buona la colazione, ottima la vista sul mare e le strutture annesse (lettini e piscina). Personale sempre molto carino e cordiale. L'hotel offre accesso diretto al mare anche se non è proprio il massimo e peggiora nel pomeriggio per via della bassa marea. Distante dal centro urbano la sera per cenare se non si vuole utilizzare il ristorante si ha bisogno di un taxi

The hotel is quite decent. Ok for couples and families. Near to the fast food like McDonald at Matarram Mall, convenient store and even Chatime (Korean fast food) just next to the hotel. Transportation (Grab) are easy to get around. I like that they are eco friendly....every level have a umber of water dispensers as such, no bottled water in the room. Good job!!!

Ha preso un volo Scoot diretto da Singapore per 2 ore 20 minuti e poi un giro auto 1.5 ore al resort. Prenotato un'auto direttamente dal resort e il conducente aspettava fuori dopo aver lasciato l'aeroporto con il nome del resort. Abbiamo prenotato la suite familiare che era la prima suite e la prima camera combinata, aveva una porta connessa. La camera era grande ma nessun bagno in entrambe le camere. Spogliatoio e toaletta separata. C'è anche una doccia all'aperto, ma penso che sia solo per le unità di pavimento. Viene con deposito sicuro, caldaia e frigorifero. Nessuna tavola da letto. Il loro lavanderia è piuttosto ragionevole prezzo. Le letti erano molto comodi e il loro aria condizionata è freddo. Abbiamo avuto pochi chiusi di energia, ma è stato ripristinato molto rapidamente in meno di 20 sec. Bella spiaggia ma non adatto per nuotare, perché le onde erano enormi. Hanno bellissimi piscine e ponti solari. Hanno 2 ristoranti che servono cibo italiano, occidentale e indonesiano. Il ristorante italiano ‘Kliff’ è un must try. Superbo cibo e qualità a prezzi ragionevoli. Prenota una tavola per vedere il sole con l’isola di Bali in vista. Bello sole. Il resort ha anche un spa e una palestra. Il nostro giardino è stato un giardino di giardino, e il suo prezzo è molto più ragionevole e più economico di Bali. Prenota il loro viaggio di snorkeling nelle isole di Gili e è stato fantastico! Gili Nanggu è la nostra preferita. Sicuramente ritornerà, Lombok è più ridotto e senza le folle di Bali. Anche le cose erano più economiche. Se vuoi un bel, rilassante, tranquillo e buono prezzo, vieni a Lombok. Se preferisci pub, shopping e crowds, andare a Bali. È anche una connessione di traghetto pubblico tra Bali e Lombok. Ci vuole circa 2 ore. La maggior parte di loro capisce l'inglese semplice e ricorda la nostra preferenza per il caffè e come ci piace il nostro uovo fatto.

In realtà non ho soggiornato ma voglio rendere presente la mia situazione. Avevo effettuato una prenotazione direttamente con il resort con acconto accettando la politica di cancellazione del Resort . Ho dovuto cancellare la prenotazione rispettando ampiamente i termini di cancellazione . Ho disdetto via mail e mi e’ stato risposto che avrei ricevuto il rimborso . Tutte mail salvate . Mai ricevuto nulla nonostante numerose altre mail tutte salvate ma senza ricevere risposta . Il giorno in cui saremmo dovuti arrivare in agosto ( ma la prenotazione era appunto stata cancellata) mi chiamano chiedendo come mai nn eravamo arrivati . Abbiamo spiegato che avevamo cancellato e a loro non risultava . Ho mandato lo screen shot della mail e mi hanno detto che avrebbero verificato e mi avrebbero rimborsato . Nei giorni successivi mi e’ stata richiesta la mail in cui avevo cancellato con la loro risposta positiva , dicendo nuovamente che mi avrebbero rimborsata ma sono mesi e continuo a aspettare. Non e’ cifra alta ma e’ il principio . State attenti non sono affidabili. Questo per rendere partecipe di quello che mi e’ capitato

UUtente ospiteSiamo arrivati prima del sole e siamo stati seduti fuori, abbiamo avuto dei cocktail fantastici durante l'ora felice, poi belle piastrelle da condividere. La posizione era un servizio eccellente, e il cibo era davvero delizioso. Il sole è stato consegnato e il club di spiaggia e piscina in fondo sembravano fare un buon lavoro. Devi pagare l'ingresso e poi si toglie la fattura, ma valeva la pena.

We had an incredible stay at Meno Island Villas! We had the 2-bedroom, private pool villa and stayed for almost a week. 'Google', Din, Yan, and As were awesome hosts, super friendly and always smiling, they went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and fun. Our rooms were very comfortable, and had everything we needed. We loved using our private pool 3/4 times per day. We also had breakfast included each morning, with a good menu to choose from. It also happened to be my birthday during our stay, and the guys went out of their way to not let me forget it! They also catered to our every need, helping us carry our bags, ordering and delivering food like 'room service' from across the island, a never-ending supply of Bintangs, helping us get the best prices on tours, the service was better than I would expect at home. Could not be more complimentary!! In terms of location, getting around Gili Meno was easy, we walked everywhere (but you can take a horse and cart). You can also rent a bike, but be warned, some areas (particularly on the tracks closest to the ocean) are very sandy, so you would have to get off and walk those, but the further inland you go the more ridable the tracks. Meno Island Villas is pretty much in the centre of the island, so its close to everything. It's roughly 10mins walk to the west coast where the best snorkelling spots are (statues and turtles) as well as all the good bars/restaurants on the island. It's maybe 12mins walk the other way to the east coast where the port is, and probably 15mins to the top of the island where the best sunrise/sunset is. We explored Gili Air and Gili Trawangan on day trips as well which 'Google' helped us organise, and these were very enjoyable, I'd highly recommend going to both of them too. Gili Meno is definitely the quietest of the 3 islands (particularly during the evenings) if that is what you're after, but the snorkelling spots are PACKED during the day. A local described the islands as Meno is the honeymoon island, Trawangan is the party island and Air is the mushroom island! Getting between the islands is very easy. I suggest approaching people directly yourself though, don't go through the shuttle companies and pay 450pp, we averaged 250 for 4 people on private boats, so you can definitely negotiate pretty heavily. In the end, we had an amazing time, filled with great memories and we didn't want to leave!

IIsy_bisyThis hotel has so much potential. The staff and service were amazing and super friendly. The location is isolated compared to other hotels but I loved the quiet and the sound of the waves from the balcony of my room. Half the hotel is still under renovation but my room in the other half was beautifully decorated and very clean. The restaurant menu is very limited however with a lot of things being out of stock even for simple things like beer or spirits so no cocktails are available despite having 2 bars which was disappointing. The food I did order was good though. Both the pool on the ground floor and the one on the top are beautiful and perfect to catch the sunset 🌅 Maybe next season will be better because like I said it has the potential to be excellent.

Near lots of shops and street food, there's not a lot for tourists in this town but this is probably the best neighborhood to be in if you are passing through. The room was nice and clean, only bad part was the mattress needed replacement. Maybe as things things pick up post-pandemic they will fix that.

UUtente ospiteL'hotel era vuoto, a parte noi, per prendere 2 camere (a meno che non ci fossero mancati altri ospiti). Ci serve davvero un po' di aggiornamento, ma capiamo perfettamente che ciò che è stato colpito da Covid e dai terremoti di Lombok, la ripresa è stata lenta. Le camere erano pulite e tempestive. L'unica questione che abbiamo avuto è che abbiamo lottato con il wifi. Ogni volta che uscì, abbiamo contattato la ricezione e hanno riuscito a farla tornare, ma è stato un grippo regolare che durava solo per un breve periodo e poi doveva essere rimesso in moto. Non è la fine del mondo, ma abbiamo scelto un hotel con WiFi perché dobbiamo essere in contatto con il lavoro. A causa della mancanza di ospiti all'hotel, hanno gestito un menu molto limitato che non era nemmeno aperto di una sera. Ancora una volta, comprendiamo che i costi di mantenere aperto per gli ospiti minimi non sono costosi, ma avremmo voluto sapere prima di prenotare. Fortunatamente, abbiamo trovato un ristorante molto bello (L'Ufficio) proprio lungo la strada. Gli amici erano stati qui due volte negli anni precedenti e quindi sapevano quanto fosse bello questo hotel. Spero che riuscirà a recuperare e tornare dove era una volta.

UUtente ospiteL'alloggio è appena fuori dalla Main Street, il che è carino. Abbiamo soggiornato in uno dei bungalow che si affacciano sulla piscina, molto carino. Il personale è stato molto disponibile e ha cercato di fare tutto il possibile per rendere il tuo soggiorno migliore. L'unico aspetto negativo di questo posto è la sveglia alle 5 del mattino dalla moschea locale, ma credo che l'intera isola sia piena di altoparlanti, quindi è quasi impossibile non essere disturbati da questo. Tuttavia, non darei un punteggio basso a questo alloggio per questo motivo, è solo piuttosto sfortunato.

La piscina è eccellente come la spiaggia davanti all'hotel con accesso diretto, ma indossare google se si intende passare molto tempo sottomarino nella piscina come cloruro è presente.
Una bella selezione di piatti locali sulla spiaggia 400 m a sud dell'hotel che sono meravigliosi luoghi per godere del sole. Usa il telefono per tradurre il menu e capire che sono alcol libero. Ma si può facilmente alimentare una famiglia di quattro per 250K idr con dessert e bevande.
Le bevande al bar di piscina dell'hotel sono molto forti circa la metà del prezzo dell'Australia così buono valore.La maggior parte dei clienti indonesiani, ma tutti sono molto amichevoli.
Abbiamo visto un po' di ospiti europei, ma siamo stati gli unici Aussi. Lombok sicuramente non è ancora superato e è molto più veloce da raggiungere di Bali.
Probabilmente la mia unica preoccupazione è che Senggigi, come un luogo non si è ancora davvero recuperato dal chiusura di Covid, un grande luogo per costruire la propria base per le isole Gili, il parco di vita selvatico, la raffreddamento di acqua bianca e le cascate a nord del volcano principale. Ma non è un gran numero di cose da fare in Senggigi.
