Siamo stati 4 notti nel Tropic Resort in Villa Susan con piscina esterna e piscina all'aperto e siamo stati assolutamente entusiasta. Posizione: Il Resort è a 2 minuti di auto dalla spiaggia sognante Selong Belanak. Il resort è perfettamente adatto per chi cerca riposo. Ci sono alcuni ristoranti molto buoni intorno ad altri hotel, mentre il ristorante della villa è anche eccellente. Chiunque voglia avere un giorno di più di turbolenze può andare a Kuta per circa 30 minuti. Ecco anche grandi supermercati e una vita notturna attiva. Per la villa: La villa è decorata in lusso e offre una piscina esterna e una piscina all'aperto riscaldata una bagno indipendente una doccia pioggia. La villa è assolutamente nuova e in una posizione di alto livello. La piscina è invisibile dall'esterno e si gode del 100% della privacy. Avete molti utili accessori come una griglia esterna, un fuoco a gas confortevole, un altoparlante che si può collegare al telefono, un donatore di ghiaccio, un frigorifero side by side, ecc. Per il servizio: Il servizio era l'estrema importanza della nostra permanenza. Ci siamo sentiti così benvenuti e ben alzati. Tutti i dipendenti hanno continuato a cercare di soddisfarci. C'è un gruppo WhatsApp dove si può ordinare il cibo o segnalare preoccupazioni. Il tempo di risposta è stato inferiore a 5 minuti. Siamo in viaggio in Indonesia da 3 settimane e avevano più alloggi, ma qui il servizio è stato semplicemente il migliore !

La struttura è sicuramente molto bella . La stanza era molto carina e pulita. Buona la colazione, ottima la vista sul mare e le strutture annesse (lettini e piscina). Personale sempre molto carino e cordiale. L'hotel offre accesso diretto al mare anche se non è proprio il massimo e peggiora nel pomeriggio per via della bassa marea. Distante dal centro urbano la sera per cenare se non si vuole utilizzare il ristorante si ha bisogno di un taxi

Great place for a getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city! It's an hour's drive from the airport but the ride is quite secenic. So not worry :) The resort is located in a really tranquil and serene spot on the island and they have an amazing private beach. The rooms are very well equipped and comfortable. We stayed at the ocean view villa perched right at the top of the hills. It comes with a private infinity pool and the view from the villa is spectacular. Also Kudos to the chef! The food was great. Everything we ordered over our 3 days stay was a hit. We are very pleased and hope to be back for a longer visit in the future with our families and friends.

We wanted to stay in the city one night before our flight next day. Front desk ladies are lovely. No chance using the pool cos we just want to relax cos we came from Gili island. Walking distance to Mataram mall and many nearby local restaurants. Only cons is our room facing the main road so can hear passing cars but still a recommended hotel. and thank you for the birthday cake :)

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel for 2 nights (wished it was bit longer). Rooms were clean and tidy. The staffs were friendly & attentive from the receptionists, wait staffs & housekeepers. Love the breakfast spread; plenty of variety. Will definitely be back here again in the near future!

The umpteenth time staying at Lombok Astoria, always satisfied with the condition of the hotel and its service. The hotel's interior design looks luxurious and high class. The view of the room is very beautiful, with views of the Rinjani mountains. Spacious rooms, great facilities. The breakfast menu is varied and delicious. The restaurant staff is very caring, respectful and serves elegantly. The uniform is well laid out. There is a clean swimming pool, my children loved it

UUtente anonimoI’m going to start w the positives. Amber is in a beautiful location on a private beach with nothing around. The walkways are lush with blooming banana trees and pineapple plants. I used the spa everyday while I was there. The treatments were all wonderful and in a peaceful ambiance.
The staff was very friendly from the front office to the walkways and in the restaurant. The restaurant was very understaffed on Saturday night for the bbq dinner. The servers were great they just needed more hands on the floor. It seemed the manager of the restaurant just sat up front on his phone all the time.
The hotel is very family oriented and I didn’t pick up on that at my time of booking. Kids running and screaming all day long. Parents, nanny’s and staff yelling for children that were running around wild all day. At Breakfast, lunch/pool time & dinner they were multiple family’s just letting the kids run around everywhere. There wasn’t any peaceful time at the pool to read or relax. At 1 point there were 12 small children at the pool on Sunday. The one day I didn’t got to the pool because it was so crowded.
I love the room when I checked in but that faded quickly. Lots of mosquitoes in the room. I killed at least 10 by hand and every time I left I sprayed the poison can they left in the room. The bathroom had a terrible smell all the time.
The bedding was dirty dirty not stained it was unwashed. I left the clean room sign on the door all day I figured by the time I got back from my massage it would of been by 4:30 and it was not.
The comforter was covered up by the blanket and never changed since prior guests. It had blood marks that had not been washed for who knows how long.
I was bit by something in the night on my face around 3:30am and my face swelled up. I turned the light on but couldn’t see any insects. It hurt so bad. I told the front desk the next morning and they got me an ointment to put on it. It was swollen for days and very painful.
I had expectations that it would of been amazing but it wasn’t.
My food was all delicious, the restaurant staff was very nice and friendly, the spa was great but the structure of the hotel has a lot to work on for the price. I’ve been in lombok for 2 months and I’ve never seen so many small children.
If it was advertised as kid friendly I would of picked somewhere else.
Even at check out a family was also leaving and 2 of the 3 kids were crying and I said there has been kids screaming and crying every hour for the 3 days I was there.
Wi-Fi doesn’t work in the rooms
For the money there are many better options in south lombok

We had an incredible stay at Meno Island Villas! We had the 2-bedroom, private pool villa and stayed for almost a week. 'Google', Din, Yan, and As were awesome hosts, super friendly and always smiling, they went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and fun. Our rooms were very comfortable, and had everything we needed. We loved using our private pool 3/4 times per day. We also had breakfast included each morning, with a good menu to choose from. It also happened to be my birthday during our stay, and the guys went out of their way to not let me forget it! They also catered to our every need, helping us carry our bags, ordering and delivering food like 'room service' from across the island, a never-ending supply of Bintangs, helping us get the best prices on tours, the service was better than I would expect at home. Could not be more complimentary!! In terms of location, getting around Gili Meno was easy, we walked everywhere (but you can take a horse and cart). You can also rent a bike, but be warned, some areas (particularly on the tracks closest to the ocean) are very sandy, so you would have to get off and walk those, but the further inland you go the more ridable the tracks. Meno Island Villas is pretty much in the centre of the island, so its close to everything. It's roughly 10mins walk to the west coast where the best snorkelling spots are (statues and turtles) as well as all the good bars/restaurants on the island. It's maybe 12mins walk the other way to the east coast where the port is, and probably 15mins to the top of the island where the best sunrise/sunset is. We explored Gili Air and Gili Trawangan on day trips as well which 'Google' helped us organise, and these were very enjoyable, I'd highly recommend going to both of them too. Gili Meno is definitely the quietest of the 3 islands (particularly during the evenings) if that is what you're after, but the snorkelling spots are PACKED during the day. A local described the islands as Meno is the honeymoon island, Trawangan is the party island and Air is the mushroom island! Getting between the islands is very easy. I suggest approaching people directly yourself though, don't go through the shuttle companies and pay 450pp, we averaged 250 for 4 people on private boats, so you can definitely negotiate pretty heavily. In the end, we had an amazing time, filled with great memories and we didn't want to leave!

Ci serve davvero un po' di aggiornamento, ma capiamo perfettamente che ciò che è stato colpito da Covid e dai terremoti di Lombok, la ripresa è stata lenta. Le camere erano pulite e tempestive. L'unica questione che abbiamo avuto è che abbiamo lottato con il wifi. Ogni volta che uscì, abbiamo contattato la ricezione e hanno riuscito a farla tornare, ma è stato un grippo regolare che durava solo per un breve periodo e poi doveva essere rimesso in moto. Non è la fine del mondo, ma abbiamo scelto un hotel con WiFi perché dobbiamo essere in contatto con il lavoro. A causa della mancanza di ospiti all'hotel, hanno gestito un menu molto limitato che non era nemmeno aperto di una sera. Ancora una volta, comprendiamo che i costi di mantenere aperto per gli ospiti minimi non sono costosi, ma avremmo voluto sapere prima di prenotare. Fortunatamente, abbiamo trovato un ristorante molto bello (L'Ufficio) proprio lungo la strada. Gli amici erano stati qui due volte negli anni precedenti e quindi sapevano quanto fosse bello questo hotel. Spero che riuscirà a recuperare e tornare dove era una volta.

We both had scrambled eggs on toast which also has some veg mixed in which is a nice touch & we ordered a tea with milk which were so yummy (which is hard to come by in Indonesia!) The tea was 10k & the scrambled eggs was 30k so it was amazing value. Recommend this spot for breakfast when in Gili T!

Il pranzo è buono. Il colazione ha molta selezione e è ben presentato. Il pranzo presso la piscina è stato anche molto bello.
La piscina è eccellente come la spiaggia davanti all'hotel con accesso diretto, ma indossare google se si intende passare molto tempo sottomarino nella piscina come cloruro è presente.
Una bella selezione di piatti locali sulla spiaggia 400 m a sud dell'hotel che sono meravigliosi luoghi per godere del sole. Usa il telefono per tradurre il menu e capire che sono alcol libero. Ma si può facilmente alimentare una famiglia di quattro per 250K idr con dessert e bevande.
Le bevande al bar di piscina dell'hotel sono molto forti circa la metà del prezzo dell'Australia così buono valore.La maggior parte dei clienti indonesiani, ma tutti sono molto amichevoli.
Abbiamo visto un po' di ospiti europei, ma siamo stati gli unici Aussi. Lombok sicuramente non è ancora superato e è molto più veloce da raggiungere di Bali.
Probabilmente la mia unica preoccupazione è che Senggigi, come un luogo non si è ancora davvero recuperato dal chiusura di Covid, un grande luogo per costruire la propria base per le isole Gili, il parco di vita selvatico, la raffreddamento di acqua bianca e le cascate a nord del volcano principale. Ma non è un gran numero di cose da fare in Senggigi.

The check-in process was smooth, and the receptionists were not only professional but also genuinely friendly and eager to assist. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The attention to detail in room design didn't go unnoticed!! Anw, I reserve the room from trip.com :)

CChenBuyuVorrei dire prima un'esperienza positiva. Il ristorante sul sito è delizioso e qualche cibo speciale che non importa se si arriva a Lombok o che si sta per andare, dovrebbe dargli un'esperimenta. La zuppa di carne è meravigliosa. Il personale è molto amichevole. C'è un'enorme zona di pranzo / comune al secondo piano che un plus per chiunque vuole passare un po'di tempo fuori dalla stanza.
Tuttavia, il personale non poteva darmi risposte semplici come come arrivare all'aeroporto, né se potessi controllare tardi. Credo che essere chiamato hotel ”Airport”, tale richiesta dovrebbe essere comune.Inoltre, non c'è acqua calda e la mia stanza era senza finestre. Questo non era ovvio nella prenotazione e durante il mio lungo viaggio in Indonesia di solito presumo che tale assistenza esista per default . Penso che l'hotel dovrebbe renderlo evidente, dato che la posizione è vicino ad un aeroporto internazionale. Infine, l'AC è molto alta nella stanza. La pulizia sembra un po' mancata nel bagno. La mia porta del bagno non è stata in grado di chiudere correttamente.
Sono venuto a visitare durante il Ramadan, così non era disponibile la colazione. Vorrei che il personale l'avesse fatto sapere in anticipo, così avrei preparato la colazione in un altro modo. (Forse un colazione pacchetto per gli ospiti non pasticci sarebbe un gesto se la cucina dovesse essere chiusa)

The breakfast buffer was the BEST we’ve had so far in our journey - the food in the bath-marie was not only fresh & tasty - but was HOT with a wonderful selection of dishes to choose from. La vista sull'oceano dalla nostra stanza era divina, con una doccia veramente fredda con vista - ho avuto una doccia a caldo celeste (sì, mi piace il cibo caldo e le docce calde e spesso non sempre disponibile in alcuni degli altri resort).
