Hotel in zona Pantai Kondo, Lombok

Hotel locale 4-star con solo una posizione e servizio così. La posizione è stata detto tranquillamente vicino da molte opzioni alimentari, ma c'è una posizione migliore di questo hotel. Per quanto riguarda il servizio, ho chiesto il prezzo per l'intero giorno di noleggio per un'auto e il desk front ha detto che qualcuno mi avrebbe chiamato nella mia stanza, ma nessuno mi ha davvero chiamato. Le strutture a pochi passi, il tovagliolo sono vecchie. Il pavimento in cui mi sono fermato è buio e non ha dato buona impressione.

We wanted to stay in the city one night before our flight next day. Front desk ladies are lovely. No chance using the pool cos we just want to relax cos we came from Gili island. Walking distance to Mataram mall and many nearby local restaurants. Only cons is our room facing the main road so can hear passing cars but still a recommended hotel. and thank you for the birthday cake :)

Il personale ha promesso di mandare un ingegnere per aiutare a risolvere il problema, ma nessuno è mai venuto. Il personale ha detto solo che il problema non può essere risolto durante il nostro soggiorno, scusate. Delusione di questo aspetto.
