The umpteenth time staying at Lombok Astoria, always satisfied with the condition of the hotel and its service. The hotel's interior design looks luxurious and high class. The view of the room is very beautiful, with views of the Rinjani mountains. Spacious rooms, great facilities. The breakfast menu is varied and delicious. The restaurant staff is very caring, respectful and serves elegantly. The uniform is well laid out. There is a clean swimming pool, my children loved it

Dal primo momento di entrare in questo bellissimo hotel fino a quando non uscirete, vi si fa sentire come un regalo. Il personale è professionale e amichevole; il servizio è secondario a nessuno. Il mio partner e io rimaseremo per una settimana e usciremo da tutte le strutture, tra cui il bagno e la palestra. Il cibo era delizioso (con la colazione e la cena), e tre volte abbiamo mangiato nel ristorante Kliff con vista sul mare - il luogo perfetto per guardare il sole mentre ascolta le onde che si precipitano verso la costa. La nostra stanza era bella, guardando il mare - cuscini e letti, doccia, tutto ciò che si aspettava da un hotel di alto livello. Anche una visita alle isole di Gillie (un breve viaggio a barca) per andare a snorkeling e a pranzo - questo è stato organizzato attraverso l'hotel. We wanted to stay in the city one night before our flight next day. Front desk ladies are lovely. No chance using the pool cos we just want to relax cos we came from Gili island. Walking distance to Mataram mall and many nearby local restaurants. Only cons is our room facing the main road so can hear passing cars but still a recommended hotel. and thank you for the birthday cake :)

Hotel locale 4-star con solo una posizione e servizio così. La posizione è stata detto tranquillamente vicino da molte opzioni alimentari, ma c'è una posizione migliore di questo hotel. Per quanto riguarda il servizio, ho chiesto il prezzo per l'intero giorno di noleggio per un'auto e il desk front ha detto che qualcuno mi avrebbe chiamato nella mia stanza, ma nessuno mi ha davvero chiamato. Le strutture a pochi passi, il tovagliolo sono vecchie. Il pavimento in cui mi sono fermato è buio e non ha dato buona impressione.

Hotel tematico nel bel resort. Era molto bello soggiorno. Amiamo la piscina. Solo i coni che ci siamo affrontati sono la posizione, lontano dai principali parametri, ma siamo riusciti a noleggiare una moto dall'hotel (50K/day) e in grado di muoversi intorno.

un accogliente luogo per rilassarsi e riunire con la famiglia ... Se hai intenzione di visitare Lombok, questo posto è la scelta giusta perché la posizione è molto vicina all'aeroporto. E per il prezzo, molto più economico di quella dell'altra proprietà. Quindi, cosa stai aspettando ?

Great place for a getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city! It's an hour's drive from the airport but the ride is quite secenic. So not worry :) The resort is located in a really tranquil and serene spot on the island and they have an amazing private beach. The rooms are very well equipped and comfortable. We stayed at the ocean view villa perched right at the top of the hills. It comes with a private infinity pool and the view from the villa is spectacular. Also Kudos to the chef! The food was great. Everything we ordered over our 3 days stay was a hit. We are very pleased and hope to be back for a longer visit in the future with our families and friends.
