The umpteenth time staying at Lombok Astoria, always satisfied with the condition of the hotel and its service. The hotel's interior design looks luxurious and high class. The view of the room is very beautiful, with views of the Rinjani mountains. Spacious rooms, great facilities. The breakfast menu is varied and delicious. The restaurant staff is very caring, respectful and serves elegantly. The uniform is well laid out. There is a clean swimming pool, my children loved it

Modern hotel in the downtown, good location, easy to find food . I meet a lot of government officer stay at this hotel

We wanted to stay in the city one night before our flight next day. Front desk ladies are lovely. No chance using the pool cos we just want to relax cos we came from Gili island. Walking distance to Mataram mall and many nearby local restaurants. Only cons is our room facing the main road so can hear passing cars but still a recommended hotel. and thank you for the birthday cake :)

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel for 2 nights (wished it was bit longer). Rooms were clean and tidy. The staffs were friendly & attentive from the receptionists, wait staffs & housekeepers. Love the breakfast spread; plenty of variety. Will definitely be back here again in the near future!

My friend and I stayed at the hotel for over one month when we did our internship in Lombok. We can honestly say that it was a 5 star experience. The hotel staff was incredibly kind and helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We really loved our room especially the bathroom. We also spent many hours swimming and playing in the pool. We really appreciated the friendliness of the staff. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!

Ha preso un volo Scoot diretto da Singapore per 2 ore 20 minuti e poi un giro auto 1.5 ore al resort. Prenotato un'auto direttamente dal resort e il conducente aspettava fuori dopo aver lasciato l'aeroporto con il nome del resort. Abbiamo prenotato la suite familiare che era la prima suite e la prima camera combinata, aveva una porta connessa. La camera era grande ma nessun bagno in entrambe le camere. Spogliatoio e toaletta separata. C'è anche una doccia all'aperto, ma penso che sia solo per le unità di pavimento. Viene con deposito sicuro, caldaia e frigorifero. Nessuna tavola da letto. Il loro lavanderia è piuttosto ragionevole prezzo. Le letti erano molto comodi e il loro aria condizionata è freddo. Abbiamo avuto pochi chiusi di energia, ma è stato ripristinato molto rapidamente in meno di 20 sec. Bella spiaggia ma non adatto per nuotare, perché le onde erano enormi. Hanno bellissimi piscine e ponti solari. Hanno 2 ristoranti che servono cibo italiano, occidentale e indonesiano. Il ristorante italiano ‘Kliff’ è un must try. Superbo cibo e qualità a prezzi ragionevoli. Prenota una tavola per vedere il sole con l’isola di Bali in vista. Bello sole. Il resort ha anche un spa e una palestra. Il nostro giardino è stato un giardino di giardino, e il suo prezzo è molto più ragionevole e più economico di Bali. Prenota il loro viaggio di snorkeling nelle isole di Gili e è stato fantastico! Gili Nanggu è la nostra preferita. Sicuramente ritornerà, Lombok è più ridotto e senza le folle di Bali. Anche le cose erano più economiche. Se vuoi un bel, rilassante, tranquillo e buono prezzo, vieni a Lombok. Se preferisci pub, shopping e crowds, andare a Bali. È anche una connessione di traghetto pubblico tra Bali e Lombok. Ci vuole circa 2 ore. La maggior parte di loro capisce l'inglese semplice e ricorda la nostra preferenza per il caffè e come ci piace il nostro uovo fatto.

Great place for a getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city! It's an hour's drive from the airport but the ride is quite secenic. So not worry :) The resort is located in a really tranquil and serene spot on the island and they have an amazing private beach. The rooms are very well equipped and comfortable. We stayed at the ocean view villa perched right at the top of the hills. It comes with a private infinity pool and the view from the villa is spectacular. Also Kudos to the chef! The food was great. Everything we ordered over our 3 days stay was a hit. We are very pleased and hope to be back for a longer visit in the future with our families and friends.
