Hotel lindo, limpo, vista maravilhosa, confortável, cama gostosa, roupa de cama boa, pé na areia. Ao lado do meu quarto num terreno cercado com tela tinha uma porção de coelhos que apareciam no final da tarde. Muito gostoso de se ver. Ficamos trancados na sacada…talvez precisasse fazer algo pra que não aconteça novamente com outros hóspedes. Mas pedimos para avisar a recepção e rapidinho vieram abrir

Il letto era scomodissimo e formato da due letti uniti, come fanno a dare quattro stelle in questo hotel. Poi avevamo prenotato tramite agenzia di madeira (grupo Sousa) che dovete evitare come la peste, perché vi fanno pagare facilities che poi non vi fanno (biciclette) e non vi rimborsano dicendo che erano finite. Ma non abbiamo visto biciclette in giro, e anche se fossero finite dovevano rimborsarci. Peccato perché madeira e porto santo sono stupende e la gente cordiale, basta evitare i soliti furbetti

The room we had was pretty large actually. We had a partial sea view with a small balcony. The issue I had with the room was that there weren’t many outlets. We had to unplug the bedside lights in order to plug in our mobile phones. It would be nice if they added some extension cords. The pool and sun deck was nice. It’s right on the ocean with a nice sandy beach. The breakfast was good with quite a lot of variety. The pizza bar had amazing pizza.

Location is great, walking distance to the village and situated on the beach. Rooms are spacious, bathrooms have showers only. Hotel is a bit dated but still very acceptable. Breakfast is more on the continental breakfast type. Restaurant has windows facing the sea. Great hotel because dinners are okay. So you do not have to venture out. Village is close by so an ideal place to discover the village and beach.

While having a month long stay in Funchal, I visited the ticket office for the Porto Santo ferry to look an options for an overnight stay on the island. Learned ferry does not go on Tuesdays so booked Sunday morning with return on Monday evening ferry. Booked this hotel with a sea view room with twin beds. The ticket agent called the hotel and made the booking. Once we arrived at the hotel, we were told the seaview rooms do not offer twin beds, only the standard rooms and side sea view rooms did. Odd that the ticket agent in Funchal did not know this. The hotel was not overly busy in late March. Beach access is fantastic and we walked from shuttle bus that drops you in town to the hotel. Breakfast was not overly ambitious. We walked down beach for dinner at a beach restaurant that was mediocre.

Had a fantastic time, hotel was perfect and staff so friendly and kind.Food was out of this world ,enjoyed every meal we had .Pool was clean and sea temperature fantastic.All I can say is try this hotel you will not be sorry.

Was a fantastic stay, the hotel itself was immaculate with fantastic friendly staff. Direct access to the beach was brilliant and the hotel pool was just what we needed.
We didn’t book half board but did try the restaurant and we were very happily surprised, the foot was superb!
We would highly recommend and are already working on next year!

For a 4-star hotel could be better. It was too expensive for the quality of food and no AC in the rooms... It was on the beach so if it were cheaper, I would have stayed longer.

The loudest hotel I've ever been to. Overpriced, old, incredibly noisy, you can hear absolutely everything. For one week we couldn't sleep one single good night. I don't recomend at all. Very overpriced.
