EEleanor SoOur stay was more than just wonderful!
First off, the hotel staff are very nice, especially the humorous and handsome gentleman with glasses who led us to our room! We would like to tell you - Nantes won! And my boyfriend wanted to tell you - what a NICE WATCH you got! And, thank you for your warm welcome and strong work ethics. Way to go!
Secondly, the room was clean and tidy and everything was where they should be haha - each bottle of water on each bedside table, trash bin under the sink, towel near the shower, even the hand wash. They use Rituals, liquid hand wash, not soap. Can you imagine? Class, classy! We have travelled everywhere and most hotels use soap, with no soap case, so the soap always makes a mess in the sink.
Thirdly, they have a vending machine in the lobby where we can buy bottled water. Lovely!
In general, perfecto!

UUtente ospiteStaff were friendly and very helpful. Apar**ent was excellent as was the view from the windows. Lots of space to relax in and plenty surface area for cooking and serving dinner (nice big wooden table).
Would have given it 5 stars (rather than 4) for amenities except we had difficulty operating the cooker (neither of us had used an induction hob before and didn’t know that we needed to match the pot size with the ring/hob size and so it kept turning off confusing us).
It was for my birthday and the staff had put happy birthday balloons on the bed and that was a nice touch. It was a good birthday and I enjoyed the space, wine and food we cooked. Shower was also noticeably nice.

UUtente anonimoI stayed in a very spacious room—true to its description, it’s an apartment setup, so you can cook if you’d like (I didn’t bother; the city’s food scene is way too tempting!). The staff were incredibly helpful, and everything about my stay was just amazing. The area around the hotel is wonderfully quiet, perfect for a good night’s sleep.
One thing to note: it’s about a 25-minute walk to the city center, but I actually enjoyed it—perfect for stretching my legs and soaking in the sights. If you love exploring on foot like I do, it’s a bonus!

UUtente ospiteÈ molto bello e nessun brainer per i viaggiatori d'affari. È vicino all'aeroporto (dovremmo camminare attraverso un grande parcheggio, perciò potrebbe essere un po' difficile con grandi bagagli). La zona del colazione è molto piccola ma la qualità è buona. Uova, acqua, latte, anche latte, utilizzano le migliori qualità. Il servizio fornito dal vecchio responsabile della zona di colazione è anche molto buono.

UUtente ospiteI checked in and when I went to the room I was assigned, there was somebody already in there! So I had to go back down with all my things to get another room. Also there was a guy who was drunk or mentally unstable (or both) in reception who was bothering guests (including me) and the staff did not do anything to get rid of him. Once I finally got my own room it was small but comfortable & clean enough, although the double bed was in fact two singles pushed together, so the bed was not as comfortable as it could be and would be bad for couples. Overall I was disappointed by the experience.

La posizione è buona, il benvenuto dal personale è buono e il colazione è stile caffettiera.
Quando sono arrivato mi è stato detto che avevo prenotato due camere che certamente non avevo e questo è ancora in discussione con Trip!
Ho fatto un volo presto la mattina seguente e ho prenotato una telefonata al mattino alle 3:00 e un taxi per le 4:00.
Non ho mai ricevuto la chiamata del 3° mattino, ma mi sono svegliato presto per scoprire che uno dei miei voli era stato cancellato, quindi sono andato in ricevimento per cancellare il mio taxi, come la mia compagnia aerea mi aveva ripreso in un volo successivo. Sono arrivato alla ricezione alle 3:30 per trovare inaspettato. Finalmente ho trovato un puliziatore dal servizio di proprietà Emliss che parlava molto basilare inglese e non parlo francese. Dopo aver provato a spiegare che volevo cancellare il mio taxi, ha parlato con qualcun altro, ma non parlando francese, non riuscivo a capire cosa sta succedendo.

SsuhasapphireThe room and hotel was really clean. It is located in an accessible location. Walking distance from the train station. The staff were all really friendly and very helpful. Checking in and checking out was really easy and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. Something I really appreciated that they are really environmentally conscious.
Just something for everyone to take note will be that toothbrush and toothpaste is not offered. Also, some small things that could be better would be that the railing for the towels seem to be coming off. However, these were really minor issues that we faced.

FFlorian Vasile 81When i arrived at the hotel reception there was a sweet lady that explained to me everything I needed to know about the amenities and the accommodation. That's a big plus from me.
Very close to F.C. Nantes stadium, if someone is interested.
The room was medium size with almost everything you might need.
The bathroom has all the amenities but the shower room was a bit downsized.
The only big disappointment from my point of view was the lack of air- con ( they have just a fan that doesn't make any difference when it is 36 degrees outside).

PPuay Teck OngThe hotel is close to the train station and easy to get around the main city centre. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. The room however I am not sure how to rate it, there is no net curtains so people can see into the room when open the curtains; the heater is below the desk and the control is hard to get to. The most amused thing is toilet seat is so high that my feet were not able to touch the floor!! My room is further away from the lift, and the wifi signal in the room is very weak and keeps dropping off.

UUtente anonimoWas soll ich sagen: traue nicht den Fotos. Wir kommen Mitternacht auf einem dunklen Parkplatz an. Das Hotel hat den Charme einer Jugendherberge. Keine Rezeption zu sehen. Ans Telefon geht auch niemand. Am Ende des Parkplatzes findet sich eine Rezeption. Die Rezeptionistin ist mit Staubsaugen beschäftigt. Daher habe sie auch das Telefon nicht gehört. Soso. Check in geht schnell. Auf die Frage ob sie uns Snacks und Getränke verkaufen kann kommt ein Nein. Wechselgeld für den Automaten hat sie nicht. Leider schickt sie uns erst einmal in das falsche Gebäude - macht ja nichts. Ohne Aufzug mit Gepäck in den 2. Stock und zurück. Wir finden unser Zimmer. Es ist brüllend heiß. Fenster können nicht geöffnet bleiben, da sie zum Gang hinaus gehen. Das wird eine kurze Nacht. Das Frühstück ist übersichtlich und eine Frechheit für das Geld.
