Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno incantevole al Galaxy. La camera era spaziosa e molto pulita. La zona piscina è bellissima e il servizio è eccellente. Elena alla reception è stata incredibilmente istruttiva, simpatica e molto accogliente. Siamo rimasti sorpresi dalla vicinanza della spiaggia all'albergo! Anche il centro storico è a 10 minuti a piedi dove succede di tutto. Non esiteremmo a tornare. Grazie per la fantastica esperienza a Naxos!

Albergo favoloso. Piscina e bar fantastici. Buona selezione di birre e cocktail. Ottima colazione inclusa. Perfettamente pulito e i fiori e gli alberi più incredibili intorno ai giardini e all'area della piscina. A pochi passi dalla spiaggia e bar e ristoranti. Naxos noi ❤️u!

Stay away! Lack of cleanliness and management doesn’t care! We stayed for 6 nights and we struggled with the room getting it cleaned. Floors don’t get wiped unless I had to tell the receptionist and management. Toilet was never cleaned for the entire stay. I left few hairs on purpose behind the lid and it was kept there for the entire stay. Dirty beach towels from the day before which the hotel provides didn’t always get removed and changed and were kept on the floor after the cleaning lady would clean our room. The used cups were not always taken away after the room was cleaned. The gym is ancient, dirty and the treadmill doesn’t work. I have highlighted in person the above to management but there was no response and more information of non-chalant attitude . We paid close to $400/night and the hotel services except for the location and sone of the employees: Konstantina, Rania and few of the breakfast severs made it come across as a 2 star hotel.

Another great stay at the Galaxy, our last being 9 years ago. Eleni was so welcoming as ever and very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was great to be back. The location is just fantastic and the new breakfast set up next door works well. Thank you Eleni and all the team. We look forward to returning.

What a fantastic break we had at this superb hotel in Naxos. The reception team deserve a special mention for their help with local recommendations & going out of their way to ensure everything was perfect for us especially Konstantinos & Elainie who were amazing. The pool was ideal & never too busy though there was a large group of families who tended to put their towels on the beds several hours before they actually appeared at the pool after it had opened which caused a bit of frustration with some of the other guests. The hotel location was perfect as it was only a few minutes away from both the sandy beach & the main square. Breakfast was served at the sister hotel next door which offered a great selection of both hot & cold options & the facilities at this hotel were available to use & were equally impressive. The rooms were fresh & clean with modern facilities & well maintained though we did find them a little on the small side with nowhere to put your case after unpacking it but the beds were really comfortable. We had a fantastic holiday & would have no hesitation in recommending the Galaxy Hotel.

Was very impressed by this hotel. Stayed for a few nights during our first visit to Naxos. It’s located right by the beach, with two swimming pools, a pool-side bar and plenty of sunbeds. Pool “opening hours” are 11am-7.30pm, which is a bit of a late opening but it’s not enforced. The room was very spacious (a sofa to put our suitcases on! A seating area outside!) and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is only a 2 min walk from beach-bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

We spent 3 nights at the Galaxy Hotel. The room was fine but very tight between bed and bathroom and bed and balcony door. Bathroom had minimal amenities. Nothing special. Towels were thin and worn. Not “ luxurious” at all. Pool towels are very worn and thin. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We used the same day laundry service which was good. Breakfast located a short walk to adjacent hotel and was very nice. Beautiful outdoor location with sea views. The location of the Galaxy Hotel is good. Beach is across the street and easy access to town . Walked to restaurants every night.

What a wonderful week we had here ! Just a short walk 5-10 min into Naxos town , right on St George’s beach (our room looked out over it ) , tavernas , shops everything at your doorstep yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle to find peace and relaxation. But for us it was the wonderful staff , Ileni , Rania and all the team that made our stay so memorable. They helped with rental car hire , tips for tours , restaurant advice anything we needed they helped so kindly and willingly .. we will be recommending this hot l to our friends for sure ! Thank you team Galaxy .
