I loved my recent stay. 1. The check in process was easy with a short wait. 2. The room clean and welcoming after a drive from SLC. 3. We loved the offer to have breakfast on the 5th floor the next morning. 4. And the offer to sample Aggies ice cream when we checked out. 5. The check out process was also very easy. 6. The continental breakfast was lovely. The lady who serviced the room had an easy manner and all the food available was really very well presented. The only thing that was hard was the slight difficulty of getting all of our things from the car to the Inn in one go. It would’ve been easier if we’d thought about getting the trolley to help us. We remembered to use it when we left. I really appreciated the text messages before we arrived and on the day we’d check out. From a real live person vs a bot.

The kind, accommodating and informative staff made our visit. We also love the Aggie ice cream, breakfast and clean, quiet rooms. The hotel location is ideal for a campus visit and parking is easy and convenient. Any trip to Logan will include a stay at the University Inn. We love staying there!

I am working with USU on a business development deal and the University Inn was ideally located for me to reach all of the places on campus I needed to visit. They also provide free parking at a very nearby garage, which is a big plus given the rather Byzantine university parking rules. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with the hotel itself in good repair and looking like it had just received a thorough refresh. The biggest plus was the staff. They were beyond friendly and pleasant, even providing free Aggie ice cream to guests and setting up the big TV in the lobby so I could watch the NHL while eating it. And they seemed sincerely sorry when a problem I had with the bathtub drain was not remedied during my stay. One suggestion for improvement greater variety in the breakfast buffet. Some bacon or sausage would be nice. Waffles with even those fresh blueberries get a bit tiring.

Very friendly and helpful personnel at the reception! The rooms are quite large and have all the facilities you would expect. I had some problems with the breakfast - there was very little variety and the whole atmosphere reminded me of a cheap hostel. I wish the breakfast took place in a more spacious room. As for food, I lacked sliced cheese and ham, and fresh bread. I ran a half marathon in the morning and returned at 9.15 am to the hotel to find out breakfast closes already at 9 am!!! Cmon!!!

Went up to the top floor for the complimentary breakfast, and it was clean and bright with beautiful views of the campus. The attendant R.L. was friendly, observant and helpful. She was the highlight of the visit. Thank you.

Good quality for price, friendly front desk staff. Free ice cream and parking! On campus of USU, walking distance to football stadium. Was less than most of the downtown motels. Very quiet, comfortable bed.

Very pleasantly surprised that it was so nice. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was great. Signage to find hotel was lacking. Breakfast was merely tolerable though waffles were good. Have to use adjacent parking garage, though you can unload luggage at hotel front before having to move car.

The room was nice. The doors closed very loudly. We had to clean the bathtub and the bathroom floor as it looked like it had not been touched. Everything else was clean. The breakfast buffet was limited but good. The complimentary Aggie ice cream was also a nice touch.

That feeling when you're told they don't have the room that you are holding a reservation for in your hand :( That feeling when you find it was for a VIP hold :( That feeling when you're told you were downgraded but not offered any comps for failed expectations :( The memory that Marriot did this to you fifteen years ago and you've never been back :)
