Hotel in zona Kwietnik, Łódź

Once upon a time, this was an exemplar hotel, and by far the best in town, in particular in term of service. It has unfortunately sleeped away in the last 4 years, and what was the must stay at hotel, is now only the shadow of this massive former text mill, itself the glory of Lodz 100 years ago. Room are still larger by an standard, building is magnificent, but during my stay in mid May 2022, the once excellent ground floor restaurant was shut close, the tables at breakfast where taking ages to be cleaned, so you had to do it yourself if you wanted to seat without waiting 10mns (this is what it took them to clean the table next to mine), food is averagely good, the buffet still offers a high variety, quality is OK, not spectacular. The bed rooms are still massive by any standard, still fresh and clean 15 years after its opening, thr architecture goegeous, but service is a let down, when i came back to my room at 18h00 it wasn't cleaned since the morning, the same happened to me during my last stay there pre Corona outbreak. Luckily it wasn't midnight when I came back. Additionally, I discovered that they don't change linenes daily, but only every 2nd day, not what you can expcet in a 4*. This is a cheap trick to save 1$ on the cleaning cost, usually such hotels offer you the option they don't impose it on you like here. After complaining to the head of reception, this was the 2nd time it was happening, they sent a platter of cakes and latter called me to excuse themselves. This is appreciated and professional, but could be totally avoided, by ensuring that all rooms be cleaned during the day. If you make abstraction of the weak house keeping & breakfast service, it is a good hotel for 1 night if it is cheaper than Puro across the street, or the HI on Pietrokowska. The main pro in this one is the roof top pool and the huge room size, which can make it a great combination even for weekend stays, if you can forgive them all the service gaps. So Lodz has now probably better serviced 4 * hotels, just without a pool.

The hotel is centrally located and very convenient. It is also next to a large park for walks or runs. The rooms are comfortable and have good amenities ... nothing was missing from my point of view (even had an iron which is not as common in Poland). For me, it was on top of a tram stop and it was easy to get to my client every day. Breakfast starts at 7 am and this was perfect. There is a great choice of hot and cold food and great breads. Easy walk to ”Centrum” and not hard to get to and from the airport.

Questo hotel è relativamente nuovo, situato non lontano dalla stazione principale di treno/coach, nella zona commerciale libera dal traffico. Il quartiere commerciale di Manufaktura e altre attrazioni turistiche principali sono tutti a 10-15 a piedi. Le strutture dell'hotel sono moderne ed efficienti. Il bagno privato è di dimensioni decente e serve lo scopo. Il letto è fondamentale, ma moderno (cassa letto ha la propria potenza e usb outlets) e confortevole. L'unica cosa che l'hotel dovrebbe migliorare è fornire una macchina per il caffè, o una caldaia d'acqua, e/o un'acqua bottigliata.

My experience at the hotel far surpassed our expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The rooms were not only clean but also tastefully decorated, adding a touch of charm to our stay. Besides, the view from our room were a delightful bonus. One of the highlights of our visit was undoubtedly the excellent food served at the hotel's restaurant. The variety of dishes offered was impressive, and each meal was a delight to the taste buds. Additionally, we appreciated the thoughtful gestures of hospitality, such as finding complimentary juices in the room and having access to free coffee and tea in the lobby. I highly recommend visiting the rooftop bar during your stay. It is a must-see spot that offers a fantastic ambiance and, most importantly, a selection of unique cocktails that are sure to leave a lasting impression. It was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploration. In conclusion, our time at this hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. We were thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service, lovely rooms, breathtaking views, delectable food, and the little touches of kindness that made our stay truly memorable. We'll definitely be returning for another stay in the future!

Grande posizione. Spotless. Buono prezzo. Stavo qui durante il viaggio a Lodz per il matrimonio dell'amico. Lo amavo. Personale molto amichevole e prenotato taxi per noi. Prezzo ragionevole. Dritto vicino alla Galleria Lodz per tutto quello che avevamo bisogno.

Very good and comfortable hotel in the city centre. Large underground parking next to the hotel with direct hotel access. Comfortable room with good amenities. Very good breakfast with superb selection, some food was really good, very friendly staff and good coffee.

Servizio competente in reception. L'hotel è ideale per visitare, vicino alla fermata del tram e degli autobus. Pulizia. Condizionamento d'aria funziona tranquillamente, per me il più è la possibilità di aprire/rimuovere la finestra.Colazione OK .In generale valutavo l'hotel per 5

Sono stato in questo hotel diverse volte per la buona posizione molto vicina al centro della città, ma in generale per l'eccellente atteggiamento del personale. Vorrei congratularmi con il GM dell'hotel Daniel Dzierba per il grande lavoro già fatto in hotel e per la formazione al suo personale ....Tutti sono ben preparati a risolvere qualsiasi situazione per soddisfare un ospite esigente come me.

We stayed here for one night at the weekend, the room was nice and clean, liked the decor, the bathroom towels were falling apart though! The lady on reception was nice however we went to the restaurant to get a table for two and the guy who worked in the restaurant was extremely rude for no reason at all. The restaurant was full apparently after being told to go down and get dinner, so we asked where else locally we could go, he said he didn’t know… ‘I don’t know’ offered nothing else… I asked the two women working with him (who were not busy at this moment) then said they didn’t know. Rude and unhelpful and very awkward! We left and the receptionist called us a taxi and we went to an amazing restaurant called Brednia about 5 minutes away. Food and drinks there and service wonderful! Came back to our room (17) Couldn’t get to sleep as there were really loud groups in the lobby which was next to our room. A call to reception didn’t help and the noise carried on. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend sadly.

Questo hotel è nuovo e brillante, ancora profumato di pittura fresca.Tutto è perfetto: la posizione nel centro di ód, una bella e pulita camera, un amichevole personale al bar e deliziosi colazione. Quello che mi ha toccato personalmente è stato un record di vinile inquadrato sulla parete della mia stanza :-) A mio parere questo hotel è più di 3* e io scelgo certamente per il mio futuro soggiorno a ód. L'unica osservazione che ho è che il modo per arrivare al lobby dell'hotel potrebbe essere marcato un po' meglio. Il lobby non è sul piano terra e non è evidente che si deve prendere un ascensore e premere il pulsante L per arrivare lì.
