La stanza è molto spaziosa, comoda e pulita, il servizio dell'hotel è buono

Once upon a time, this was an exemplar hotel, and by far the best in town, in particular in term of service. It has unfortunately sleeped away in the last 4 years, and what was the must stay at hotel, is now only the shadow of this massive former text mill, itself the glory of Lodz 100 years ago. Room are still larger by an standard, building is magnificent, but during my stay in mid May 2022, the once excellent ground floor restaurant was shut close, the tables at breakfast where taking ages to be cleaned, so you had to do it yourself if you wanted to seat without waiting 10mns (this is what it took them to clean the table next to mine), food is averagely good, the buffet still offers a high variety, quality is OK, not spectacular. The bed rooms are still massive by any standard, still fresh and clean 15 years after its opening, thr architecture goegeous, but service is a let down, when i came back to my room at 18h00 it wasn't cleaned since the morning, the same happened to me during my last stay there pre Corona outbreak. Luckily it wasn't midnight when I came back. Additionally, I discovered that they don't change linenes daily, but only every 2nd day, not what you can expcet in a 4*. This is a cheap trick to save 1$ on the cleaning cost, usually such hotels offer you the option they don't impose it on you like here. After complaining to the head of reception, this was the 2nd time it was happening, they sent a platter of cakes and latter called me to excuse themselves. This is appreciated and professional, but could be totally avoided, by ensuring that all rooms be cleaned during the day. If you make abstraction of the weak house keeping & breakfast service, it is a good hotel for 1 night if it is cheaper than Puro across the street, or the HI on Pietrokowska. The main pro in this one is the roof top pool and the huge room size, which can make it a great combination even for weekend stays, if you can forgive them all the service gaps. So Lodz has now probably better serviced 4 * hotels, just without a pool.

L'hotel è situato in una posizione fantastica nel centro di Lodz, vicino alla stazione di tram Piotrkowska Centrum e non aveva problemi di ottenere un taxi dalla stazione di treno Lodz Widzew all'hotel. Dopo aver controllato l'ingresso è stato in totale shock, mentre la mia stanza era al 5° piano con un La vista della città aveva anche un frigo come i due precedenti hotel di Hilton non lo facevano. Avendo un letto di dimensioni reali e lo standard della camera è quello che si aspetta di trovare in un Hilton Hotel l è stato così felice come la mia prenotazione è stata per un soggiorno 14-night. È stato un piacere notare che si sentirà un rumore che si fa sentire perché i tram attraversano l'intersezione vicino alla stazione e non hanno problemi a dormire a notte. la pulizia del personale e il colazione è conveniente. Se ti piace shopping, si sta camminando a distanza da Galeria Lodzka o catturare un tram fino al centro commerciale Manufaktura. Ristoranti, bar, negozi di convenienza, alcune delle migliori Arti Street trovate è vicino grande Non potevo credere che il personale del front desk fosse utile e a volte si è spostato dal loro modo di aiutarmi, che mi sono davvero apprezzato tanto quanto ha reso il mio soggiorno più piacevole e un altro motivo per una visita di ritorno.

Non molto distante dal centro, e in zona dove si trova agevolmente parcheggio (a pagamento). La struttura è recente, piacevole e pulita. Camere essenziali ma con tutto il necessario per una breve permanenza. Colazione ok, anche se sbilanciata fortemente su salato.

Grande posizione. Spotless. Buono prezzo. Stavo qui durante il viaggio a Lodz per il matrimonio dell'amico. Lo amavo. Personale molto amichevole e prenotato taxi per noi. Prezzo ragionevole. Dritto vicino alla Galleria Lodz per tutto quello che avevamo bisogno.

3 notti soggiorno con altri due coppie. Camere pulite e aveva tutto quello che avevamo bisogno. Camera confortevole e cuscinetti carini. Secondo tempo abbiamo usato e sicuramente lo useremmo di nuovo. Ben situato su Piatrowska. Parcheggio sicuro per 50PLN (£10) al giorno. Favoloso colazione con la più grande scelta che si potesse aspettare. La macchina del caffè carina che troviamo sempre è un buon indicatore di un hotel 😀. Questo è un prezzo molto ragionevole con colazione rispetto ad altri hotel simili a ód. Molto raccomandato per un breve soggiorno!

Ok.La decorazione marrone pulita ma stanca era un po'depressiva e poteva fare una rinfrescata.. Non ordinavo colazione ma era troppo costosa rispetto al bel posto che ero rimasto la notte prima. (Stava solo qui per estendere il soggiorno a Lodz e per fare un concerto di rock in città). La notte è stata utile quando le lampade a letto non funzionavano. Non mi dispiacerebbe tornare.
