In the heart of the island of Usedom, in the idyllic fishing village of Loddin on a mountain, we rent our newly built holiday home.The "Villa Walter" is elegantly furnished and impresses with its generosity. The entire living area is furnished with high quality and attention to detail designed furniture that creates a luxurious, yet sacred holiday atmosphere. A cuddly fireplace promises romantic evenings. In total, three terraces are available to guests. From the large terrace (26m2) on the 2nd floor you can enjoy a wonderful view of the backwaters and experience the enchanting sunset. The main terrace (32m2) can be reached from the living area through a large sliding door. A sunshade equipped with light allows a "chill out" into the night.For the "sauna friends" is located at the sauna exit a terrace where you can enjoy the sea air on two beach chairs.The holiday home has free Wi-Fi and a LAN connection. All three bedrooms have flat screen TVs.The 135 square meter holiday home is surrounded by a spacious property with lawn and biotope areas. This small blue house is located on the edge of a small holiday settlement in the forest between Kölpinsee and Loddin. The sunsets over the backwaters are wonderful and you can enjoy them on the large terrace. 55 sqm are available on 2 floors: on the ground floor a spacious, modern kitchen and on the top floor 2 bedrooms with a total of 5 beds. All places on the coast and sights can be reached quickly and easily. It is only a 2-minute walk to the train station. Perfect for cyclists, as the well-developed bike path between Wolgast and Ahlbeck leads right past the entrance. Possibilities for storing bikes or washing clothes and hanging are available.
