This house is on a CORNER directly across street from ocean with unobstructed views and private beach access. Ocean Blvd. W. -- 1/2 mile from bridge with option for heated private pool. The direct beachfront view is totally wide open with no obstructions. You literally watch the waves pound the sands of the surf! There are wrap around decks (from front to back on both floors)! Sit on front porch watching and listening to the waves crashing on the sand directly in front of you. You can also sit on covered back porch overlooking pool and watch the boats pass by on the Intercoastal waterway. A great bonus for the family... if the beach is too hot or crowded, head to your own swimming retreat in the privacy fenced back yard oasis. Relax by the pool in a tranquil environment, swim a few laps, or even play some pool basketball in one of the largest pools on the island of Holden Beach! Parking with 2 sides under home for cars and then head to the coral door which leads you to your haven for the week. Choose from one of two bedrooms facing beach or one of the two in the rear (one overlooking pool). Two of the four bedrooms even have a wraparound porch along the entire side of house with northern end overlooking pool. Peek of the canal to the Intercoastal waterway is from back porch, dining room and a bedroom.We began renting in the Summer of 2010 after major renovations to include updated sleeper sofa, love seat and chair which provide a comfortable spot for you to watch TV with a blu ray DVD or enjoy family time. All weather proof windows and blinds have been installed, Barbour carpet throughout the house except for bathrooms, dining area and kitchen where Italian tile has been laid. Counter tops in both bathrooms now have been changed to beautiful granite. The Wet Bar area also now has gorgeous granite from Brazil as well. Appliances in the kitchen are Stainless Steel Kenmore or GE units (stove, refrigerator and dishwasher). Fully stocked kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, cookware and small appliances included. The Master bedroom has a king size bed (2016) with a flat screen, TV, blu ray DVD and a bathroom with a washer and dryer. The second bedroom has queen size bed (2017), trundle twin bed (2016), TV and blu ray DVD . The third bedroom has a queen size bed (2017) with a TV and blu ray DVD . A picnic table sits on the back porch for your enjoyment. Ceiling fans have been installed in every bedroom and the living room and each bedroom has a separate fan. Outside, we have 6 beach chairs, a charcoal grill, 8 stackable chairs, 4 small side tables and rocking chairs with table in the small separate carport area. We also have 5 outdoor rocking chairs and 3 small side tables on the front porch and 2 rocking chairs and table on the back porch along with 2 convert-a-benches picnic table.
