Hotel in zona Trajo de Vila Avall, Lloret de Mar

Sono andato in gita con la scuola, partendo già dalla prima entrata nella stanza, la camera era sporca con polvere e sporcizia per terra. Il personale è veramente scadente e privo di senso di rispetto verso i turisti, soprattutto il personale del ristorante, che, anche avendo già pagato tutto, abbiamo i turni per mangiare, di cui nessuno ce ne aveva parlato, e per 10 minuti di ritardo hanno fatto storie per farci mangiare, mettendoci fretta e continuando a girare intorno al nostro tavolo incitandoci a lasciare il posto ad altri senza nemmeno farci prendere dell’acqua da bere. In più siamo stati cacciati dal bar con prepotenza e di forza senza un primo richiamo. Il cibo è scadente, tutto surgelato e i cornetti ammuffiti, non ho idea di come non abbiano fatto ad accorgersene, il pane è di pietra e la pasta non ho avuto il coraggio di assaggiarla. Great apartments in a fantastic location. Apartments were quiet, no noise from returning guests. Tony on reception was really friendly and helpful, Fatima was also friendly and helpful and always had a smile for us and big hugs on our last day. The apartment was huge with plenty of room for us to spread out, 4 girls. Loads of hanging space and shelves, 2 balconies and a huge kitchen/dining/living area. The pool area is great. No awful scramble for Sunbed’s it’s huge up there! Great supermarket below the apartments and lots of bars and restaurants close by, our favourite was shooters bar and El Rancho for food. The goulash was amazing. The castle is a must but wear sensible shoes and take water. Can’t wait to come again with the girls for fun and frollicks.

Ho avuto un soggiorno eccezionale a Petit Palau per cinque giorni di recente. L’intero personale era amichevole, sincero e sempre accogliente, compreso il colazione e il personale di pulizia. Ci sono molte cose da lodare, ma alcune cose meritano di essere sottolineate. Il doccia era moderno e aveva un toccamento lussuoso. La pulizia generale dell'hotel doveva essere menzionata, era assolutamente priva di spot. Il colazione è stato vario, delizioso e sano con una varietà di frutta fresca e prodotti locali oltre a tutto il resto che era incluso. Infine, poiché Blanes era benedetto con caldo e solene clima primavera durante il mio soggiorno, ho avuto il piacere di goderlo dal mio privato balcone 6° piano con vista sul tetto! We are currently staying at the Beverly Park Hotel and Spa. Let me just say that this is our 4th stay here over the past 5 years and we have loved it every time. So when the borders reopened after covid, naturally we couldn't wait to come back. I'm sad to say that things have changed, and not for the better. First things first: When we arrived check in was easy and we were given a beautiful pool view room... The cleaning ladies are brilliant and room is made up every day without fail. The hotel is stunning and we noticed a new addition if the kids pool which is lovely. However....... The hotel has a issue with people hogging/reserving sunbeds, often for hours with no one using them... There is no where near enough beds to go round for everyone given the numbers here currently so why is the management allowing this??? If you are not down on a sunbed by 9.30am then you can forget getting a sunbed. The management should do a 45 minute rule.. If you are not on that bed for 45 minutes, your towel should be removed to allow someone else the chance to use it. The management is allowing selfishness and its not fair. Secondly: the hotel is geared towards a certain clientèle .... The French. Hardly any staff speak English here but do speak French, and if you are English you are often ignored. The food labels in the dinning Hall are in Spanish and have no translation... Asking someone for translation is pointless as they just look at you blankly. The food is hit and miss now, breakfast is often the best meal time here in terms of variety. We also had an incident whereby my partner was sat at a dinner table waiting for me and a older French male sat down with him and refused to move as he wanted that table....there was other tables free but because he wanted THAT specific table he refused to move. My partner ended up arguing with him. His wife turned up, saw what her husband had done and shouted at him and walked away.. Leaving her husband there refusing to move. I arrived, saw what happened and decided to just move... No point arguing over a table. The point was a staff member witnessed the whole thing and didn't interject at all... Just shrugged her shoulders. Needless to say the whole experience here has been okay but tinged with moments of problems and frustration. We won't be coming back which is a shame as this place held fond memories.

Mi piaceva tanto l'hotel. Ero così impressionato perché non mi aspettavo niente, ma l'hotel era davvero buono! Ho avuto 3 notti e è stato un soggiorno meraviglioso. Ho deciso di trascorrere il mio compleanno a Tossa. L'hotel ha fornito (grazie al ragazzo alla reception; la vostra cura è apprezzata molto) una bella stanza con una bella vista sul giardino. C'è una magnolia grande e bella cresce lì. L'hotel mi ha dato un regalo di compleanno. Era una piccola bottiglia di cava. Grazie per l'attenzione, è stato così bello da parte tua. La stanza era grande con il letto perfetto di re. Ho avuto un servizio di pulizia ogni giorno! La colazione era così deliziosa e la decisione giusta era di includerla nel mio soggiorno. L'hotel è pulito ovunque. Ci sono alcune pitture e cose belle che si pendono sulle pareti. Inoltre, c'è una piscina sul quarto piano. Io appongo una foto. L'atmosfera è così rilassata. C'è un bar. Puoi passare un po' di tempo nella piscina prendendo bagni solari, leggendo libri con cocktail! Raccomando questo hotel per il vostro soggiorno! Non dimenticare di includere colazione :) Godetevi il vostro soggiorno come ho fatto! Grazie The Hotel Delfín!!!

Abbiamo appena finito di passare una bellissima settimana di ferie io mia moglie Anna e mia figlia Adele in questo Hotel. E ne siamo stati molto soddisfatti. L’Hotel è molto bello e pulitissimo. Le stanze sono spaziose, ben arredate è sempre ben pulite dal personale Personale che è sempre molto cortese e disponibile nell’aiutare sia alla reception sia in sala Un altro punto a favore è la cucina, tutti e tre i pasti sono a buffet, con grandissima scelta fra dolce e salato, carne o pesce o vegetariano, il tutto sempre molto buono. La struttura è molto ben tenuta, pulita e comodissima per scendere in spiaggia. È fronte mare. E se preferite c’è una comoda piscina circondata da sdraio e ombrelloni dove potrete degustare qualche cocktail preparato dal personale del bar. Inoltre mattino e pomeriggio a bordo piscina e in quella dei bimbi delle gentilissime animatrici intrattengono i bimbi con giochi e attività. Alla sera invece propongono la baby dance per farli scatenare È persino presente una palestra nel caso uno volesse farsi prendere dai sensi di colpa per aver mangiato troppo. Anche andare in centro a fare due passi la sera è comodissimo. Si è all’inizio della via principale dei locali e negozi. Concludo dicendo che passare le mie ferie in questo hotel è stato veramente soddisfacente e ringrazio il personale per la grande disponibilità e cortesia.
