Hotel in zona Puig de Castellet Iberian Settlement, Lloret de Mar

My experience at the excelsior hotel was outstanding. Everybody at the hotel gave excellent service & feel I have made more new friends with all the staff. I can only say, that I am really looking forward to going back to Lloret de Mar & staying at the Excelsior hotel next year, & for many years to come. I did tell Miguel, I thought the hotel desrved 50,000 stars due to how I felt about the cleanliness & the staff as a whole. Really great value for money. I would have expected to pay much more for such fantastic service. If there was a problem, the staff were always there to sort it out. Can not praise the whol;e staff enough. I love them all.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel le 2 centrali di agosto. Tutto sommato è stato discreto, dalla pulizia della camera, al cibo (torte super buone!!) e al personale gentile, multilingue e sempre disponibile. Molto vicino al mare, ma anche a tanti locali notturni. Lati positivi: - cibo a buffet e direi più che buono e molto vario - aria condizionata in camera - personale sempre disponibile - pulizia camera discreta (in base a chi faceva la camera, mancava il tappetino per la doccia) - reception sempre aperta Negativi : - il primo giorno ho dovuto pulire la doccia poiché otturata da capelli di clienti precedenti - la piscina non pulita - letti singoli separati con materassi differenti ( volendo non potevo nemmeno unirli) - camere non insonorizzate, pareti troppo sottili (si sentiva persino la gente camminare al piano superiore) Per il resto abbiamo avuto un po' di elasticità, come ad esempio i ragazzi che facevano schiamazzi alle 4-5 del mattino, quando rientravano dalla serata, e la piscina al pomeriggio sempre occupata dalle comitive organizzate. Però, d'altronde siamo a Lloret de Mar. Spero sia una recensione costruttiva in modo da migliorare sempre di più il vostro servizio.

Abbiamo incluso il colazione e la varietà era grande, aveva tutto quello che poteva desiderare e ci piaceva il fatto che era servito fino a mezzogiorno. In generale, ci piaceva il nostro soggiorno e come il primo hotel che abbiamo soggiornato insieme all'estero è uno che non dimentichiamo mai! Grazie 😊

Ho soggiornato 3 notti in una camera base ad Agosto 2022. Spazi comuni e ristorante rinnovati e molto belli, la camera invece risulta leggermente datata e si nota, seppur pulita e con ogni comfort. Colazione varia, ma mi è sembrato che venga data più attenzione al salato piuttosto che al dolce. A cena menu molto ampio e di qualità, seppur cibi ripetitivi nei giorni. Posizione eccellente lungo la via principale e a 2 passi dal mare, camere insonorizzate, non si sente alcun rumore nonostante le numerose discoteche. Piscina carina senza infamia e senza lode. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Merita 4 stelle considerando di essere a lloret de mar.

Sono andato in gita con la scuola, partendo già dalla prima entrata nella stanza, la camera era sporca con polvere e sporcizia per terra. Il personale è veramente scadente e privo di senso di rispetto verso i turisti, soprattutto il personale del ristorante, che, anche avendo già pagato tutto, abbiamo i turni per mangiare, di cui nessuno ce ne aveva parlato, e per 10 minuti di ritardo hanno fatto storie per farci mangiare, mettendoci fretta e continuando a girare intorno al nostro tavolo incitandoci a lasciare il posto ad altri senza nemmeno farci prendere dell’acqua da bere. In più siamo stati cacciati dal bar con prepotenza e di forza senza un primo richiamo. Il cibo è scadente, tutto surgelato e i cornetti ammuffiti, non ho idea di come non abbiano fatto ad accorgersene, il pane è di pietra e la pasta non ho avuto il coraggio di assaggiarla. Veramente pessimo, non venite

Questo hotel è di base ma ci è stato adattato. Bella scelta per il colazione ma abbiamo trovato che volevamo un cambiamento mentre la settimana andava avanti. Le camere sono moderne e pulite. Avevamo un balcone. I puliziari hanno fatto un grande lavoro ogni giorno. Molto vicino a tutti i ristoranti e la spiaggia. La piscina è molto piccola, ma non ci ha disturbato quando andammo alla spiaggia ogni giorno.

The food is fabulous. We tried the dinner and breakfast buffet, both are fantastic!! Highly recommend the dinner buffet, they provided unlimited seafood and cooked right in front of you and unlimited dessert.they kept refilling dessert even after 9:30pm. (The dinner lasts from 7:30-9:30pm)I like the chef as he always smiled and give us a generous amount of food! There were yummy steak, pork, salmon, cheese, salmoni. And for the dessert, they also got ice cream and chocolate waterfall!!!! Really recommend ordering their dinner and is really worth it!

Mi piaceva tanto l'hotel. Ero così impressionato perché non mi aspettavo niente, ma l'hotel era davvero buono! Ho avuto 3 notti e è stato un soggiorno meraviglioso. Ho deciso di trascorrere il mio compleanno a Tossa. L'hotel ha fornito (grazie al ragazzo alla reception; la vostra cura è apprezzata molto) una bella stanza con una bella vista sul giardino. C'è una magnolia grande e bella cresce lì. L'hotel mi ha dato un regalo di compleanno. Era una piccola bottiglia di cava. Grazie per l'attenzione, è stato così bello da parte tua. La stanza era grande con il letto perfetto di re. Ho avuto un servizio di pulizia ogni giorno! La colazione era così deliziosa e la decisione giusta era di includerla nel mio soggiorno. L'hotel è pulito ovunque. Ci sono alcune pitture e cose belle che si pendono sulle pareti. Inoltre, c'è una piscina sul quarto piano. Io appongo una foto. L'atmosfera è così rilassata. C'è un bar. Puoi passare un po' di tempo nella piscina prendendo bagni solari, leggendo libri con cocktail! Raccomando questo hotel per il vostro soggiorno! Non dimenticare di includere colazione :) Godetevi il vostro soggiorno come ho fatto! Grazie The Hotel Delfín!!!

We are currently staying at the Beverly Park Hotel and Spa. Let me just say that this is our 4th stay here over the past 5 years and we have loved it every time. So when the borders reopened after covid, naturally we couldn't wait to come back. I'm sad to say that things have changed, and not for the better. First things first: When we arrived check in was easy and we were given a beautiful pool view room... The cleaning ladies are brilliant and room is made up every day without fail. The hotel is stunning and we noticed a new addition if the kids pool which is lovely. However....... The hotel has a issue with people hogging/reserving sunbeds, often for hours with no one using them... There is no where near enough beds to go round for everyone given the numbers here currently so why is the management allowing this??? If you are not down on a sunbed by 9.30am then you can forget getting a sunbed. The management should do a 45 minute rule.. If you are not on that bed for 45 minutes, your towel should be removed to allow someone else the chance to use it. The management is allowing selfishness and its not fair. Secondly: the hotel is geared towards a certain clientèle .... The French. Hardly any staff speak English here but do speak French, and if you are English you are often ignored. The food labels in the dinning Hall are in Spanish and have no translation... Asking someone for translation is pointless as they just look at you blankly. The food is hit and miss now, breakfast is often the best meal time here in terms of variety. We also had an incident whereby my partner was sat at a dinner table waiting for me and a older French male sat down with him and refused to move as he wanted that table....there was other tables free but because he wanted THAT specific table he refused to move. My partner ended up arguing with him. His wife turned up, saw what her husband had done and shouted at him and walked away.. Leaving her husband there refusing to move. I arrived, saw what happened and decided to just move... No point arguing over a table. The point was a staff member witnessed the whole thing and didn't interject at all... Just shrugged her shoulders. Needless to say the whole experience here has been okay but tinged with moments of problems and frustration. We won't be coming back which is a shame as this place held fond memories.
