Mia moglie e io abbiamo avuto l'opportunità di prendere una vacanza da soli e abbiamo scelto il figlio Penya sulla base della posizione, dell'architettura della proprietà e della privacy concessa dalle «villa private», che rappresentano circa il 50% delle 20 camere in questa bella proprietà presentata. Alti del nostro soggiorno: -Dimensione, qualità degli attrezzi, privacy e vista dalla nostra «villa privata» (camera n. 17) -Le aree pubbliche immacolate, compresi i giardini -Amichevole e professionale personale sia nel ristorante, La ricezione e l'hotel in generale. In particolare, un grande «grazie» a Roberto, Sonia e Barbara per la loro attenzione durante il nostro soggiorno e la disponibilità a ascoltare e aiutarmi come imparo a parlare spagnolo. -Qualità e valore del cibo al colazione e al pranzo con una buona scelta sul menu, nonché alcune «speciali» ogni sera. -Il bagno e la piscina. Una vasta gamma di trattamenti disponibili e ragionevolmente prezzi potrebbe essere migliore - la coerenza dei piatti a cena. Ho avuto lo stesso piatto due volte durante il nostro soggiorno e la presentazione/aroma era molto meglio la prima volta che lo mangio. In generale, un soggiorno molto rilassante e piacevole in una bella parte rurale e senza stronzate di Mallorca. Avrei consigliato di avere una macchina se volete esplorare oltre l'area immediata e prendere una delle più grandi “villa private”, con le loro piscine se si cerca la privacy completa. Molto consigliato e sicuramente torneremo.

We stayed for for two weeks half board during September family of three . We opted for this hotel because it wasn’t geared towards younger children , and due to the positive reviews regarding the pool area , spacious rooms and food. Thankfully most tourists were couples of families with older children. The location is quite it takes 30 minutes to walk into Sa Coma at a slow steady pace, the nearest bar is within 15 minutes of the hotel (Delaynies Bar, )we don’t recommend this bar it’s dated run down, and basically a tourist trap purportedly offering the cheapest drinks in town , a Baileys cost 8 Euro and is smaller than a standard measure , the glasses are dirty the entire place needs refurbishing. We arrived at the hotel just before midnight check in was smooth , we were informed due to missing our meals a cold buffet had been placed in the fridge, when we entered the room we were disappointed to realise there wasn’t anything in the fridge, we were left three small bottles of water , no milk, tea bags or cups resulting in us having to go back to reception to ask for cups, milk teabags to enable us to make a drink. The rooms are spacious but dated, the sofa beds are not suitable for adults or older teenagers, hotel staff refused to accommodate our request for three single beds despite being informed I was due hip replacement surgery and as our son is in his late he is too old to sleep on a cot bed, the hotel wasn’t fully booked so no reason why hotel staff couldn’t accommodate our request. The air-Con in the room is antiquated and temperamental switching on/ off randomly, no mosquito nets on the doors, no full pool view unless you stand up ( we paid for a superior apartment) The pool area is fantastic lots of sun beds plenty for everyone, calm peaceful atmosphere and a great snack bar offering reasonably priced drinks and snacks- A large Coke costs 2.25 Euro, a large beer 3.5 Euro , cocktails are superb freshly made in a shaker , most cocktails cost 5Euro a pina colada costs 6 Euro . The drinks are cheaper than those found in the main resort and far superior in terms of volume and quality, buy a cocktail you won’t be disappointed. The animation team are lovely they kept our teenager entertained with aqua gym, darts, skittles, a special thanks to Gorka and Maria and the other girls. Brian and Miguel at the pool bar were also friendly and helpful making tasty snacks and drinkswith a smile, the guy with the grey hair at the main bar made fantastic cocktails and was always happy and helpful all staff are a credit to the hotel. Breakfast is great the hotel restaurant offers a wide choice of food which is good quality and cooked to a good standard, unfortunately I can’t say the same about food in the evening which is geared towards German guests , food labelling is also problematic again German tourists are prioritised all food was labelled in German making it difficult for us to determine what was on offer , we had a couple of shocks

Prenota due camere se ci sono più di due di voi!!! Prenotamo due vacanze per jet che dicevano che poteva ospitare 3 di noi nella stessa stanza. Viaggiamo spesso come coppia con nostro figlio e di solito ricevere un letto divano anche nella stanza. Arrivammo all'hotel al 2.30am e fu detto ai nostri letti erano a letti singoli spinti insieme! nostro figlio è alto per la sua età, quindi era incomodo. Ci siamo rimasti in quella stanza per una notte, perché era così tardi, poi si lamentava al jet 2 & l'hotel in mattinata. L'hotel ci ha aggiornati in una camera più grande, e abbiamo potuto diffondere alcuni divani di spessore sul pavimento per nostro figlio, non ideale, ma lo ha visto come un viaggio di campeggio. L'altra cosa non ideale era che c'è un pannello di vetro nel doccia che è sfogliato in mezzo, ma si può letteralmente vedere la persona nel doccia... ancora grande per le coppie, ma non tanto per un pre-adolescente con la madre e il padre Step! La posizione era perfetta per la spiaggia- letteralmente a piedi di un minuto. La stanza dell'hotel era senza spot ogni giorno. Kudos al personale di pulizia perché non c'erano segni di sabbia. Il colazione era ripetibile, ma ok. La piscina era grande e quando ci siamo alzati, ci siamo riusciti a trovarla. La signora del bar mi ha fatto una spazzatura di rum che era perfetta! Anche il membro della reception che ci ha ordinato una pizza quando siamo in viaggio, ma era torrenziale fuori e non potevamo affrontare la passeggiata. Ho chiesto al desk dove potevamo prendere la pizza e prima di sapere che ci ordinava in spagnolo. Così gentile. Raccomanderò solo per coppie! Non mi fermerò di nuovo solo perché la zona non era per noi e era un lungo trasferimento dall'aeroporto. Rimarremmo a Palma o in una parte più rustica di Mallorca.

Fantastic holiday. Food was excellent. À la carte menu for lunch. So much choicd for dinner, just be warned men must wear trousers for dinner...ladies, you can wear what you like. A slightly outdated rule, I should think? Entertainment budget but friendly. Great location with access to the pool. A great destination if you just want to relax and do nothing. A few people mentioned about there not being many british people about...isn't that the point of leaving Britain 🤣
