This first-floor condo faces the largest of 3 community pools in the complex and it’s adhacent to a playground and mini golf course.The open concept living room/dining room area is air conditioned and has 2 ceiling fans for your comfort. The living room is appointed with a leather sectional sofa, 55-inch smart TV with basic cable and subscriptions to Netflix, HBO Max, Disney+, Prime, and Apple TV already set up for your convenience. Free high-speed WiFi is available. The ample front porch appointed with comfortable chairs is right off the living room for your relaxation.The dining room includes seating for 4-6 people with additional seating on the peninsula.The kitchen is completely equipped with brand new appliances and all items necessary to cook and serve your meals. The coffee bar is stocked with 3 types of coffees, as well as tea and hot cocoa.
