Located in Castell Texas Twisted River Resort is minutes away from the Llano River and a stroll to The Castell General Store. Built in 1907 the three bedroom, two bath home was once a parsonage of the Methodist Church. The two thousand square foot home went under major renovations in 2018. While keeping its rich history and farm house feel, this house is perfect for a girls weekend, reunions or even just to get away. [AMENITIES] *Sleeps up to twelve people *Two full baths *Bedroom with two twin beds *Bedroom with two full beds *Master bedroom with a queen *Two sofa sleepers *Fully equipped kitchen *Central heat & a/c *Ceiling fans * Washer/Dryer *Outdoor patio & cooking *Large relaxing front porch *Walking distance to river & General *Children Welcome *NO PETS [RATES] Daily rate is $250 per night. Holidays or Castell General Store events $275 plus 10% tax. Weekly rates $175 per night. Good place to get away from it all My family had a reunion to see the eclipse and spend time together. Very quiet place, no sirens, dark skies for star gazing. Short walk to the General Store and river. Minimal cell service for Verizon; one family member had better luck with ATT. The outdoor patio was perfect for eating outside.

Annual Golf Trip We love staying here. Jennifer is great to work with, love the peace and quiet and the proximity to the river and the store. Always a great weekend.

Relaxing getaway Enjoyed a weekend getaway in Castel. Kayaked, hiked enchanted rock, ate burgers at the general store and just enjoyed some peace and quiet. Jennifer was a gracious host. Loved our trip!

Awesome!! Jennifer never disappoints. The house is always clean and it’s within walking distance to the Castell General Store and the Llano River. I will definitely stay here again.
