Premier Inn Abergavenny

Disappointing. I currently have hip tendinopathy which makes it difficult to walk upstairs. The lift was broken. The room was very hot during the night. My husband and I woke up at about 3 in the morning for the first 2 nights because of it. The air conditioning only allowed a slight reduction. The windows do not open (by design). We mentioned the heat to reception on the morning of the 3rd and final night and were told they can control it from there. It was slightly cooler that evening, but not by much. All 3 nights we could hear someone walking about in the room above us, and whenever someone was in the corridor. The bed is very high and as a person of 5'6""/167 cm I had to climb up onto it. To shower I had to climb in over the bath and as a person of 65 and currently with hip tendinopathy this was very uncomfortable and potentially dangerous. Walk in showers are needed. I wouldn't be in a hurry to stay here again.

I travelled to Abergavenny on business and was quite exhausted. The receptionist at premier Inn Abergavenny, Helen Jenkins was so lovely, welcoming and offered great customer service, very professional. Great central location and I would certainly recommend staying here

Real value for money. Ideal location next to a Brewers Fayre pub. Spacious, clean room, comfy and great breakfast. A walk into town but OK. Free parking at the hotel, which I parentheses days! Friendly, helpful staff, thank you. A stopover onto somewhere else, but a restful stay.

With Premier Inn you know what to expect - fuss-free check in/out, comfortable room and great breakfast. Premier Inn Abergavenny lived up to all these expectations. Restaurant staff at breakfast deserve a particular mention for being friendly and capable.

Stayed here for a much needed break away from the crazy day to day! We both had a wonder Sleep and was thankful for the Soft pillow in the wardrobe. We had the meal deal which is fantastic deal, £26.99 for dinner bed and breakfast! The staff was all brilliant! We will 100% be back! Thank you.

1st stay at Abergavenny, but stayed st many Premier Inns. My Wife and I favourite hotel chain fir VFM& quality. This was no different.Gteat free safe parking, Great location for the concert we were attending and food options a plenty with a Breers Fayre next door and a McDonalds and Costa.Meal deal meant you could get for £26.99 a 3 course meal and breakfast which was unlimited is unbeatable.Staff were really nice and friendly so I highly recommend Premier Inns 😀 x
